Cancellation of My Plan

Hi, everyone! I was on a trial for the collaborative package, and before the trial ended, I remember canceling it. However, a few weeks later, I received a notification from my bank stating that they couldn’t process a $50 payment from MIRO.com due to insufficient funds. 

 

I’ve tried canceling multiple times because I can’t afford to continue with this plan or any other plan, but every time I attempt to cancel, I get an error message saying that the cancellation was unsuccessful. Shortly after, I receive another notification from my bank stating that MIRO.com tried to collect the payment again, but it failed due to insufficient funds. 

 

What should I do now? They’ve mentioned that if I don’t pay, this billing will roll over to the next one. Does this mean I’ll have to pay $100 next month?
