Hi! I'm hoping some knowledgeable community member can help. I have a website where users create spaces and I want to allow users to display a specific miro board in the space. They may have multiple spaces and can one 1 board to each space. So, we need a way for a user to click a button, login to their miro account, select a board and then save the iframe details to their space in my site. Any thoughts on what api etc exists? Is there a way to export a list of all boards within a specific team in Miro?Also, is there a way to require all boards be linked to a project either through rules or automation?
Hi, after searching in the documentation I found the selectWidgets Miro board method. I simply want to use a array of widget ids from the board, input them into the method and want them to get selected on the board, from what I have read in the documentation this should be working. But the documentation says the method should accept a parameter of widgetIds which the array I’m passing into it has. This most probably isn’t the problem as the error seems to be in the method itself rather than in the parameter passed.
If I deleted my Miro account, would all files that I had previously uploaded on all boards that I had once been a member in (but not anymore) also be deleted?
Hey, everyoneI have the problem with my mobile app. It seems that it loads but in the end it just reloads again and again and never shown me the board. What could it be? I'll be thrilled to hear about any ideas
Hi,I have an issue where items in frames becomes locked without any action being taken. This issues related to this previously register question. DescriptionI have multiple frames on my board, in which I have various items such as shapes, sticky notes and tables. These items have been locked by me but later unlocked such that collaborators can edit the content. However, after just a few minutes the items revert back to being locked. This has very negative consequences as it limits the collaboration possibilities. Furthermore, there is no event registered in the board history of any of the actions (active choice of unlocking/non-active choice of locking). I am using the web app with Safari - Version 14.1.2.
Hello, I’m trying to upload an image widget via the REST api. I can see some references to https://miro.com/api/v1/boards/<boardId>/integrations/imageplugin using a hash authentication, but nothing on the documentation. Is there an equivalent in the published API? Many thanks
I tried to buy a Miro starter plan, and there are 2 transactions from my card. I suppose there was a mistake because my plan is still free but the money was transacted 2 times. How can I solve this problem?
I was paying for a consulting plan. Miro at some point created several boards itself, in an ‘Explore Miro’ project it also created itself, to give an overview of the plan.I cancelled my plan and downgraded to the free plan, which keeps 3 boards editable.Only the 3 most recently created Miro boards can be edited -- any board I actually created is now view-only. Is there any way to instead get 3 of the boards I created editable under the free plan?
We have to pass coordinates while creating the widget. Is there any way to do it easier? Miro Provide any solution for automatically creating or organizing boards based on data?
My friend and I have a Miro board for our brainstorming sessions. One of our panels has hundreds of images in it and we dont always need to refer to it. However, every time we start Miro we have to wait for all these hundreds of images to load up and it may be the case that we dont even want to talk about that in this session. A collapsible box which contained all the images would be super helpful, where if we want to open it and load all the images we can, but if not, it stays closed. is this feature already in Miro or should this question be in the requests list? (or is there another workaround maybe?)Many thanks,J
I’ve removed one of my team members and when I did it I saw a message “member’s boards will be reassigned to my_own_mail@gmail.com”. As a result my board with all my work on it was deleted without reassigning… How can I repair this board?

Hello, I’m Gennadii. I’ve been using Miro for a long time. I’ve used Miro from various devices. iPad + Macbook. Today I couldn’t use properly miro using app for iPad. I started writing using iPencil and my sentences disappeared. But I can see then on my Mac. Sounds strange but it was like that. and I’ve tried to restart my iPad and redownload miro app, it didn’t help at all. When I zoomed in - I can see all my writing, but when I zoomed out (5-4%), suddenly some letters started disappearing. Hello! I was creating a concept map for a project. I used a picture as the base (I started the map on an online site, and I wanted to continue with Miro). Just when I finished, I wanted to save it, but accidentally pressed the share button – and every text I wrote, basically my whole progress, disappeared. Only the base picture and the shapes I used remained. It took me quite much time to make this map, and my deadline is today, so if possible, I'd rather not redo it – I probably wouldn’t even make it in time, not to mention just how much effort it took to complete it the first time. Is there a way to recover my data?I contacted the support team, but I’m running out of time, and I don’t know what to do.
Hello! I see there’s a miro affiliate program aimed at larger companies/teams, but is there a similar affiliate program for Youtube channels? I use miro to outline videos and novels and often get asked about my process by viewers; I’d love to promote a product I can actually vouch for. Does anyone know if this is a thing?
Hi, I am being charged each month for Miro but I don’t have an active paid account - because I don’t have a paid account I can’t contact Miro support…. What am I supposed to do here Miro people???? I have already contacted my bank to dispute the charges, but they are saying I need to cancel the card - I am not willing to do this as I have multiple accounts setup on this card and the admin to update them all is not worth it. I had a paid account in the past and I used the same credit card to make the payment for Miro, so I suspect that there is some kind of error in the background that means I am being charged for my account but that on the front-end it says I am on a free account. To be clear - I don’t want or need a paid account right now, so I don’t want to reactivate the account - I just want to stop being charged for the subscription (and refunded the last few months of transactions that I have been charged in error).

I upgraded to a Team plan.However, when I open a board created by another company, I cannot use the paid functions.Is this a Team plan?If I have a Business plan, can I use paid functions on boards created by other companies?
Is it just me? Are other Windows App users experiencing lag on the Windows miro app? This is the Miro app that I have downloaded from the Microsofy Store.I’ve also had the app freeze up and I cannot flick on any of the icons within Miro. I’ve had to kill the windows app and start again. I work on a Surface Pro with 16GB RAM and core i17 processor - these specifications would be adequate. Sorry for the duplication.--------------------------------I’m looking for a way to display “toolbar panels”, i.e. small panels on the right of the toolbar, that display options for the selected tool, like the ones that are displayed when selecting the Pen tool, Shape tool, Frame Tool, etc. For now, miro.board.ui allows to display a library (.openLibrary) or a sidebar (.openLeftSidebar), but they are rather bulky for some simple use cases, and one cannot decide their size.Actually, it should be possible to decide of the height and width of the toolbar panel, as the example above they may appear in different sizes -- e.g. something like openToolbarPanel(“my-toolbar-panel.html”, { width: “56px”, h

Hi! I am new to this and using it as a way to map out our customer service wiki website. I am using the mind map basic template and wanting to figure out the best way to include a body of text or bullet points hidden in a node. So far all I can figure out is commenting on it to be the closest to what I want. I would be fine to add a shape or text bubble next to it but I can’t seem to pair that so that it moves with the node if the map changes. I’m looking for something like being able to add a description to a node is maybe how I would phrase it.Is something like this possible in the free version? Thanks! Rosemary
