Dear Miro Community,I was using the trial period of subscription, and i didn’t realize that it was over and my debit card has been charged $152. I immediately submitted a ticket in micro support for a refund as I do not need this subscription service. I did receive a confirmation email that my ticket has been received but after that I have received no reply. It has been almost 24/7 hours, and I am seriously concerned about it.For me, $152 is a lot of amount. I sent a reminder message in the same ticket today, but still no reply from the Miro Support team.Kindly, please help me refund my money, I am completely broke!i would really appreciate anyone in the community to help me get the refund for a service that I do not need!Looking forward for a helpful response,Aalam
Hi there! It would be fantastic if there would be an option to have a “miro” window in SharePoint Team Site. We are also using Microsoft Teams and there in Chat we linked our Miro board and that is really fantastic! Now, if we could only do the same on the Team Site in SharePoint…. Hi,A board I own has disappeared from my account. When I try to access it via the link, I get this message:"Board has been deleted. To access the board, please ask the board owner to restore it."This is the link: But since I'm the owner and it's not in my Trash folder (and I didn't delete it), I'm unsure what to do. I can hardly read what they say, even less so when i copy it to present it in slides or word. Would be really good one can increase the size.
I hope this is the right place to report a bug - I couldn’t find anywhere obvious to do it. When working with code blocks in Miro (I’m using the desktop app in Windows), the font is a slightly different size when editing vs viewing. And when I click off the code block, it calculates the size based on the editing size, and not the viewing size. This only really shows itself from about 25 lines and longer. Here’s an example with 30 lines in a code block While editing:And as soon as I click out to stop editing:The only way I’ve found to fix this is to turn line numbers off and on again, and it resizes to the size it should be

In our organization, we have multiple Obeya’s, each on a Miro board. Some information is useful to show on multiple Obeya boards, but we want to have one single source of that information.So our wish is to be able to have a regular frame that contains the source information and place a read-only view of that frame on multiple other boards. If something is changed in the original frame, the changes are reflected on the other boards when they are opened again.
In order to have consistency in my board, I would love to be able to use the same icon but change the colour to represent different things (for example, to represent different teams, or statuses or just to match the colours used on cards etc.)Appreciate that this would not make sense for all icons but is possible on other sites like iconfinder.
Hi,I have some icons added to a board a while ago. I can change the colour of the left icon (see image 1) which is an icon that has been on the board quit a while. However when I add new icons from the iconfinder library I can only change the color of the border (see image 2) I think i am using the same icons from the same icon library, but i am not sure. Is this an old feature that got removed? Am i doing something wrong? This is my favorite feature that really save a lot of time for me.
Hi,I did use the “Roadmap planning” from Miro. It’s really cool, but I must have mixed something up and can’t find the proper way to export the table to CSV anymore.I did add some actions and dates to a roadmap. Then I exported to CSV. I did get a proper table with all the shown fields and the data entered.On my next try I exported only the “explanations” section but not the plan. I deleted those and left only the plan. Now it says “There is nothing to export. Please select section where it contains text” (free translation from German message).I did try:On the three dots from the Dashboard (tried to mark the proper section before) → Board→ Export → Export to CSV Marked the section, three dots in context menu → export to CSVWithout a real export this seems to be useless for me…..This is the template: https://miro.com/templates/roadmap-planning/What is the “real” section I have to mark before the export? It seems not to be the frame….Thank you!
My specific use case:I’m actually creating user flows in Miro and import/sync mobile screen designs from Sketch App to the Miro board. Then I link from each of these synced screen designs to Zeplin (for the developers / measurements etc.) – Experienced this as a quite nice workflow!Only annoying point: Depending on the view zoom, the link buttons in the upper right corner are quite large and so cover content. There is actually no way to hide the link buttons (like “hide comments”) to have a cleaner and undisturbed view. PLEASE add a Hide “Link to” Button function!!! It is a general problem for several cases (actually all cases of the “Link to”) not just the my mentioned use case above. Thanks in advance! I've read that for OCR to work, the image resolution must be at least 640x480 (https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/22401862585234-OCR-Optical-Character-Recognition-Beta-release).Does this mean that OCR won't work in a smaller image? in icons, 16x16 pixels for example.
I am building a MIRO board for a project and one way to keep the team on track is to include the timeline. As a project manager I'd love to import the timeline from Microsoft Project Pro so that I am not duplicating my work. Currently all I can do is put a screenshot of my timeline in a frame on MIRO. So I have to update it manually any time I make changes to the MPP doc.Ideally I’d import the timeline and be able to link from major milestones/deliverables to the document associated with that milestone/deliverable.Is there an app or plugin in the works for Microsoft Project Pro?
Hi,I have a board with a large number of users. We need to create a new space and give the users access t to that space. Finally we will move the board to new space. I cannot find a way to get a list of users. Everywhere I go, I can find a way to extract users.I have hundreds of users, I’m willing to spend 2 or 3 hours to copy paste each user but Miro strangly forbid to copy text. Miro seems to show users like a picture.What can I do?
I would like to be able to scatter check boxes (or some other form of to-do list toggle) around my mind map. I have found icons that look like checked boxes, but I can’t seem to find an interactive way to check things off by clicking.
How do we convert the Org chart made in miro into Mindamap
Hi,until today I - naively - assumed that the icons that are available via Miro (and integrations such as iconfinder) can be used without restrictions. I now realise that there might be restrictions for commercial use or that attribution may be required.I have two issues with that:you should insert the attribution / rights WITH the icon. If I have to go to iconfinder to find the icon and the attribution, THEN I can do that easier rightaway and NOT use the integration. You need to make this much clearer. You are putting your users at risk of litigation by only having a small info bubble. The way you offer iconfinder it is not at all clear that this is a 3rd party product and that the icons may require attribution of may exclude certain kinds of uses.I hope you can fix this. Tbh, it’s actually quite shocking how lax this was handled from Miro’s end.thanks
Hii party peopleI’m a student, so I’m working on a free account, MacBook, Firefox.My group and I worked on one board for the last few months. Now this Thursday is due day, and I wanted to export a few elements to add in my papers. So I did successfully export a few elements of our Miro board as an image. Now I wanted to export another one, and suddenly “embed” is the only available option for me (see screenshot down).I did successfully export a variety of elements out of the same board just like 40minute ago. Back then,I had the option between PDF and images, could even say as PNG or SVG. Everything worked fine.I tried as follows:A. I tried to select the item I want over the title in the left corner. – no successB. I tried to select every element in the section. – no successC. I logged out of my account, deleted the cookies and logged in again. – no successD. I downloaded the app for my macBook and tried the selection of A+B. – no successE. I tried turning my laptop off and on again. –
Help,I’m only seeing dependency lines when the Dependencies app is open. The filter is set to always on, but when I close the Dependencies app, the dependency lines are no longer visible on the Miro board. Thank you in advance.
When I have a preexisting website and i’m going to restructure all it’s pages in Miro, I would prefer to import the site’s XML file and have Miro create all the diagram nodes for me, instead of creating it from scratch. Is there a way to import an XML file into Miro? Or import an CSV or any other method to get a jump start on drawing the site map? It seems like there should be. This app does a great job of making a visual sitemap automatically from an existing website XML file and then you can edit the diagram: https://octopus.do/. I would love this import feature in Miro so I don’t have to recreate a sitemap when one already exists.
I really like Miro for making diagrams. Each shape in a diagram can have text set for it, but for some reason, that text does not count as part of the shape. This means that any connecting lines go through the text, which looks ugly and is hard to read. Also, if you delete the text, there doesn’t seem to be any way to add new text.I want the diagrams to look like the right hand side, but currently it looks like the left.Left = ugly, hard to read; Right = beautiful
Add an additional view which can show synced tables as a Month x Month calendar in addition to timeline/gantt and list views.
Problem: The new Table functionality is great but I cannot export the data.As a Business Analyst I want to export Miro tables to Excel so that I can use them in reports and import data into other apps.
We would like to change the background color of a frame's title.It works for AI generated frames but we not available for frame created manually.
