Is there a way to cluster sticky notes without the black frame around it?
I worked in Miro to outline some functionality for our platform. I did copy paste of a single sticky note but instead Miro copy pasted the entire board and (since it is a pretty big board) the system failed. Hence, I could not execute the „undo“ option. Now, we have everything twice on top of each other. I can also not load a previous version, because I am on a free plan. I really hope Miro has a fall-back solution for this and can load a previous version of the board. I know that Miro usually only offers version history on a paid plan, but since this is a mistake on the part of miro, I think they should help us regain our previous board. Otherwise, we will need days to clean up the board manually. I would even upgrade all our plans (we originally planned to do so anyways), but apparently version history does only start working after one starts paying. If anyone has a suggestion of saving the board some other way, I would be grateful.
I randomly found a shape object that allowed you to change the colour and specify an icon, but I cannot find where the original app is or how you can create it without copying and pasting the object that I found. Can anyone tell me where I can find the tool to use this? Thanks

I have been approached to migrate a board app / extension not sure what they are called now which is using V1 SDK to V2From the documentation on how apps are created in V2 everything seems unchanged in the initialization section, apart from referencing the new SDK url ofcourseHowever when I try to fire up the code in a new app which has V2 selected I get this:ErrorCouldn’t find any explanation in docs as to what this could mean.Are there any auth / security header changes that a server needs to meet when initializing the iframe panel compared to V1? Just for context, I do not expect the functionality of my old V1 code to work at all on V2, but I did expect the iframe to fire up and greet me with errors which I could then debug one by one. I tried adding log calls throughout the code but none display in my browser console, meaning that this error most likely obstructs the script from ever even firing, and the same goes for the HTML, whatever change I make to it does not get shown in the
Hey, I log in to Miro today after the holidays only to find that my board content is all gone! The board is there, the name is kept, but the content has disappeared. How did this happened? It was after the change to AI, not so I apparently!
Not sure why I can distribute (horizontally & vertically) groups of objects, but as soon as frames are part of groups, I can’t distribute them? The menue option isn’t there - I get offered un-group, only.
Hello. It was time to pay for the subscription when I discovered that I had accidentally added 10 people to my team but in reality I am only one person on the team. But after that I deleted them I received a message that I need to pay 180$. Although for one person I only need to pay 20$ (for bisuness plan for 1 person at team). Hi,I have a problem with syncing and saving in Miro - I cannot copy templates created by anyone to my project because the application hangs every time during synchronization. Restarting the browser and computer, opening Miro in incognito mode, downloading the application to the computer and deleting cookies in the browser did not help. Nothing is saved in Miro.When you try to synchronize, the following message appears:"Sync. Please wait."Receiving responses from the server. We recommend waiting to avoid data loss. "Unfortunately, waiting does not help, because even if I wait an hour... the data will not be saved and everything will return to its previous state, i.e. everything will be deleted.Second question: Every time I wait for the save option to be activated (until the synchronization message appears). Is it possible to save changes made to the project yourself?I thought that everything would be automatically saved in Miro in real time, but apparently not... and I don't see the Ctr

Hello, Several team members are currently using our team account.Previously, my entries were always private and had to be requested for viewing.However, this is no longer the case and my entries can be viewed by everyone, even though I have not made any changes. Why is this the case? And where can I set the privacy settings correctly again? LG

Wieso ist das so? Und wo kann ich die Privatsphäre wieder richtig einstellen? LG
Noticed this when trying a work around for 200 mb file limitation from backup import.White boxes appear when pasting items from another board (enterprise account). They cannot be selected or deleted. They are only visible at 1% zoom level. They are not present on the board the content is being copied from. Happens on every board I have tried using this work around on. It seems to be burned into every new board I make (personal account - paid). It’s just not visible until I have objects big enough to zoom out to 1%.It does seem to match a pattern of nested frames I have on one board on the enterprise account. This is present on all my boards (paid personal and free personal), even ones created before making the board with the nested frames.
For a while now I’ve had an issue where the board overview map doesn’t draw the box of my viewport over the map and the map view itself is not the whole content of the board. Anyone seen this or found a fix for it?:
Since yesterday I am getting some kind of bug with text inside sticky notes and shapes. Miro is cutting off the lower half of every text line, even text that is not at the bottom of the sticky notes/ shape. Please see image below for example.Text is also behaving really strangely inside shapes/ sticky notes/ text boxes - when I double click to edit the text, it goes up a few sizes and goes off the bottom of the shape/ box/ sticky note. It seems to be an issue with auto-resizing. Can someone please help? Thank you.
I’m trying to work out if there is a way to create a game in Miro where users try to spot a hidden item in an image.The idea is that I place a photograph on a board which contains a hard-to-find item. The users then study the photograph and mark where they think the item is. It’s a simple game. The easiest way to achieve this would be to allow the users to place a comment marker on the image in the specific location. However, as far as I know there is no way to hide comments from other users on the board. Which means as soon as someone correctly pinpoints the item the game is spoiled for everyone else.The other method I considered was adding a grid of invisible shapes in front of the image and allowing people to vote by picking the shape covering the correct area. But votes are anonymous so there’s no way to tell who got the correct answer.Does anyone have any other ideas how I could achieve this?Thanks

Hi, I want to create a talktrack for a workshop template I’ve created so that I can educate members of my audience.I don’t want them to use the original template board, rather duplicate it and use the talktrack to understand how to conduct the workshop on thier own. Is this possible? I haven’t tried this properly, so wondering if this going to work?
Honestly you need a training course to understand how that community forums work… The UX|UI is just NOT GOODI hope fixing this bug won't take as long as the issue half a year ago with slow workI remember then I had to look for developers, product managers on Telegram, arrange a meeting on Zoom and demonstrate the bug -- so that it would finally receive priority for debugging (although there were hundreds of posts on the form by that time)
Hello ,I copy the link of my board for viewing only , but when I open it it seems everyone can edit ...and it is not this my goal ...I need to lock my project so nobody can edit it but be possible to view … what do I do wrong ? please help..thanx
I used to have a frame, when using the mini-map, showing where on my board, i am - and then i could drag the frame to go to another place on the board. But the frame is gone now. And the mini-map is sort of useless without it. Used to look like this. But now the black rame isn’t there. Anyone know how to fix this?

It does not take someone to the template itself.I tried this both logged in & via incognito browser, to no effect.Can anyone help with this?(Running Macbook M2 Pro, OS up to date)Thanks in advance,Donovan
