Hi,I’m new to Miro and just started working on my first boards.It was working great yesterday but today the boards are very slow to load and are doing some very strange. things. On the app, the boards open but I can’t navigate or edit, sometimes I get a completely black board.On the Web, it keeps telling me that it’s “reconnecting” or “reconnected”, but I can’t edit or move aroundI duplicated the board and was able to editing on the new one for less than an hour. I cut some of the widgets from the original board but still having the same problem. Please advise!
Hello, I accidentally deleted all the boards, is it possible to restore them somehow?
I live in the non-occupied area of Donetsk region in Ukraine. I work as a teacher and use Miro to teach my students during war and bombshells. Recently I found out that I can't have an access to my whiteboards because app thinks that my city is occupied. How can we deal with this problem?
Hi all, I accidentaly deleted projects in our Miro account - all boards of that projects are lost now (they are not in the trash). Worst case ever!Any idea how to recover the boards? @Miro Community Team please help … we’re lost thank you, carsten
I am an independent consultant currently planning a workshop with ca. 100 participants.We will use Miro for facilitation during the workshop. I am looking for live advice/coaching on how to use Miro effectively with large group workshops.I would also be interested to hire someone who can co-facilitate workshops from a Miro functionality perspective. The only expertise needed is guiding participants through Miro functionality, no other subject matter expertise needed. Are you interested in this type of gig work or know someone who might be?
Hello, I’m Gennadii. I’ve been using Miro for a long time. I’ve used Miro from various devices. iPad + Macbook. Today I couldn’t use properly miro using app for iPad. I started writing using iPencil and my sentences disappeared. But I can see then on my Mac. Sounds strange but it was like that. and I’ve tried to restart my iPad and redownload miro app, it didn’t help at all. When I zoomed in - I can see all my writing, but when I zoomed out (5-4%), suddenly some letters started disappearing. What can I do to solve the problem?You can see the problem in the pictures below 👇
Hello Miro Team!I’ve been introduced to Miro around a year ago when i started working in a startup. They were using Miro boards.I haven’t used it much since until this week Last tuesday I opened a board for quick mindmapping but when i wanted to access today, its not loading at all.I tried deleting cookies, clearing cache, incognito window, from phone browsers, phone app and everything possible. I had some quick keywords and writings there. I would be more than grateful than ever if i just have at least just screenshot of the board of the process or anything possible.P.S: now it says I can’t access or do anything because this account was blocked due inactivity??? I just opened and used it last Tuesday. Why would that even be the case? Please please please advise and help! Looking forward eagerly to hear back from you guys, With best,Anda
While I’m drawing/writing on a board with Apple Pencil on my IPad some lines disappear. If I zoom out I could barely see all the lines. But on the web version they still exist. I have asked a couple of my friends, they have the same bag. How to fix it?
Hi there,I’ve tried to move everything I had from my personal account to my work account. I’ve shared a board with the work account, duplicated it in the work account, and then deleted the personal account.However, the duplicated board disappeared from the work account. A massive f-up on my end! How can I recover it?

Hi there, I was just working in my miro to make flowcharts. I usually create multiple arrows from one block to other blocks. Miro used to automatically set this arrow to the same point, but now it creates a new place everytime and sticks it to the closest area (see picture for reference of how it was vs how it is now) Is this an new update? or did I change something by accident in my settings?
Hello!Hope you can help me solve the problem. I’m a free account user. Yesterday I opened Miro on my laptop and also on a PC and there weren’t any problems. Today I can’t open anything! No Internet connection issues 100%, I’ve doublechecked. Neither the website nor the app aren’t working! The pages are empty and white and that’s it! What happened? How can I fix it?
I am interested in using Miro with the Fabula storytelling template but cannot figure out how to import it. I currently have a free account. Do I need to upgrade my account? If so, what do I need to upgrade it to?I was not able to find any information about importing external templates

As of around 11am this morning the two finger pinch for zoom isn’t working. I’ve switched back and forth between navigation modes, closed out and logged back in, but nothing is working. Anyone having this problem? Any fixes?
Hi,I’m trying to follow instruction in respect to connect your Jira server with Miro, unfortunately i stuck during authorization. It ask me to use Jira cloud account which is not existing in my case (i have only local account on-premis).Any ideas? Maybe integration with Jira server is no longer supported?
I have created a Miro app and what pretty much does is that it creates Microsoft To Do Items from Miro Cards using the Graph API and specifically several Microsoft To Do Endpoints in there. My app makes use of both the Miro REST API and the Graph REST API by Microsoft. For both I need a client secret, a refresh token and an auth token to authenticate against these apis. My plan is to use service account on the Microsoft side and another service account on the Miro side (Or actually user accounts).Since the app is built using React and Typescript (As done in one of Miro´s tutorials) I have different options to store Auth Data. I of course don´t want to do that in plain text inside my application. How should I approach this? Should I use a database or a .env file? I am happy about any suggestions and answers. :)
Occasionally, the undo button is just not there and Command Z does not work.Also occasionally copy and paste does not workAlso, occasionally you can’t bring people to youFinally, sometimes work just disappears.These issues are not caused by a change in my role on the board, they just stop working mid workshop.Miro is a great tool but these things are annoying. We have changed our company domain and wish to update all current emails from a .space to a .com address. Can we push this across the board for all team members still using a .space email login without causing account or login change / duplication / deletion issues? Would be great for all team members to simply receive an automatic prompt that the address has been changed, even if they have to login once with their new email address, including for those with a Microsoft 365 single sign on. Hello everyone!I know this question has been asked many times before, but the answers I’ve managed to find so far don’t seem clear enough. I have a free account now (I use it for teaching) and I would like to upgrade my plan in order to create more boards, since 3 clearly isn’t enough. When choosing the right plan, I found out that all of my students are currently full-scale members of my board and not just guests or visitors, but as far as I understand I’d better exclude them from the board before upgrading if I don’t want to pay a huge sum of money every month… The question is:What plan should I choose if I want to have several boards, each having another person (i.e. student) than me as a guest editor? I don’t need students to have access to any other boards than the one I use with them, but I need them to be able to add files, move objects on the board etc. Can I choose for example the Business plan with only one member (i.e. me) so that a more or less infinite number of guests cou

Hello all, I asked a similar question about. This a few years ago and as there wasn’t this functionality at that time am wondering if now, two years on, something like this has been implemented?I would like to have a single board and have a frame for each of my students. Each frame is restricted to be editable by only one user (and the board owner of course). Students can view other peoples frames (can even and post its around the outside of the frame) but cannot edit or add anything in someone else’s frame. Many thanks in advance for any feedback!
I’m working on an interactive presentation (with Activities). I usually use Google Meet, so I want to share my Miro board in Meet using the add-on.I made some tests. Main things I found:1) it would be great to be able to create Google Meet breakout rooms when you’re using Meet into the same tab of Miro board. Moving Meet to a different tab would work if only the host were to do it. But it’s something all participants have to do — moving Meet into a different tab, I mean — otherwise they don’t receive the invitation to join the room you have assigned them. And this makes things a little bit trickier, especially if participants are not so tech-savvy.2) when I end/stop the collaboration and I then end the Meet call, participants still stay on the board and can do things till they log out. Since I gave them edit rights because they had to do/change/edit things on the board, I supposed that when I ended the collaboration and the call they would have been automatically logged off.
