I have a query as me and my team seemed to have lost access to a board and also have issues with trying to log back into the account.
It has been a while since we accessed this account and we're wondering is there anything we can do so we can get back into the account and see the boards we have there as we don't want to lose the content that exists within the account.
Does anyone know what would be the best next steps? We have a free account and I believe tickets support can only be submitted if you have a paid team account. Will we be able to get the support needed if we switch to a paid plan?
