I’ve removed one of my team members and when I did it I saw a message “member’s boards will be reassigned to my_own_mail@gmail.com”. As a result my board with all my work on it was deleted without reassigning… How can I repair this board?

As you mentioned, you were presented with this prompt as you were about to delete a user from your team:
If you accidentally chose option 2, then, yes, the board would be in an invisible Trash. To recover it, you would at least need have the board link, e.g., in your browser history. When you try to open the board, as the new board owner, you should see:
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
