Is it possible to import a Microsoft Whiteboard into a new MIRO board
Most of the time solution guys has feature lists are there in the excel sheeet which can be cumbersome to create mind mapping out of it. Can Miro import excel data and create a mind map, which can be reorganized by the user by just drag and drop? Drag and drop another add on feature.
Hello,I have encountered some problems while exporting data from tables/kanbans. Lots of metadata is lost (like data from headers, incorrect segregations of tasks/information into columns or rows) as you can see in the below picture. There are no options or settings to set up this before exporting. Is there any workaround for this problem?
Hello,simply put: there is a user card preset. I expected to be able to edit the custom fields (rename, add, delete, the works), but it seems like I either can’t access those features or they arent present.Here is whats interesting: there is a organigram preset built on those User Cards and it has one additional custom field already baked in, but adding new User Cards will have the normal categories. Obviously there seems to be a way to edit the custom fields somewhere, I would just like to know how to access it.
I would like to use the template, but if I can't list any information about the items, it doesn't make sense to me. Then I have to maintain responsibilities and detailed information in parallel.Thanks Peggy

I have noticed the grid size on boards appears to be different between what I see in the editor, and what I see when logged out in the viewer (i.e what public viewers will see).The grid in the editor has lines every 4 squares, and the viewer is every 5. See below.Is there any way to work around this?

Hithis is a recent problem. The tags stopped working in the iPad app. I see the tags I have created for the card and I select the tag I want but then it does not assign it to the card. If I go to a card that already has a tag and try to turn off the tag it does not remove it. I already tried deleting and redownloading the app and I already updated to IOS 18

Hi Miro Team, As a mind map user, I want to add a note (comment) to a mind map nodes so that I can add description to it.Also ability to show and hide the notes in each node will be helpful. This feature will help to have a clean mind map node and any additional details hidden in a notes.
A board timelapse showing how a board has grown from a blank canvas (similar to the timelapse feature of art software like ProCreate) would really empower retrospectives.It would be fantastic to be able to look at a project board and get a blow-by-blow of what we added to it during the project by just scrubbing through a timeline.We also use Miro for roadmapping, and it’d be really useful to be able to quickly get a full picture of how tickets moved around our custom roadmapping board over the last year.
I have been documenting in a Miro board for my research. I made a frame to some of the pictures & texts in the board and duplicated the frame. Suddenly a prompt showed up saying “syncing…please wait”. I waited for a few minutes until the prompt asked me to reload. I clicked on the reload button and the board started to load endlessly. I tried opening the board in multiple browsers and modes (including incognito), as well as in the Miro app on my iPad. None of these worked. I have shared the board to the Miro Support Team. Could you please resolve this issue?
Occasionally, the undo button is just not there and Command Z does not work.Also occasionally copy and paste does not workAlso, occasionally you can’t bring people to youFinally, sometimes work just disappears.These issues are not caused by a change in my role on the board, they just stop working mid workshop.Miro is a great tool but these things are annoying. Why do these fairly basic bugs appear on the app and on chrome?
I work as an Agile Coach with various teams in Miro. For a few weeks now we are encountering a problem: Once I turn on the private mode, the participants are no longer able to move sticky notes after writing on them. Empty sticky notes can be moved in private mode. After turning it off, participants can move them again. As a board owner I can move them at any time.
I can hardly read what they say, even less so when i copy it to present it in slides or word. Would be really good one can increase the size.
As simple as title says. I need to create dozens of boards and then to delete them when semester ends. It would take hours to do this one board by one with confirm for each one. Until I get solution for it, all my old boards will be dead weight on the miro servers. I am not alone, whole community struggle with managing big amount of boards, and if devs seek for reason to make this idea real ASAP - great amount of free space on company servers is good enough one imho.
Has anyone else run into an issue where the text from a card’s details panel will disappear after writing in it for a while? It happens so frequently that I now copy the text to the clipboard multiple times (in an attempt to save my work) as I’m writing in a card just to make sure that when it happens, I won’t lose what I had written.It just happened to me again and I took note that I had typed a bunch of text into the card details panel, then walked away from my laptop for a few min and when I came back it was in standby mode. When I woke the computer up, Miro was still open, but the card details panel was missing all of the new text I had written. This happens regardless of if I am starting a card from scratch (the text I’d written will simply disappear) or if I’m updating a card that already had text in it (if a card already has text and I delete/rewrite half of it and then am inactive in Miro for a bit while it’s open, I will sometimes come back and find that the new text is gone a
Miro loads infinitely, on desktop app, chrome, mozilla, and edge browsers. Already did everything you guys suggested in other threads.Hard to keep my deep work on Miro like this. I’m scared, all of sudden on a freaking business meeting I can’t access my stuff, leaving my like a freaking amateur to everyone.
Subscription fee paid but board is still locked
I am a customer support guy from Vibe. My customer hit below issue which I am not able to reproduce, seems only happens on their device - When typing in the share code for a Miro board from the laptop, the Miro app on the Vibe Board will flash, show the Miro logo, and then go back to the main screen. The browser on the laptop willshow that it is sharing but nothing happens on the board.Could this be network related? I attacjed the issue video in below link, please help to check. I want to be involved more in the community and have my contributions persist, I have switch employers thus new accounts. Would be nice is there was a way to associate these account in the community/academy space so that the contribution can follow the person and not become stale with the account.
My Miro board has about 100 frames. For a presentation, I would like to be able to select individual slides without having to rearrange them. In the presentation bar it should appear “Frame 1/20” instead of “Frame 1/100”.
