I am trying to use the Miro App on a MacBook Pro with Intel Cores, running Catalina 10.15.7 but I cannot get the Intel Mac App to load successfully.It seems to install fine but every time I start the app, the icon appears for a moment in the Dock and then disappears. I never get any error or other feedback.I have uninstalled, re-downloaded, and re-installed - same problem.I believe it has something to do with my organizations MFA. If I restart in Safe Mode I can start Miro and access my account and boards. But when I restart in normal mode, I’m back to a Miro App that loads and then quits.Any ideas???

I have an educational account, and every semester I onboard close to 100 students to work with Miro.When the semester ends I take them out of the team to make space for the next cohort.Many students leave boards in projects, or not within a project. The result is that I have hundreds of boards that I need to delete and dozen of projects I need to delete too. So far, the only way I found is to click each board, click delete, confirm deletion. To clean my account would take countless hours. Is there any way to select multiple boards and delete them at once? Much similar as you delete files in you computer.
I have the XD integration working on my Miro boardI can see the artboards and import them too (low res though)When I click the refresh button it refresh with the latest view.PROBLEM: When I click on the source button I expect the browser to open the XD shared link Instead I receive the following error in the next browser tab (for all the Artboards:)This cdn-sharing.adobecc.com page can’t be foundNo webpage was found for the web address: https://cdn-…... Any way to solve this?
Hello! I am trying to edit the border color of my Asana Cards, but while the option seems to be listed in the menu I do not have the ability to click + select an alternative color. Does anyone know why?

Hello, I’m a teacher and yesterday my student had trouble hearing the audio of a youtube video I embedded on the Whiteboard. FYI I embedded the video by just copying and pasting the link straight onto the board. He could hear the audio slightly but it was very quiet at his end. Any insights into how I could fix this would be most helpful Nick
During PI planning with 15+ teams, a number of stickies are created and some of these has dependencies i.e. between team(s).Rather than navigate the Miro board, it would be useful to export all the tickets (e.g. to check, confirm the status of the dependency etc).Therefore the ask is how can I export links from a Miro board?
Problem (critical): The refresh artboard button is not working as expected.Try the following:1- Link an XD file to your Miro Board2- Insert 2 different artboard (in the video I did it twice… sorry about that)3- You have now 2 different artboards inside your Miro board. 4- Go to one of them and ask them to replace image - I replace the BLUE with the Red. → Expected outcome: Both images are now linked to the "RED" artboard.5- Go to XD and make any change - In the video I changed the RED and I put a white triangle (the problem manifest even if you don’t change the XD file)6- Update - Nothing happens.7- Refresh both RED artboard in Miro → Expected outcome: Both will show the new version of the RED with the white triangle PROBLEM: The old BLUE that I replaced with the RED reverts to the original BLUE. If I made any replacement like this across many other XD links inside the board, they are gone too.Check the linked video for quick demo.Any ideas why this happen?Check the video on this Loom

Hi, there seems to be some disconnects between the Mirotone npm package and the Mirotone Figma UI library, e.g. some icons are available in the Figma library but not in the npm package. This causes some minor frictions when a design is handed over from designers to developers. The issue can be addressed by exporting the assets from Figma and / or manually implementing the styles, but being able to rely on the npm package would certainly improve workflow and thus the question - should we refer to the Figma UI library, the npm package, or mirotone.xyz as source of truth for Mirotone?Not sure if others find this an issue (love to hear your experience / opinions) but I believe setting the correct expectation will ease both designing and implementation.
Hi everyone I am new to the community and have signed up for a team licence. We have a number of members who do not require full access and I wondered if anyone could offer advice on how to downgrade them to non user roles as I have looked at the "managing teams tips” but there is no mention of how to do this, any help would be great thanks in advance Iain
On the free plan, if you have a team of just yourself, a team of one, is it effectively private, non searchable and discoverable? I’d love to sketch out some ideas, but want to make sure it’s not public first. I don’t intend to add people or share a link.
Hello! I see there’s a miro affiliate program aimed at larger companies/teams, but is there a similar affiliate program for Youtube channels? I use miro to outline videos and novels and often get asked about my process by viewers; I’d love to promote a product I can actually vouch for. Does anyone know if this is a thing?
When I try to use the lasso feature, it would cause the board to be unresponsive and stuck at the lasso feature. Restarting the board undo the crash, however I can’t use the lasso feature at all. My company has decided not to move forward with their enterprise Miro account. The enterprise account is now disabled, and I never had admin rights to that account. I want to take my boards and move them to a new single license.How do I do that?
I’ve just joined a team who uses Miro. I need to be the admin of these boards so that I can manage the board, however the administrator user has left the business. He was the only admin.As I’m not a licensed user (because I can’t transfer the licence) I can’t even contact the support team.Does anyone know how I can solve this please? An incredibly frustrating customer experience.
We use cropped images in some of our templates, which worked well until this week, when something seems to have changed, and now when I copy & paste a cropped image from one board to another, it loses it’s crop. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
