Dear Miro Team đź‘‹
we have a major wish regarding team admin permissions on the Enterprise plan.
Currently, Team Admins can edit team settings, which leads to recurring issues, as company-defined configurations are changed locally instead of being governed centrally.
From an Enterprise perspective, we would like a clear separation of responsibilities:
-
Company Admins retain full control over team settings and governance.
-
Team Admins are limited to user management within their own team (e.g. adding or removing members).
What we explicitly want to avoid is granting Team Admins access to the Admin Console or broader admin roles.
It would therefore be extremely valuable to remove or restrict the “Edit team settings” permission for Team Admins, keeping their role focused on local team user management only.
This would significantly improve governance, consistency, and reduce unintended configuration changes.
Best regards
