Update the card type to show 3 dates: the date/time it was created; the date that the work shown on the card was started; and the date that the work was deemed ‘done’. Also show the calculated lead time (created to done time) and the calculated cycle time (started to done time).
+7And even better, have a visual indicator of work item aging which is a leading indicator vs cycle/lead time which are lagging ones!

This would be a really useful feature for improving workflow visibility in Miro. Displaying lead time and cycle time directly on each card would help teams identify bottlenecks, track delivery performance, and understand how long tasks take without relying on manual calculations. For other calculation needs, a Dreisatz Rechner can help simplify proportional calculations and save time. Hopefully, Miro will consider adding this feature in a future update to make project tracking even more efficient.
