Hi all,I am looking at the Org Chart template and there are these great photos inside circles showing the different team members.  I do not know how to place an image within this circle.  When I add an image and move it to the front it is in front of the rest of the figure, when I move it to the back the grey circle covers it up.  I am sure it is something simple I am missing.

We have no history of who deleted it; it is of crucial importance to restore it. Can anyone help?

I’ve read a ton on copy/paste oddities, but still can’t figure out the pattern.I have a temp board.  I add some stuff, locking some objects and keeping some unlocked.When I rubber-band select everything, copy/paste I only get the unlocked objects.  Fine. When I select the frame, copy/paste I get everything (locked and unlocked objects).  Perfect.When I go to my real board and do the same I get different behavior.When I rubber-band everything, copy/paste I get only the unlocked objects selected.  Fine. When I select the frame, copy/paste I can’t figure out what’s getting selected.  All of the unlocked objects and SOME of the locked objects, but definitely not everything in the frame.  For the life of me I can’t figure out how to copy/paste everything in a frame.Here’s why I want to do this.  I have a board that has sections for different weeks (we fill in a section when we meet every 2 weeks).  I want to export and send the output of JUST the latest weeks discussion to all attendees.  S

Why did Miro change the location of the comment panel from Left to the Right?Why did Miro violate UX first principles of building on existing habits?PLEASE move it back. Anybody else surprised by this?

I just bought the iPad Pro, 4th gen, 256gb, downloaded miro… on any board, heavy or not, the miro UI disappears completely at random points. No idea why, but it is super annoying. Is there a fix for this? Only fix I have so far is closing and restarting the app.

I am conducting a presentation on video call.I am using two monitors.I want one monitor to display a board in ‘presentation mode’ (which I will share with the call participants)I want my other monitor to display the same board NOT in presentation mode, for me to move freely around, take notes and read the presentation notes which I have written down next to the slides that I am presenting. (I do not want to share these notes and my movement on this board on call) I am sure this used to be possible, but now when I click ‘presentation mode’ both monitors automatically start presenting, even if I am using Miro desktop on one monitor and web based on the other.The only slight workaround I can see is to logout of Miro on one monitor and send an invite link to a different email address to access the board. But this is not ideal and limits the features I can use.

I used Miro for 2 years and now my work changed my email. I no longer have access to that old email and wonder if the content in my previous email account in Miro can be merged with the new email account?? Any leads?

Hello!I frequently used the CRTL+D to duplicate sticky notes (which would copy the sticky note and the text in it). As of today, when I try to do this, it only duplicates the sticky note but the text is not duplicated. Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips on how to fix it?

My Miro team has grown and become a huge list of boards, most of which aren’t organised in any projects. I’d like to create some projects to try and get some control over the structure. But lots of our boards have been shared with edit access to others outside of the team. If I move those boards into a project in the same team, will the URL change so that I would have to set up board access details again?I did a bit of a test and it seemed like the URL of the board did change, but when I clicked on the original URL it still took me to the board. But this might have been because I am in the team - does it work in the same way for those outside of the team?Thanks!

Recently, when I copy a connector line and then paste it on the same board, the board will zoom all the way out to 3% and I have to zoom back in to see the connector I just pasted.

I have a workshop like activity for my course that I have created in Miro. I would like my students to view the board and make a copy so that they can practice that activity. However, I was not able to find this feature after much research. Is there any possibility to do this? or is it impossible?

Hello, my spell check says it is set to English in Miro desktop app, yet i seem to be getting spelling corrections from north american. How can i set the spell check to English?

Is it possible to integrate contacts from Outlook into Miro - at best in such a way that synchronization occurs automatically in both directions?

I use a pen tablet and to switch to zoom and select an area is a damn pain in the a** and I end up typing Z everywhere on the screen. Please give users the option to edit shortcut tools so we can all be happy using Miro. Designers are used to select Z for zoom and when we switch to another completely different user experience software shortcut is just mind blocking.Thanks

Hello everyone!Since a couple of weeks, I’m experiencing a strange behavior on the Miro App only (MacOS Monterey - Intel). Everything works as expected on the browser version.In place of images, I have a exclamation mark that says “image upload failed” (see picture below)  But when I open the same board on the browser version, the image is visible.I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, but nothing changed. I guess there’s more to do then just uninstall the app as when I opened it again, it kept all my previously opened tabs. Maybe there’s a cache I could clear somewhere?Thanks!

Hi, from time to time it seems that I accidentally switch on the full screen mode in the app on my ipad. However, the toolbar and board menu disappears and I have no idea, how to get them back on the screen. Can somebody give me an advice?

Hello! When will it be possible to attach documents along with the branches? For instance, I study for competitive exams, and I use MIRO to organize the content. It would be great if we could attach PDF files to this process. Will that be possible?

Hello Does anyone know if a screen reader can see embedded videos in Miro? I’ve looked at the accessibility pages and note the line “Sticky notes, emojis, text, shapes and frames are the only objects picked up by screen readers”does this mean embedded videos will not be accessible? Thanks in advance Emma 

Hi everyone.Lately i’m experiencing this a lot and it’s extremely frustrating. Out of nowhere, even though still connected to the internet, the toolbar disappears and I cannot select or change anything on the board. the only active tools are inside an icon with “...” copy/paste. Every time I have to close and open again Miro and I lose my unsaved changes.Why is this happening so often now? I never had this issue before. Now I have it 2-3 times per dayThank you

My question might seems awkward, but I can’t seem to find the Miro’s database design tool that is presented on the following web page: https://miro.com/diagramming/database-design/The screenshot seems to indicate that the tables format can present the field name, and (light gray) the field type that is presented next to the name and not in a different column. However when I use the ERD Shapes or use the Entity Relationship Diagram I do not have the same layout, presentation as the first image for the fields.https://miro.com/templates/entity-relationship-diagram/Can someone point me in the correct direction to do the the same modeling as above?
