I have created various cards in MIRO board. For each card I have added multiple tags. How can I generate reports based upon the tags created? for example, how many cards have tag value “ABC”?

Hallo zusammen,seit gestern kann ich keine neuen Farben mehr zu meiner Farbpalette mit der Pipette (color picker) hinzufügen. Dies ist ein projekt- und boardunabhängiges Problem. Andere Nutzer in der Abteilung haben das selbe Problem. Ein Neuladen des Boards konnte auch keine Abhilfe leisten.Kam das schon bei jemandem hier vor? Habt ihr dazu eine Lösung? Liebe Grüße

Hi, when teaching a student using Miro I am observing the problem when trying to change a color of  the pencil in a pencil tool menu. There is no reaction on stylus tap  the color pallette. This problem is only in tablet application. It seems that in a web version things are better and I can change the pencil color. What am I doing wrong?

Hello,I have the desktop app for Mac (v 0.7.25).  This morning it was working fine, but now it won’t load anything.  It’s been this way for many hours.  I’ve already tried the following:Reloading dashboard with command + R Uninstalled and reinstalled app Reset application data Restarted my computerSometimes reloading the dashboard (with command + R) makes the app crash.I have the same version installed on another Mac, and it’s been working perfectly.

There is currently a function that allows one to embed an Excel tab into Miro if the native Excel file is stored on OneDrive. It is a bit clunky and slow, but it works to enable a dynamic table/graph that is updated automatically in Miro so that you can build dashboards of information to share all in one place. This same functionality would be even more valuable to build for Smartsheet, particularly since Smartsheet tends to be the software of choice for integrating large amounts of data from different places. It would be great to be able to embed a Smartsheet table or report directly into the Miro workspace and have the two files remain linked so that whenever the underlying Smartsheet data is updated, the information in Miro updates automatically as well.

Dear Users and Miro team,  I wanted to check is there any update on when we will get a miro integration for Microsoft surface hub so teams could join virtually and some members can also work directly on surface hub in miro board. What I read some months ago was that is was due in 2023. Also if still that is the case, is there a work around to solve this?  

I exported a Miro Board to Google drive, and then updated the Miro Board name.  I want to export from Miro, with the new Filename, not rename it in Google Drive. I get the “Already Saved to Google Drive”  prompt - so how do I force a name / doc revision?  

Is there a way to sort the Notes within a board from newest to oldest rather than oldest to newest?We use one board to capture all our quarterly projects. We use the Note section weekly and add notes. Every time I open the Notes section, I have to scroll all the way to the bottom to add notes for that meeting. Is there a simple way to sort those newest to oldest?

My company has an enterprise account and I know we can import multiple Azure cards to Miro, but it would be great to bulk import all stories from a feature or all features from an Epic.  Right now, when I start an import, it shows that we can filter by Azure/ADO project, but when I try to do that, there are not options to select.  We have hundreds and hundreds of projects in ADO, so not sure why I have to search by ID number.  This is especially laborious when preparing for PI Planning where we have 12 different teams participating.  It takes forever to get all of the features and stories into Miro.  If we could put in the ID number for the feature and it returns a selectable list of stories that are linked with an option to select all that would save so much time for us!

I would like to know how to change the user's role using the API.

When will Miro be updated on the ipad to work with the M2 Ipad hover feature.  I currently have to turn hover off on ipad to make Miro use the pencil

I have been using OneDrive successfully to embed both Word and Excel into Miro boards. However, every once in a while I run across an Excel file that I cannot embed. When I try to upload it, nothing happens. I can navigate to it, select the file, click Select in the “My Files - One Drive” window, the window closes and nothing happens (normally the file would eventually appear as an item on the board at this point).I tried making a blank file, embedding it (successfully) and the copying the content over. This works but as soon as I do that I lose the ability to refresh the file.Since there is no error message I am not sure where to go with this. Any ideas? I have come across it with a couple of files. Note they are not particularly large (e.g. 640 kb)

Hi Miroverse,After I have updated to iOS15 one of my boards are not opening anymore. It gets stuck in a reload loop. after which it just times out. I am using it on an iPad Pro 12.9” on the Miro app. I have been using this for very long without any problem just after the update I have been experiencing this. Same issue on my iPhone on iOS15.Opening this board on my Mac has no problem.Any ideas?Thanks

Does anyone know if there are formatting options for casing on sticky notes anywhere? I used the sticky notes capture in the Android app and it captured the text well, but also picked up the all caps I was writing in. As I now add to the board, I would like to be able to either:Enter my new notes in lower case or title case and then, in bulk, make them all caps In bulk, change all my captured notes into title or sentence caseI’m defining the cases as: “ALL CAPS”, “Title Casing” and “Sentence casing”

Is it possible to Lock or remove the “author” function on a sticky note.  We are using sticky notes to gather feedback on a meeting and in order to garner honest feedback we would like for the stickies to be anonymous.  Is this possible and if so, how do you do it?! Thanks!

A few months ago I bought the started plan, I could use apps & integrations but now it is not even possible for me to access this function to change an integration I have with Jira cards, does anyone know what happened?

I am looking for a editable 2024 calendar to embed onto one of my boards. Miro has provided one (Annual Calendar 2023 / 2024) but it seems to be incorrect (29th February is not included). This is throwing out all the dates when adding calendar items. I can’t find another one in the templates folder. Can this calendar be fixed or does anyone have ideas for another that could be used? Any assistance would be much appreciated. Thanks so much

Hey everyone,I don’t know why I cannot copy items through Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V or share my board. In the first case, nothing happens. In the second one, I got this strange message: Cannot copy or share board: "Cannot read property of undefined (reading: 'title')Does anyone know how to solve? Thanks a lot!

When I type in mind map and go for more then a line, the zoom percentage decreases to show me the whole mind map - I don’t want it to do this is there a way to turn it off?

Good day! I cut pdf files from the book, add them to the board, they do not load and a gray window with an exclamation mark appears. What could be causing this and how can it be fixed?Доброго времени суток! Вырезаю файлы пдф формата из книги, добавляю их на доску , они не прогружаются и появляется серое окно с восклицательным знаком. Из-за чего это может быть и как это можно исправить? 

I have seen a couple of these request but I am not seeing anything recent.  I use Miro daily as well as everyone in my global company.   I love the feature that we can add custom colors to our pallet, but we also need to add that functionality to stickies.  

I have got a design sent to me but I cannot figure out how to export objects as css. Things such as colors, fint sizes and font names

We are creating a mobile game and we need to use the icons from Miro. Can we use them? Do I need to indicate copyright?
