we are 2 independent consulting companies who work together on different projects. Each have their Miro account (consultant plan).How do we make the other co-owners on boards for mutual clients? ...without having to add each other as team members and pay double.
My board is inactive now, because “my team has reached the free plan’s limit”. One of my team’s members was my another profile mirosoftsofa@gmail.com. I’ve already removed it. Now I have just 3 members in my team. Can I get free plan again?
My colleague on a different team has a board that got somehow corrupted and she has a message [RESTORED] board. I’m not a team member on this board, only a guest. She opened the [RESTORED] board and it looks fine, but she wants to ensure that this becomes the default board again. The originally shared link still goes back to the corrupted board.Is there a way to to save the Recovered board as an unaffected duplicate, (she tried renaming the restored board, but that just changed the name of the restored version. The original link still goes back to the corrupted board, and the “check the version of the board restored” just goes to what she renamed; they still are linked.The question is, what is best practice at this point to ensure that data isn’t lost, the Restored version isn’t again overwritten with a corrupted version, and generally to get back on the normal path again.
It was reported as a solved problem, but Miro does not load pictures (e.g. 81KB) - the screen is stuck with the progress cricle :-( Decreasing size of the picture does not help :-( Any workaround?
Hey guys! How do increase the size of child node in a mindmap? Because when I increase the size of the parent node, everything increases in just like its size (how far spread it is). I would like the individual child nodes sizes to be bigger (like a increase in font size)
I am trying to paste text or URL into text blocks or sticky notes and nothing happens. I don’t receive any error message, its just blank.I tried using keyboard shortcut methods. the right click method to copy/paste URLs or text, restarting Miro and resizing the screen to 100% but not successfully. Seems like a bug because I used to be able to do this. Hope it can be fixed soon and please let me know what I can do to make this happen again.
I use the Conusltant plan - and i really love that I´ve have the possibility now to bulid up a Team for every customer. Unfortunately I can´t move the existing projects to the Team, only copy board by board - that´s a big waste of time.And I can´t use my personla templates in the several teams, therfore I first have to make a board on my “universal” space to move it afterwards board by board to the customer/team?Is there another possibility?
Can other people find my boards or stumble upon them? since there are no “private boards” option for Free users like me.
Hi there, I have a personal miro account which I want to save the board, but I am not the board owner. Is there a way to download the board? I am only able to make a copy of the board and that's about it.
Hello, this seems like a basic question but I cannot find information anywhere (tried here, watching tutorials, google). I want to use templates, but cannot find instructions of how to add objects. For example, I want to use the company organization template, but need more “boxes”. There must be a simpler way than copy & pasting every item and every arrow. Can someone please help!!? Thank you.
I use Miro for different courses. I the past I was able to create new teams. But it seems that I lost this ability. Does anyone know how te create a new team (as not in person of a company)?Thanks for the help in advance!
HelloI know I can manually import Jira into Miro or create Jira directly with Miro.But is there a way to find a newly created Jira (withJira) in a Miro Board just by updating Miro.Like for example a result of a JQL request which would directly add the jira task in visualization in Miro.Assignee = “Toto” and Status = “Open” for example And when Toto was assignee on a jira (withjira) we can actualize it directly in Miro.Thx in advance
Every time I share a link to a miro board, either in a 3rd party app like Teams, or indeed in miro itself, all I get is this generic link preview. It doesn’t even have the name of the board. Does anyone know why?
Hello!I have various tags on a cards in a timeline to identify gaps, benefits etc with each card. I can filter the tags using the filter feature but is there a way to copy past these into a list format easily or view the list of gaps easily as a team?

Hi all, I’m hoping you get some information that I can present to my IT department in getting access to my and my student’s Miro boards. I work in a high school and my senior students have been using Miro as an online folio due to COVID-19 lockdowns. Last year it worked and I wanted to replicate it this year due to more lockdowns in Melbourne, Australia. I can log in to Miro perfectly fine (so can my students), however whenever we try to load a board, all we see from the website or the Miro app is the ‘M’ loading animation over and over. If I pair it with my phone, it loads. Any thoughts to getting this resolved?Thank you in advance.

Hello community, I'm using MIRO extensively during the past year and never had this issue. One particular board is now uneditable for me. It would not zoom in and out and I cannot select elements on it. The board has appr. 40 members. All of them can access is and work with it, but I cannot. All my other MIRO boards (tried at least 20) are working. I applied all advices: restarted, cleaned browsing history and cookies, used different browsers, uploaded older versions, uploaded back ups - nothing worked. My zoom in/zoom out functionality on this board is not working. And then it goes black. Any other ideas? Oh, and yes, I am a paid user.Many thanks, Boryana
I’m hosting an ideation session where we’ll break out into multiple rooms, but we’ll all be using the same Miro board.I’ve created the four voting sessions in advance, but my question is, will each breakout room be able to vote simultaneously on their separate boards? Or will we have to wait until the first voting session is over?

Hello :)I understand that the probable answer to this question will be - (a big) NO, since I couldn't find anything online, but still.I work at a workplace with access to only a private network, so my obvious question is if it is possible to have all the back end running on our servers privately. I’m an editor on a board with an enterprise account. I can’t get the “present” button to show on the board in the upper right. How can I restore the ability to present frames?
Hello, At present I am using a free plan for Miro with my Corporate email ID as a registered user… recently my Company allocated license for me and my Team. around 15+ users.. all the users are also using the free version of Miro with their respective corporate email IDS.. how do I migrate my team including me to Enterprise Plan with same registered email?
