Table no longer showing or allowing sub rows (child rows)

I have created a miro board with quite a few different tables and have been structing the rows whereby some rows have child sub rows. I was able to expand and collapse the parent row to show/hide the child sub rows, however I am now no longer able to do so and don’t know why. My child sub rows are also no longer appearing underneath their parent rows so my table rows look messed up.

If I right click on a row I also used to be able to select an option to add a sub/child row but i no longer have the option now?

If I select the ‘Hide Fields’ button on my table and select to show the Parent and Child (rather than hide them), my child rows are indicated correctly but are just not appearing structured as they used to i.e. they are not shown under the parent field correctly.

Is anyone able to please help !

Many thanks

Hi @Ben Lissner

Thanks for your patience while this was checked.

I’ve confirmed this with Support, and at the moment there are no other reports of a similar issue. I’m glad to hear that the table structure and sub-rows are working again now.

If this happens again, here are a few things that usually help resolve it quickly:

  • Refresh the board (or do a hard refresh in your browser)

  • Try reopening the board in an incognito/private window

  • Check whether the table was temporarily switched to a different view or filter state

If you notice the issue recurring, please feel free to share:

  • A short screen recording or screenshot

  • Your browser and operating system

  • Whether this happens on multiple boards or just one

That information will really help the team investigate further if needed. Let us know if it comes up again!
