Hi Team,We’ve this fair bit of security concern where we’re trying to make our boards accessible (at least, view rights) to internal email addresses that do not have enterprise license like myself, however, we can’t do that in a continuous/regular fashion as each board has to be made accessible individually to 10s and 20s and sometimes 100s of different email addresses numerous times in a week (for different agile teams). This is extremely tedious and hampers the velocity with how we work in agile fashion.As a workaround, we tried following:Attempted adding the internal non-licensed emails to our various teams, however, that is not permitted stating that the “User x@company.com is not part of your organization”. Tried opening up the second option “Anyone with the link at Company”. Hi, I know Miro can present within Zoom breakout groups. My question is what happens when the group is ended, and the participants are called back to the main screen? If I’m working with a team in a breakout, then want to display what we accomplished to the whole group, once we’re out of the breakout room, how do I do that? Is that Miro screen exportable in some way. I need for that work to be seen by everybody. Looking forward to hearing ideas on this. Thanks.

Hi - I have no idea why you would assume that once someone logs in with a gmail address, they would only ever want to use that gmail address ever again. Further, why, when I click on “help” and am directed to my browser, I am forced to use my work email address and cannot decouple these things. This is really poor, and potentially dangerous, user management policy. 

Hello my fellow Miro members, I have had this problem for the past few months where the share setting of my board automatically changed to “No access” when it was “Can Edit” before. This problem occurs every few weeks after I set the share setting to “Can Edit”. I am wondering if anyone has had this problem and how did you fix it. Please let me know and thank you in advance!

In the mind map on one side of the map, the fonts are of the same size, and on the other side there are different sizes. How to fix this?

hey there…when wireframing in miro, different sized text boxes and assets (like images, buttons etc.) never align correctly using the align tool. i always have to align them manually, which drains a considerable amount of time. below is a screenshot of the problem. you can see the red line is the actual alignment reference and all assets align in different horizontal positions…and if i select the assets and use the align tool, here's how it looks.…you can see that vertical alignment completely fails. does anyone know how to tackle this issue?

Hi, I have little problem with coloring my circle. I want color left side of it with green and right side with purple. Can I do that? 

I drag multiple pdf files (each with multiple pages, 1 image per page) into the board so that all images appear as horizontal lists in the same order in which they appeared in the pdfs. I select random blocks of the above images and align them horizontally or vertically by dragging them using auto-layout. Repeat this multiple times so that the order of all the images is now all mixed up. I align everything horizontally then vertically so that they all stack up Objects are now stacked up in the original order (not in the mixed up order)Any way to change point 4 so that the objects are stacked up in the mixed up order?

Hi MirobiansI’d like to be able to lock the size and shape of a box into which I want workshop participants to be able to type text.At the moment I’ve created rectangle shapes, but if I lock them then they can’t have text added.If I unlock the shape, then participants can move them by mistake. I’m wondering is a locked grid is the best thing to use?CheersMike

Hi, I have been researching into how to add a dashboard to Miro but cannot find much info on this at all. I have tried to insert a Dashboard following the instructions on this source https://miro.com/blog/data-dashboards-miro/ however, when I insert a dashboard link as instructed it just appears as a box with the name of the Dashboard inside as opposed to a live dashboard. 

For some reason I can’t add new colors using the color drop. I cleared all cookies, cache, reboot laptop… the struggle is real! Anyone that had the same problem? HELP PLEASE!

Hello! I made a payment yesterday to improve the tariff (2 payments so that I have access for 2 years). As a result, the money was debited, but the tariff was not updated on starter. I wrote to the mail and request #543360 was registered. I still have the FREE version. I planned to have information that my account has been extended for 2 years.

I just paid for the 1st paid tier of Miro to use for both school and work, even though I work independently. My bank account was charged, and yet my account still says that I’m on the free version. I only have one team, so I’m not sure how apparently that team is free while also taking $15 CAD from my account.What am I supposed to do? There’s no way for me to contact Miro support directly because of the way they have their support system and subscriptions tied to each other. I’m in university, and I know $15 may not be a whole lot, but it’s enough.
