I have to shapes with numbers I what to add , subtract or divide and insert the answer into another shape.How can I do it.

Hi there, I built a board and to be able to save it, created a profile. When I try to “save to my boards”, The Save button is grayed out. How can I save the board?

In the Settings > Billing screen in Miro, what currency are the amounts shown in? My local currency is NZD, but I’m wondering if what’s displayed is USD.

After my account was switched from Consulting to the Business Plan, the "add a team" button in the dashboard no longer works. (To be honest, I don't know if the function was ever available.)I can still create a new team via the settings!  I receive the message "You have joined all available teams" (in German).But I'm trying to run the function once to get rid of the notification in the help area about new functions - which I can't do.Does anyone have the same problem?

How are other people managing having many boards with passwords across a massive project with multiple teams?How I’m doing it: I have one board where I put all the board names, the links and the passwords - but it’s getting crazy. Does anyone have a better way of doing it?We need password protection on the boards because the information within them is sensitive and shouldn’t be shared across the entire organisation. We have many subfolders / sub-projects that are working well within the MIRO dashboard, but I need to know links and passwords across multiple teams and projects. I can’t even give access to my password board to the larger team because not all team members should have access to all these boards (so it’s password protected too!!). So I suppose I could probably have different management boards :-( for different levels of access.We (as a team and organisation) need to find a better way to manage our MIRO boards and passwords - so

Miro is randomly switching on my microphone despite me never intentionally using it in this particular webiste intentionally. I am using Safari, MacBook Air M2. I can’t even say how much that concerns me. In my free time I am a Russian anti-war activist in exile, and nowing that Miro has Russian origin concerns me a lot in that sense. I am a fan of Miro for many years, but these security issues may very fast lead me not only to loose any desire to use the product, but also to consider other types of actions. I require a solution. 

Hey all, I just mentioned that I can not expand or flip pages in an pdf file on the board. This is strange as I am the owner of the board and using the consultant plan. Even stranger, that it worked before.I found out that only the person copying the file on the board is able to extract the pages. A doubled file does lose this ability. Is this a course of changes in rights? Can I change this? Greetings from germanyJan

I use Miro for story mapping. It is hard to fully prepare stories including mocks because I can’t attach images. Link to Figma sometimes work, but the team is accustomed to seeing the specific section of the screen that pertains to the story.It would be nice if you could add images in the description section and have them filter over to Jira through the integration.I saw  a comment related in the community and thought I would submit it to the wish list here. 

I have integrated Jira with Miro, but am only able to select certain boards in the dropdown within Miro. The board I need to view within Miro is a Business Project, and from a quick glance, I can see my companies software projects listed as options.Notably, I can find the individual cards when adding a specific card through the Jira Cards option. Any help with this would be much appreciated!

Hi, all! I have a Starter plan with two licenses and only one currently activated (for me). I am trying to organize my boards into Projects so I can activate my second license and share one project with a collaborator while turning off team access to the other Projects my collaborator isn’t involved in. I am the owner on all of the boards I am trying to organize into Projects. However, for some of the boards, when I try to move them my Projects don’t show up (see below) despite the fact that I am the sole owner of all of the boards I am trying to move. It seems like this issue is only occurring for my newer boards, but not for the older ones. I have tried logging out and logging back in, to no avail. Thanks for any advice folks are able to provide!

Hi. I like to work at Miro. But now I have a problem with deleting any object from my board. I can work and add everything, move, but not delete. 

Hello! A month or somewhat ago I noticed an upsetting bug.First, I create a transparent rectangle with thick frames to highlight an area and then some notes are made in that area. Second, I want to delete/move this rectangle but the notes are deleted/moved as well! I didn’t group my notes and the rectangle and it seems that there’s nothing I can do about that myself. Please fix this!

Hi together,we discovered a rather nasty bug last week.If you create a project in a team, and toggle the button"Anyone in your team can view boards in this project" this overrides any other restrictions IN the boards inside this project.e.g.1. I create a project "Test ISB" and toggle "Anyone in your team can view boards in this project."2. I create a board inside this project, looking on the board sharing restriction it is saying"Anyone at Team XXX : NO ACCESS"and"Anyone with the link: NO ACCESS" BUT: Everybody in Team XXX CAN access it due to step 1! -> wrong statement about "NO ACCESS"

When I delete a node in my mind map, the line that connects it to its parent node doesn’t get deleted. I have to manually refresh the page. This didn’t happen last time I used it last month.I’m usingApple Mac OS 14.4.1 (23E224)Google Chrome Version 123.0.6312.107 (Official Build) (arm64)

Is there a way to switch off snapping while adding a line close to an image. The line usually snaps to one of the edges of the image nearby and then the ends cannot be moved. You have to hit and try again to create the line so it doesn’t snaps. It can be frustrating sometimes.Regards,Sshivam

I am looking for a way to split items. For exemple, I have a text box with multiple bullet points or paragraphs, and I’d like each paragraph to have their own text box (instead of a singular text box with multiple paragraphs).I don’t know if theres a way to do this so when I paste my text into Miro it will paste as multiple text boxes instead of one. (I use OneNote)If there’s any workaround or a third party app I could use, let me know. Thanks!

Hi,Love the mind map but have one issue that I can not figure out.On some of my MindMaps when I expand the branches off of a node and then contract them, the mindmap returns to the previous view where everything is lined up as it was before the expansion contraction.On other mind maps when I do the expansion/contraction, the spacing of nodes remains as if the nodes/branches are still expanded.I prefer that it return to the original view.Is there a way to standardize this on all my MindMaps? JD

Hi there, I’m trying to see if I can record a Talktrack for my team, showing them the estimation feature. So far when I hit record my menu goes away and I can’t find it to bring up the estimation feature.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!Many thanks,  Kevin

I’m trying to use the Miro “Container” feature in some shapes and it seems promising. However, as I attempt to connect shapes within the container, the arrows disappear immediately.For example, create a “container” using the AWS VPC shape. Then add an AWS Lambda shape to it and an AWS SQS shape. Draw an arrow from Lambda to SQS and it immediately disappears.I can’t get that arrow to stick when connecting the two shapes. For now, I’m ditching the container feature and just using plain shapes. Anyone else have a workaround?Interestingly, I tried wrapping the container into a Frame to get this screen shot, and that won’t stick either. I have to sort of create the frame, then drag it around the container.
