I’ve copied some design elements from one board to another and it seems to have kept frames. When I try to delete the frames in the frames panel on the left, the design elements delete as well. How can i keep the design but reset the frames?thanks

Hi, Miro ( Hope anyone from the Team will see it, cause free plan users don’t have full value support).About two days long I started have a problem with my boards downloading.I use mostly desktop version and any of my 3 free boards can’t fully download (online version has the same trouble, and yes I’ve tried all the solutions you provides at troubleshooting page). I could relate it up with the boards sizes or a number of people working with me, but at least one of my board is pretty simple (has no pinned docs, heavy files, etc) and have the same problem, and there are no people have an access to any of my boards. So what should I do? Is there any hope that everything starts working as before?There wasn’t such a problem till about the 8th of December. Every board worked fast and smooth.Thanks in advance for your reply and help.

I cant seem to work out how to work Miro with zoom.I have the app installed, i can create and share a board - but how do I enable my meeting participants to edit the board - that confounds me.Do they need to first create a miro account? Thank you for any help

Not sure if others are experiencing this, but when I go to use a template I’ve chosen, nothing appears. I’ve tried different browsers, different computers, accepted cookies, etc. but to no avail. 

Currently I have a google site with my Miro board embedded as an iframe near the bottom of the webpage. Just recently I started experiencing an issue where whenever I create a sticky note on my Miro board my google site unexpectedly scrolls halway up the webpage. Would love if someone could shine some light on the issue and help me out. Thanks!

My miro board, with some colleagues, are using my credit card. Now that I no longer work there, I want to remove my credit card as a payment method. Is there any way to do that? I’ve read this thread, but I can’t see any link related to “Miro Support” PS: We’re currently on Free plan (since I have no longer extended the subscription), but my ex-colleagues wanted to upgrade it back.

Hello together, I am an educator and consultant, using miro with arround 75 new people per year and in different companies. I wonder, If miro is still the tool to use. What do you think? Following problems my customers and I struggle regulary with: 1. Slow PerformanceWith every new feature, miro seems to get slower and slower. If I need to reduce my content to a very limited number, I don't see any advantage of having all the features like diagrams, etc. Often the loading of the tools take longer than brining the board content up. 2. Feature OverflowI work with people that are not familiar with technical tools by default. So they are getting really overwhelmed with the tools and possibilities. It would be great if I could present a faster and limited board view for my participants.  3. Odd Navigation and SelectionI get used to the many discussed right-click move arround, to be fair. But there is another problem. I want to select multiple elements drawing a box around with left click. T

How can I update the preview area of a template?  

Why is “duplicate” function appearing when i right click on some elements, but when I click on phone wireframe, it isn’t there.  I am then forced to fumble thru to find it. Then I see it is tucked away in three dots.  Just make something useful like this part of right click.  

Hello, first question here.I was wondering if I can share a link to a board for users without a Miro account/license that enables them to be able to cast votes without having to enable edit permissions for the link. Without it guests can access the board but every couple of seconds they get the pop-up that notifies them”Voting session started”. The guest clicks “Join now” but the pop-up re-appears.Any idea if I did something wrong here? Thanks for the help.

Dear all,Someone who has access to one of our boards triggered the Estimation App. From now, everytime we are connecting back to the Board we got prompted for Estimates …We can’t figure out who with Edit access did this to our board. I’m Team Admin on Miro board. Is there a way to cancel this Estimation task?Thanks a lot for your responseVincent

Hi, the problem I have is that the + symbol overlaps with the resize button when trying to add a new node with the iPad. If I zoom in a lot I’d get to do it, but having to zoom in all the time would be very counter productive. I’ve attached screenshots on what I’m experiencing. Is there a workaround to this using iPad with Apple Pencil? Plus symbol when I zoom in a lotOverlap in normal view 

Hi there,I use mind maps a lot and often this error occurs: Suddenly the mind map has no center anymore, just branches. It is then not possible to use the Mindmaps anymore. I usually end up recreating them from scratch. This happens to me with MindMaps of all sizes. And it happens not at a specific action. Can anyone help me?Thanks! 

Hello!I aquired all of the Miro badges a little while back, but have noticed that on my community profile it says I have not received any badges yet… They are there in my Credly account, and Miro Academy, but I can’t find any way to connect them to my Miro Community account. Any help solving this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I would like to add a user to our Miro team who can open and work only on specific boards. The person is an external collaborator so I would like to select only a few boards that the person can edit and don’t touch other projects (we have dozens of projects in the Miro). Can you help me with how I can achieve this? Thanks, Michal

I hate going back to the tool selection each time I want to create a sticky note. I’d like to select the tool and then every time I click or hit enter (like trello) it creates a new card/sticky.

I started using the new MacBook/safari and the pdf files stopped downloading, maybe somebody knows what should I do? 

Recently, there have been users that could not access boards to which they have had access previously.  When the board is shared with them again, they are able to access and contribute as normal.  Any idea why they may periodically have trouble accessing a board, resulting it the need to have the board re-shared with them?  

Hey, I have a problem regarding webpage loading on one of my company accounts on Google after installing Miro extension on Google Drive. On other Google accounts and on desktop app everything is working fine.On company profile i see blank page after pressing “Go to dashboard” button on main page. Direct links to my dashboard are not working as well.Any possible solutions?  

Hello,I do not have access to my board.It always comes the error message that I have to make an access request to the owner, although I am the owner. When I then make the request, the message comes that it has been sent, but shortly after that the error message appears that the board is deleted. But in my dashboard this is no longer preserved and can not be restored.

Hey everyone. I noticed that if I want to post my board in Miroverse, I need to use one of my boards. Since I’m on a free plan now, I have only 3 boards left. Isn’t this a barrier for Miroverse to grow even larger? For example, Notion creators don’t need any paid plan to start a full business as solopreneurs. I’m wondering if there’s any “creator” plan or if all creators need to be subscribed. Thanks for your responses!
