Instead of clicking on the board title, and then the “Change thumbnail”, it would be way easier if you could select a frame, and in the frame’s overflow menu, choose “Set as board thumbnail”.
Please restore the ability to zoom in and out using the “+” and “−” keys on the keyboard. Since the latest update, pressing these keys brings up a text bubble next to my cursor and begins typing the characters instead of zooming. This keyboard shortcut was incredibly useful for navigating boards efficiently, and I’d love to see it restored. Could you please help resolve this issue or advise if there’s a way to bring back the previous functionality? Thank you!
It’s infantilizing, embarrassing, and unnecessary.
Hello Miro Support Team,I am a currently employed K–12 teacher in India. My school does not provide institutional email addresses, so I cannot complete the standard Education Plan application using my personal Gmail account.I can provide an official teacher ID and employment verification documents privately. Please create a private support ticket to help me complete manual verification for the free Miro Education Plan.Thank you.
Hi,I created a board in Jira with swimlanes, no problem.I can use Jira cards in Miro, no problem.I can use Planner in Miro, no problem except that the swimlanes are not working. Can anyone help me ? Thanks and regards,
I’m trying to copy material from one board to another. Even when I only select one image, the board freezes then goes unresponsive. I’ve tried this on numerous boards and it’s the same each time. Is anyone else geting this? Is there a solution?
Does anyone know if there is a way to remove the left side bar that now opens every time i open a board. It is ok if it is there, as long as it is closed. It is just extremely annoying that I have to close it every time I open a board.
closedI signed up for the 14-day free trial to try Miro, but unfortunately forgot to cancel it before the trial ended. I sincerely apologize for this oversight. As soon as I noticed that the trial had been converted to a paid subscription, I immediately tried to cancel it. However, I could not complete the cancellation because the $480 invoice had already been generated as an outstanding invoice.I did not intend to continue with the Business annual subscription, and I have not used the Business seats after the trial.Could you please help me:Cancel the Business subscription; Void or waive the $480 outstanding invoice; and Confirm that the amount will not be charged to my card?I would really appreciate your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter.

Hi everyone! From 5 days ago I am no longer available to copy things from one of my boards and paste them to another one of my boards. Can someone please help me with this problem?Thank you in advance!
Hi, I get the message "Looks like something went wrong." when I submit a prompt to Sidekick.I have tried in Incognito and still get the same message.
Good day Miro team!Im reaching out to you in regards to ask if it's possible to get a free plan? I heard of such possibility from a friend, and it would help me a lot, Im on the last year of my teacher degree and would love to have more opportunities to study and practice my work
Currently, you need to have an email belonging to the educational institution domain to apply for the Education plan. In case you don't have one but are employed by or enrolled in an accredited institution, our support team will be happy to review your application outside of a standard submission process. Please add a message to this thread if you're unable to apply using this form https://miro.com/education-whiteboard/ and the community team will convert your message into a support ticket.
Every day when I connect to my Miro boards, I have this popup showing up: Is there a way we could close it for good? Like adding a “never” button, or making this reminder an opt-in thing. It’s really bothering to have this ad showing up every single day.
Ok, so I want to switch off ALL AI features in Miro. Is this even possible? I did a search on the support site, and what I found didn’t work. FWIW, I have a paid starter account.
I use Miro on a MacBook Air, and a CleverTouch. Ever since the Beta started (very recently), I have had extreme lag on the CleverTouch. Is it possible to get off the Beta version? The Miro website has become unusable on the Clevertouch browser, and I am not able to download the Miro app to the CleverTouch.
Actually paid plans for individuals are not available; Starter and Business plans require the purchase of at least 2 licenses. So I have to share the account, even if I don´t like. Otherwise I have to pay the double price. Why there aren´t plans for individual with the same options like Business? That´s my wish :-)
Card with proposed 3 dates and lead+cycle timeUpdate the card type to show 3 dates: the date/time it was created; the date that the work shown on the card was started; and the date that the work was deemed ‘done’. Also show the calculated lead time (created to done time) and the calculated cycle time (started to done time).
The newest app update introduced a search bar at the bottom of the screen. I will not be using this in my workflow and want to be able to close it. It being at the center bottom of the screen gets in the way of the visuals and work I am completing. P.S. When adding new features, please consider the ability to turn off the new additions for user flexibility and preferences. New features should never be a one-size-fits-all solution in such a dynamic application as Miro is, or should be.
I am sharing my screen and really don't need my students seeing all of my boards. Not sure if this is a bug or a “feature”. I am on a paid plan.
AAUIWL - the option to have a permanent announcement (beyond 90 days) so that I can convey company policy and conventions to our users, creators and contributors.Currently board announcements are limited to 90 days. Thanks.
the old “X” collapse button on the Creation bar is missing I need multiple tools pinned but also want the toolbar fully hidden while working Restoring the collapse feature would improve my workflow
Hey Miro team, the board overview (which is heavily used by our organisation) seems to be locked in a column in the middle of the screen and does not resize according to the window size. This looks like a bug. More importantly, all board thumbnails are gone! They seem to be present in the board details but are not displayed in the board overview. Note that both are related to the space view (Browse view, not Overview) – Thumbnails seem to work for starred board view though. Could you please fix this asap – super annoying! Much appreciated.
Dear Miro Team,I hope you are doing well.My name is Alena, and I work as an English tutor in Ukraine. I recently came across information about complimentary access to one of your paid subscription plans provided as support for Ukrainian educators.I would sincerely appreciate it if you could let me know whether this program is still available and advise me on the application process.Thank you very much for your time and for supporting teachers during this challenging period.Kind regards,Alena
