Moving Objects Bug

Hello! A month or somewhat ago I noticed an upsetting bug.
First, I create a transparent rectangle with thick frames to highlight an area and then some notes are made in that area. Second, I want to delete/move this rectangle but the notes are deleted/moved as well! I didn’t group my notes and the rectangle and it seems that there’s nothing I can do about that myself. Please fix this!
