Hi there!I’m not sure how to properly call what I’m trying to achieve and by searching for Pop Out, I only found a 3 year old post. Anyway, here goes: I’m trying to create a storyboard / timeline for a game I’m working on with some friends. We have several points along the timeline where significant events happen. We’d like to be able to put a brief headline for each event and if somebody wants to find out more, they can click on the text to open a bigger text box of some sort that details whatever happened. For example:If I click on “The Prominence”, the box becomes bigger or a secondary text box rolls out and contains the information. “The Prominence refers to a time, during which society had reached its pinnacle. Disease had been virtually eradicated, famine was a thing of the past and people lived in such abundance, that war had become a tale of legend.” Is this currently possible?
Hi!Is there a way to … after having manually resized a text box … to make it go back to auto adjust horisontal size based on the amount and size of the text?
Almost daily now when I make edits to my boards, I will create an object, type text, or create a connecting line from one object to another and then the action reverses/deletes as if I never did it. The issue is isolated to the single action I’ve done (i.e. it only deletes the exact 1 last action I did, not undoing multiple actions).A few details:Using a MacBook Pro 2020 with Ventura OS (up to date on version) Using Safari Browser (side note: Is Chrome better for using Miro?) Currently have a paid “Business” account. Is there a chat or contact I should reach out to for this issue?

Hi,I have been testing the API functionality, specifically mass-copying a board to multiple Miro Teams. However, I can’t seem to get this working properly. Hi, We’re an Enterprise customer. I’ve been asked some questions around data security and privacy recently and so I decided to take a look around at the features which Miro offer. I came across the help section around Enterprise Guard in the help pages and I was wondering if this was an additional license or something? I don’t see the roles or some of the settings. It’s not clear in the help who gets this feature.

New Miro user here….so, hopefully not a dumb question.As I try to create a new Azure ticket through Azure cards, the assignee field is not finding names to return for selection, no matter how I type in the name. I have tried first name, last name; email address; even just one letter, but I continue to get “No Users Matched”. The Azure ticket will create, but I cannot get the assignee to fill in from the Miro board creation. Help, please

Hi all,I am new to this community, so please excuse any mistakes.I have been using the Rest API for 2 months now to programmatically create board contents. Everything worked as documented and I did not have more than the usual problems.Today, I am observing a very strange behavior: When creating a shape, the fillOpacity values are sometimes ignored and set to 0.0. However, there is no pattern, i.e. if I create the board contents several times, the elements having the wrong fillOpacity are not identical, but vary a lot.I did not change anything in my code regarding fillOpacity, so I suspect that something has changed on the API side.Any help is highly appreciated!Thanks, and best regards,Rene
Greetings colleagues,In the past, I developed a small private application with the web sdk v1. It was very basic, I added the application in the context menu and when selecting a series of widgets (sticky notes, app cards, etc..) my application appeared in the context menu and in its inner workings what it did was to go through the selected widgets, search the tags inside them and add those that matched a specific numerical format.I want to migrate it to version 2 of the new sdk and the truth is, it is being quite difficult.I have read the documentation and I think that the closest thing to my needs is to make a CustomAction.I have been able to add my customAction to the context menu and show an information message when I click on it. I need to be able to read somehow the content of the tags, their text, but I can't find any way to do it. Is it possible to do it somehow? Hallo,I am working on a Tree diagram/mind map and I would like to be able to select the items that belong to a path and collapse all the rest. So far I see that collapsing per level is possible but I am looking for something else: to be able to choose a branch/item per level that belong to a path that I define and collapse all the rest. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.For process mapping, I want to be able to automatically allocate a unique reference number / ID number to shapes and connection lines on a board. Primarily, I am thinking about flowchart diagrams and creating process flows with each shape / connection line being allocated a unique reference number. This would allow non-Miro to Miro referencing in documentation with clearly identified target elements linking the non-Miro document content to the shapes and connections on the Miro board.For (very simple) example, let’s say I have a process flow for user registration. Today, when I try to modify a diagram, I noticed that I can not move an image or a basic shape in other custom shapes, like AWS shapes. This was possible before. An example will be add an image inside an AWS VPC shape. When I try it will not add it or if it was on the page will move it back to the original position.
I’ve removed one of my team members and when I did it I saw a message “member’s boards will be reassigned to my_own_mail@gmail.com”. As a result my board with all my work on it was deleted without reassigning… How can I repair this board?

Hi all, I’m finding an issue when I have a diagram inside the cell of a table - shapes appear to have a minimum size. I only saw this occur a couple of days ago when I added an existing diagram into a table - and then a load of labels (drawn in shapes) were automatically resized - and so wrecked the diagram. Here’s a screengrab example:Square ‘A’ is inside a table. I can’t resize it to any smaller than it currently is.Square ‘B’ is outside the table. I can resize this to whatever size I want. Is this a bug? If so, any advice on a work-around would be gratefully received, Cheers, Mike
Hi folks, maybe you can advise?I recently updated my template in the Miroverse at:https://miro.com/miroverse/making-next-happen-template/However when I preview it, it appears as a blank screen. I have found I have to repeatedly [zoom out] to see it. How do I correct this, as for users of the template, it appears as if there is nothing there, impacting use and discovery.
After leaving my team, I lost access to all boards. When I try to access one of the boards via a link again, I am thrown back to the dashboard tab and nothing happens.
