Hi! I can't change grid cell color, it come back to previous color after miro page reload. Can you help me?  https://youtube.com/shorts/tJZ11KSk_9w

This is all about value co-creation book!

Mouse wheel randomly switches between zoom and scroll functions while working on Miro board. This inconsistent behavior occurs during regular use, making it difficult to maintain precise control over board navigation. The issue persists regardless of using the desktop app or browser version.

After responding to a number of posts over the years related to- “missing boards” or- “I am the owner of the board but am being asked to request access to it”, or- "I am suddenly being asked to create a new team and the team space I was a member of appears to be gone",I decided to put together this post in order to share it with future posters in the Community to help them understand why this may have happened, and how to hopefully get their board(s) back. NOTE: This post is a work-in-progress!  Table of contentsWhy did this happen? Hello,i started to notices strange behaviour from the Layers function under certain conditions:Here i do have a Layer called “Canvas”. It contains the following build up: a transparent frame, having the name on it. This frame is important to be able to export the whole canvas including content as an image or pdf. a colored shape, just to give the coloured and visible frame the canvas as an imagethen there are several other layers. Relevant for this part of the board is the “Examples” layer which contains pre-existing sticky notes, those that you can see in the screenshot here. The “default” layer should then contain all the additional sticky notes that users are adding. There: the “examples” layer can be hidden, and then users can add their own sticky notes, within the default layer. That is the plan at least.  What happens instead is the following: Whenever i create a new sticky note, while the “default” layer is selected, and the sticky note is created ON the canvas, then this sticly

You deleted all my prepared roadmaps as part of the update of the Timelines tool. I do not know how it is possible to issue a new release without backward compatibility or informing users that they need to make a copy of the data somewhere else.I hope that your support team is able to restore my data, as indicated in the screenshot and will contact me ASAP. For me this data was critical and needed today 🤦 I am infinitely upset, you destroyed the planning base, this is not a customer-oriented approach.

Hello! I've been using Miro for at least 3 years -- it's simply the best! Every year I renew my subscription. I work on my own, my team consists of  onlyme, I invite my clients just as viewers or editors. I have a question though:Today I renewed my year-subscription -- I paid 192$.But I see I have to pay 113$ more -- and I don't get how did this occure. 113$ -- what for?  Maybe my English is too poor to undestand :) I googled all the words but still have no idea what does all this mean. Please, clear this up!

The plugin with figma is no longer working. I’ve used it various times, it worked successfully. Recently, it’s been flagging this error - no matter what I try to pull through. I’ve tried reducing the size of elements, attempting to pull through with other images in case the files were corrupted in some way, opening new figma file and trying to pull new things through there, and it still doesn’t work. Not sure how to proceed but this is severely impacting my team and workflow, we use figma to centralise our work and I can’t even pull through designs anymore.

Hi,Longtime Miro user. For the first time in a while, I’m exporting to pdf and I cannot find the file. Searches of help and the community say that the file should be where my browser downloads are, and this is where I’ve found them in the past. It is not there. The csv of the board can be exported and found in the downloads folder but not the pdf of the board. Have tried several times and even copied a subset of the board to a new board and tried that. Nothing.Help would be greatly appreciated!

Why is Miro charging me for a third member when I've only used 2 of 3 paid users?

For the past few weeks, I have not been able to use the Ctrl+L shortcut to lock selected items on the board. I do this all the time while running virtual trainings and this is getting in the way of my workflow. I have others on my team using the Miro app and they have the same issue. I am using Edge myself.I have been able to use Ctrl+Shift+L to lock items, but only when I am in the app-mode of Edge (no search bar), and reportedly this works for my teammates who are using the Miro app. This is better than nothing, but much worse that Ctrl+L! Is anyone else experiencing or able to replicate? (e.g. can you use Ctrl+L to lock items?)

I tried to open an old board on my (only) account and got this notification saying “This board is no longer shared, or has been removed”. I can´t find it in the list of boards in my team. How can I recover it?I use the free version of Miro.

The board does not function correctly in the Mozilla Firefox browser (as shown in the screenshot). It works fine in Google Chrome, but I prefer using Mozilla. Could you please help me to resolve this issue?

Hello) I used SoundCloud as a tool to upload my audio materials to the miro board, but now i cannot turn on the audio on the bord( What’s happened?( And i asked my friend, who also used SoundCloud and it doesn’t work as well anymore on her board. What should I do? Or it is just technical problems, that are gonna be solved soon?

Hi. I use SoundCloud to upload my audio materials to the Miro board, but now the audio doesn’t play obthe board. What should I do to fix it?

Hello. I have a problem. When I embed a youtube video on the board and try to click the play button, the video is starting to play but it’s mute, then I try to click the unmute button in the embedded video and happens nothing. The button doesn’t work, I can’t pause, mute or click the timeline. How can I fix it? And that happens with everything I embed - youtube/wordwall. Nothing works on the board. What I’ve tried:To unmute the embedded video in Safari (didn’t work) I tried to embed the Iframe code of the youtube video (didn’t work)

Dear Community, I changed my e-mail address due to switch between universities, but still receive notifications only to my previous e-mail address. Who can I resolve this? Best, Christos

Hi everyone.I did the business free trial for personal use as I am a student and needed to export higher quality photos for my exam, and I thought I had cancelled my trial but it turns out I didn’t and I just got charged for $192 for the 1 year business plan. I really cant afford this, it took a huge portion of my personal savings. I don’t have an income as a student. Please help! I need to cancel my subscription and I cant afford to pay this! Im desperate.

It would be nice to be more easily align things. Being able to multi select shapes and align them

Hello! Please help me with the character limit of the text-boxes (especially with lists it’s reached with only 500 characters)  because it really disturbs my whole workflow with miro every day, over and over! I can't work with my clients because they can't use it on their own, they get stuck too.I can't understand why you put such a low limit on text-boxes, it make no sense. It make no sense to put a limit at all in a tool like miro! And I have seen a lot of other people in the community with the same issue and they all are very disappointed and are willing to change to an other software only because of this issue. We need a solution! So pleeeease help us and get rid of this limit or set it up to a much higher level.I know the limit is 6000 characters but with a list I reach the limit with only 500. Maybe its a bug but it happens every day over and over so but please solve this problem!!! I can’t work like that and my clients neither!Thank you very much!Marcus

My account is paused. My boards are all locked. I don’t have a need for a Business Plan at the moment, but I was locked out of all my boards! This is outrageous! It should take me back to a free plan where I can still use Miro within limits. Now, I only have the choice to pay or give up all my boards -- which I will do, because I don’t want anything to do with a platform that uses deceiving techniques like this!

I am new to Miro. I am creating my first board not using a template, just basic shapes as text boxes, replicating a board I originally created in Milanote. I am going to be using bullets quite a bit, but the option to add bullets doesn’t appear to be available anywhere. I tried following instructions I found online, but still no bullets. Am I missing something? Thanks!

I run it on 24Gb Apple M3 and keep wondering, why Miro rebuilds all my open boards every time I bring it upfront from background state? It takes me up to 1 minute just to obtain information on demand. It get’s even worth if I have to switch to another board, which gives extra latency for the board refresh. The same routine in Figma for instance is handle smoothly. All the projects are available on demand with no latency being uploaded on startup. No matter how many projects I keep open

WHY….! I use Miro every day, and each day I open a board, and then use the button provided to login. Why, Oh why, does this process then successfully log me in, but then take me into a different board than the one I started on…! Do you understand how annoying this is… Please please please can this be fixed...
