We’re restructuring our business and one of our former leaders had created our Miro account on a personal Miro account.

Our team would now like to retain the knowledge that was created in this account by transferring the Team with all boards into our organisation.

Is there a way we can do that?

To better assist you, I’d like to ask a couple of questions:

  1. You mentioned “organization”—is your team currently on a Business or Enterprise plan where the multi-team feature is available?
  2. Does the personal Miro account of your former leader have a paid plan where these boards and the team are stored, or is it a free account?
  3. Is your former leader is still a member of the organization?
