Странно что российские разработчики не сделали русского языка в приложении...

Since the release of new features recently I’ve noticed that subtle changes to boards are being lost, such as changes to transparency of colours in shapes.I’ve also noticed that the ordering of layers may change when boards are reopened, making it appears as though content is lost or corrupted.I suspect this may be a bug/defect, but please let me know if there’s anything I can do to control this?! 

See pic below… this came from a template… but how do I edit the parameters of the Generate Summary Doc button (i.e. add or subtract what it is using as input...the sticky notes theme section in the template. The template has 4 theme stick sections, lets say I wanted 6)And, how do I re-create this on a different board (without importing or copying from the template)?

Recently, some people are unable to access my boards as visitors.  I’ve never had this issue before and it has been happening more in recent months (been using Miro for years now).  This is the permissions for a recent board where a visitor could not access.  Please help - I use these for many situations where visitors need to see the board.I am on the paid, starter version  

Can anyone help me troubleshoot why some visitors are taken straight to a Miro board via a shareable link, whereas others are asked to create an account?I just ran a virtual session, where 80% of the visitors could access the board via the link (some of which already had a Miro account, but many of whom didn't). I am a paid user, and set up the sharing settings as per the instructions.I have another workshop later today and would really like to avoid the same issues!Here is the board in question: https://miro.com/app/board/uXjVPiKMjcg=/?share_link_id=6425333

Dear Miro Community & Team, I just opened my Miro and realized I forgot to cancel my free trial :( I can’t afford to pay for this mistake. As you notice, I tried the free trial using personal email so it is not paid by my company at all (although it’s for work purpose). I really need your kind support to help me cancel all the subscription & the outstanding. Hi, Miro Community!I was using the trial period of subscription becuase I just want to use it for exporting my chart for high quality and I only use it for once but I didn’t realize that my free trial was over and my debit card has been charged $20, this money is a lot to me now as a student. It is my last allowance. I receive a confirmation email that my ticket has been received but after that I have received no reply. This refund is incredibly important to me as it represents my entire academic allowance, and I'm currently struggling to afford my studies without it.I hope somone can help me. Thank you! 😭

Working with the beta version of tables and as of today I’m not able anymore to customise the color of the field in a “single select” column.Also tried to create a brand new board and a brand new table, but still I have the same issueAny help?Giacomo.

The little context menus, when you edit something are designed as floating objects. They very often block the view. Is it possible to attach them to the top, bottom or so? They are annoying me all the time. 

I’m atm using Miro for free waiting for an upgrade to Miro Starter plan. Me and my collegue (that already uses Starter plan) experience that when we invite people to collaborate in our boards using the shared link they - without us doing anything - becomes members in our team and we get asked if we’re supposed to pay for them. Since I’m used to Mural where this never was an issue I’m confused about how I’m supposed to collaborate with guest editors in Miro. What am I doing wrong? 

I submitted three applications (MAPR-1186, 1187, 1188) to the Marketplace on November 18th, but their status remains as "submitted".I have sent follow-up emails to the JIRA ticket but haven't received any response. Could you please help us check the current review status of our applications?

I have started a free trial, for our team, but have cancelled it. How do I ensure that it is cancelled for everyone and not just for me?

I’ve tried using several browsers, but the issue persists.When I click on the eye symbol, the player interface appears, but the play button doesn’t respond when I click it.I use this feature frequently, so I’d really appreciate your help.Thank you!

So, apparently, this appears to be an issue for several people, but I’m getting an Error loading payment session issue when I go to upgrade my account. Using F12 shows that I have instances of an error: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 429 ()Is this just a known bug that has to be fixed on a per user basis? 

The embed function doesn’t work properly today.

The way interactive capacity plan we create in excel, I wish we should be able to do that in Miro.

Hello, We have 3 licences in the start plan, I create a new board and I share with the core team of the projet 10 people with their email adresse to be able to edit it. Miro push me a message ask me to paid in 7 days. I was thinking in Starter plan we can share board and edit it with external people. What is the solution ? Did I have to move to Business plan for the 3 licences ?Thank you

I want to know how to use tables as demonstrated in October 8th’s Canvas ‘24 session using the Innovation workspace! It’s AMAZING!!!!! Is it available yet? 

Have your timelines also dissapeared? Mine are gone and were replaced by this caption below. Any ideas on how to get them back? Maybe a board backup?  

“Spaces” (former projects) are not working in my education plan (if I click on them they do not react at all, means not showing the boards in this space)? Are there limits in the number of spaces with an education plan … are there technical problems with the new spaces? Whom can I ask this question?Thanks for your help,Martin

I have added the Story Points field to our Jira tickets (and actually hidden the Remaining/Original estimates fields).However, even after doing this, the Miro Estimation is setting the Remaining and Original estimate fields in minutes (see History log), instead of using the Story Points field.Note: The Story Points widget correctly sets the story points (see the extra History log). 

Hi all,I’m preparing for PI Planning in our team and I have added boards for the teams with user stories and features. The issue I'm experiencing is that not all User Stories do not show the amount of story points on the card. Instead I have to extend the item in Miro or open it in ADO. We have not been able to find a relation between the ones that show the amount and the ones that don’t. Has anyone experienced the same and if so is there a way to fix it so the amount of story points show on the card? :) Thanks in advance!
