None of my boards open. This issue exist during 3 days and I deleted cookies, reloaded the gape, nothing helps. 

Hi,My Miro board doesn’t work on iPhone or iPad :((Could you please help me with that? Thanks a lot in advance:))

I simply want to add a shape to several org chart boxes to highlight my direct reports.  No option to group the shape with the org chart box, so everytime the org chart changes, i have to move the shapes around back on top of the boxes they were previously on.  As example, I’m putting a yellow star on top of all my direct reports and i put the stars on a separate layer so i can turn them on and off as needed for presentation.  Also would like to put a red star on people on org chart that need to be let go, or a plus sign to highlight people that are in our “future leaders” program.  what am i missing, or is there another way to highlight individuals in an org chart?

Hello,I ma the board owner with 4 other collaborators. Up until last night we could all access the board in the Teams channel (embedded) This afternoon no one, not even myself can access it and its showing this… And when i click request access… who does this go to? I thought it was me as i own the board...but i am getting no notifications?! When we try to og on to the web browser version it lets me sign in but keeps repeating a pop up screen and stops me from closing it. I am unable to access the dashboard.  

We have an enterprise license and are looking to move our launch retrospectives to Miro. For the “free restricted” members, are they able to write in the sticky notes of the retro?

 Before, when you started connecting an arrow or line to a shape, you’d get 5 connection points: 4 on the sides and one in the center. Now the one in the center is gone. I know I’m not crazy because I still see it in videos that are at least 1 year old, so it must have happened during the last year.Attaching to the central node meant that when I move the shape around, the line would jump to the most convenient side. Now I can only achieve that if I ignore connection ponts and connect the line in a random place approximately in the center of the shape. Apart from triggering my OCD, this is also inconvenient because the line then stays on top of the shape and I have to manually move it back and then the arrow head disappears.Am I missing something? I can’t see anyone else asking about this. Is there a setting to bring back the central node? A hotkey? Hello, Im a teacher and ive been using Miro since last 2 years. I got to know about the educational plan recently, but the form asks for an email. My school doesnt have an email like that but i can surely provide proof of employment and my career. Is there a way i could avail the educational plan without the email? You could turn this reply into a ticket too please. I paid for 2 years subscription "standard ' it is valid till 2028, still my boards are view only not allowing me to use miro, seems to unusual . How i can connect with support 

One of My Miro Board is frozen but all other boards in my account works fine. I went into presentation mode for one of the frames and since then I am unable to view the board and although I tried restarting, removing Cache, pressing esc. button and F5 still I am unable to access this particular board along with all others in my team as well. All I can see is a white out screen and unable to do anything.  

Can you tell me how I can delete a certain (and only) card in the payment section?

Miro did send me a link to renew my education licence (still studying). Unfortunately the link is not working. Now all my boards are blocked. Help please! ​@Eca ​@Miro Community Team 

Miro is charging me every month

It’s work in other app such as  notes,Goodnotes .so my apple-pencil 2 is work well I’m using iPad app downloaded from Apple Store  i have reinstalled Miro but still happen any help would be appreciated 

hi there, I keep getting "Diagrams not available in your organization yet" error however my colleagues do not. Have tried opening flowchart and Incident Management Process Flowchart templates (from this link FREE Incident Management Process Flowchart Template 2025). I have a Full license and in the same ‘teams’ in Miro as my colleagues yet it seems I have different access. Any ideas how to resolve? Thanks! 

I was on a free trial of your service, and I’ve just been notified that I will be charged $40 soon. I have no intention of continuing the subscription and absolutely do not agree to be charged.It is unacceptable that I’m being told I must pay for a full month I will not use, simply to cancel the subscription. I do not wish to use the service any further, and I am requesting that my subscription be canceled immediately without any charges.Charging users for an entire month after they decide not to continue—especially when no usage will occur—is completely unreasonable. I’m making it clear now: I do not authorize this $40 payment.Please cancel my subscription immediately and ensure I am not charged.

Hi! My education plan is expiring, Miro sent me a link to renew it as I am still a student, however the link is not working!I saw tickets were created for users with the same issue, however when I posted about this some weeks ago, no one came back to me. Does anyone know how to contact Miro and get support?​@Eca ​@Robert Johnson ​@Miro Community Team I saw in others’ posts you were able to help. Could you or someone else come back to me please? I need help or risk losing all my boards!  

Is there a way to have GIFs loop indefinitely when they are not in focus?I noticed that when GIF’s are playing, if they are not actively being focused on, they will stop playing at around 5 min. This is troublesome for me since I will preload all the GIFs before a presentation to make sure they are playing, but by the time I get to the later ones, they have already stopped playing.So I was wondering if there was a workaround for this since this would make Miro non usable for my presentation. I and 3 other students created a miroboard. A prof put us into a team board, and ever since then we cant access our original board. It keeps telling us to request permission from the host, even the host. If we send requests, they don't show up for the host. Is there any way to fix this?

Hi, I used the new slide tool to create a presentation. But I am struggling to understand how I can have elements (like post-it) that participant can interact with. Everything is locked for them. I want the participant to the presentation to be able to drag the post-it from the left over the image of the plate. Thank you for your helpThoma 

Hello Miro-Team!Here’s my question: Is it possible to share a Miro business account so that one time Person-A can be the host of a Meeting with his Miro board and another time Person-B. They would not be active at the same time nor need to collaborate. They should be able to save their boards and go back to them time and time again after repeated sharing of the license owner role. Thanks! Anita
