Update the card type to show 3 dates: the date/time it was created; the date that the work shown on the card was started; and the date that the work was deemed ‘done’. Also show the calculated lead time (created to done time) and the calculated cycle time (started to done time).
+7And even better, have a visual indicator of work item aging which is a leading indicator vs cycle/lead time which are lagging ones!

In case we cannot soon then we would have to move the team to another tool for managing their work
