I don’t know how to solve this issue.For some reason, websites like Miro won’t load with mobile data on my MacWhile it works fine for mobile.

When syncing multiple artboards the sync does not:Remember the relative position I used in the Sketch file Remember the link to previously sync’d artboards. It brings each artboard in as a new file.My work arounds are:Sync and position manually (very tedious with complex flows) Sync one artboard at a time (even more tedious with complex flows)I just want to his Sync All or Sync Selected once, not 100’s of times per day when I am making updates to my screens. I have been putting up with this behaviour for a very long time. It use to behave itself properly. Does anyone else have this problem and how did you fix it?Can someone please help?Cheers

Hi,I used the Card Flip App without problems last month, but lately it has not been working.The app disappeared from my app list, even when I try to reinstall it. I also tried using the desktop app. After trying everything I could find online, it seems that the "www.nowifi.com.br" is inactive. Is someone having the same problem?Dany

One of the Dashboards doesn’t load. The blue line in the top left corner isn’t loading fully.  Can’t access it using Chrome’s incognito browser mode. Also cleaned browsing history and cache. 

My team is tasked with creating a lot of workflows and documents for different workstreams.  I am trying to find a way to work smarter and not harder with this . . . here is my example . . . We created a workflow in Miro, but want to show it in a Powerpoint presentation.  I know I could just copy and paste it from the Miro to the correct page in the Powerpoint, but I am pretty sure that this workflow or some items within it will change, or need to be expanded and further detailed out.  Is there a way for me to link the workflow in Miro to the Powerpoint document so that when/if the Miro workflow changes it will automatically change/update in the Powerpoint document?Is that even possible?

Hello,My team of ~6 Education users can’t access a specific Miro board, although other boards work fine. It’s been down for about a week, the loading bar will just stay stuck mid-way. This board was filled with a lot of images and so I imagine it could have been overloaded. We all have different laptops, browsers, etc. Does anyone have any suggestions or insights?Thanks in advance.

 Hello! I work on Miro App for windows. I am not the owner of the board, I have editor rights. Yesterday everything worked fine, but today the board stopped opening. The blue thin line on the top left corner isn't loading fully. I have checked a few more boards,  some of them open, others do not openUsing VPN doesn’t help

The “Dot Grid” mode seems to be malfunctioning after upgrading to iPad OS 16.1. See the following screenshotThe “dots” are rendered as a number of straight lines which makes the mode basically unusable. Meanwhile, the “Line Grid” mode and “None” mode are working fine. 

the Miro dashboard is on a perpetual loading mode. I am using chrome  HELP!!!

Hello all,I have been using Miro for over a year and suddenly have been having trouble with the stylus. The board seems to frequently miss my pen strokes. This can be caused by my hand touching the screen though this was not the case before. I have been toggling many settings on touchscreen input for windows, including ignore touchscreen input when using the pen. I have the same problem on Edge, Chrome, Opera and the Miro app for windows. I also seem to get the same sort of problem on alternative apps like Limnu or Windows whiteboard. This leads me to believe it is something to do with Windows but there are so few touchscreen or stylus settings to try that I feel like I have run out of things to vary. I have also tried with several different pens and on another touchscreen computer all to no avail. I did try to get support from Miro but the help was atrocious. A few very short emails were sent in which I don’t think he even got to diagnosing the problem correctly before concluding that

Hello all together, I’m new to miro and are struggling with the - so I thought - simpliest thing on earth.   How do I copy content from a free acount whiteboard → to the company account whiteboard? I’m on FF and Chrome.   What do I do: I am on my free Account Whiteboard Strg A / or mark certain drawn elements on the whiteboard Then I tried both: Strg c and with right click and context menu Copy Then I switch to the company account (different browser) and paste it … nothing happens / as if there would be nothing in the clipboard. Can anyone help, please!

Hey everyone, My team started working on a free version of the Miro Board. We liked the tool so much that we switched to the paid version of Miro.Now my question: Is there a way how I can download the Board as a file. To upload that file into our company Premium Tenant to use the Premium Features with our old Board? I would appreciate some help from the community :) 

As a consultant, some of the clients I work with only speak English.Other clients only speak German (and almost no English).So for me it would be very helpful to set the language preferences not in my profile, but for each project separately.

This shouldn’t require a special question like this - it should be obvious.After I start using Miro in a Google Meet session, how do I stop using Miro and resume my regular Google Meet session?  There doesn’t seem to be any obvious way to do this without crashing the whole Google Meet session and starting over.

Hello! I have made my org chart but I am having a hard time figuring out how to shift folks to be under different people and removing them from original spot. It will delete anyone below them if I copy and paste. Any suggestions?

I would like to create a few boards which I use to collaborate with clients. So I would like clients to have access and edit rights on these boards. As far as I can tell I can invite people to my boards as visitors and they can collaborate freely. The only reason I can see to upgrade to team plan is that it gives me more than 3 editable boards. I dont understand what a “team” is versus a “visitor” and as such I dont understand if I should buy more seats and what account to get.. Also.. Lets say I decide that I want my contributors to be team members rather than visitors. Do they need to be paid users for this to work? If I’m not mistaken, when I was on a free plan I was able to add team members. But when I upgrade to team plan (1 seat) it only allowed me to add team members on the basis of a 7 day trial. Why would my team members have more privileges when I’m on a free plan? Or is my understanding way off?  

Hi there,I’ve been having a very weird bug over the last month or so. I use Miro on my iPad and iMac simultaneously and when writing in a specific colour on the iPad the colour will change randomly while writing then sometimes revert back, leaving quite a mess. I’ve attached a photo of my ipad below the imac… iPad shows the correct colour but on the imac you can see the red has changed to blue partway through then changed back at the end. It’s not the biggest issue but it is a bit weird and makes colour-coding or underlining sections in specific colours impossible. I’m using Safari browser on the iMac and it seems to be just a Safari issue… Chrome looks fine, but I do use Safari for everything so would be great to have that working.Anyone else having this issue?Thanks!Duncan 

I haven’t been able to find a mind mapping tool which would would allow multiple parents per topic and realized that Miro is actually perfect for that!My only disappointment is that I was hoping to paste articles or long strings of text within cards (i.e. my “topics”) so that I could search my entire board and then be pointed to that specific card.However I found cards have text limitations.I’m wondering if anyone has a creative workaround for embedding a large amount of text ~2,000 words per card so I can search a board for the cards that have keywords.Hyperlinks or tags are my alternative but those are also incredibly limiting.Thoughts? :)

Hi,I used “Configure Fields” in the Jira integration settings, and enabled a few extra fields. Still, when I open existing cards or create new ones, I don’t see these fields. Does this work for anyone?

I recently found two boards on my account that weren’t mine and six users I hadnt added. One user I had added to view a board a year ago, closed down the board, but didn’t knew I also needed to remove her as a user. When I found the security glitch, I removed all the users she had added from the account. They then proceeded to request access, which I denied. Later they somehow reaccessed the account and their boards. I then removed all external link access, as well as the users, once again. They no longer can access their boards.The external users have since claimed this was unintentional access to my account. My question to the Miro community is how this could’ve actually been unintentional, and how after I removed them as users they were still able to reaccess the account (before I removed all link access).Adding that this is a free account.

Hi,ich set the company security settings to invitations to teams from company admins only.Now i noticed that board owners can invite non-miro-usrs from our company.They get an info-text that they have to make a request, bute when they click it away, then the user is invited as an free-user without licence.Can i prohibit this kind of invitation?Is this an error?ThanxSven
