Is it just me? Are other Windows App users experiencing lag on the Windows miro app? This is the Miro app that I have downloaded from the Microsofy Store.

I’ve also had the app freeze up and I cannot flick on any of the icons within Miro. I’ve had to kill the windows app and start again. I work on a Surface Pro with 16GB RAM and core i17 processor - these specifications would be adequate.

 

My tasks include:

  • Using my stylus to write notes
  • Ideating using stickiness and text

@Dominic Wong - Are you able to download and install the desktop app from Miro’s website onto your Surface instead of the MS Store version? There are limitations with the MS Store version, so I direct people to the version from Miro’s site whenever possible - maybe it will run smoother for you.
