Team is full - Education Plan

Hello,

 

We are experiencing a significant issue with our Miro boards in Education Plan.

The team is full, and no further individuals can be added.

 

We had a board that we all had access and now, for some reason, no one can do anything on this board anymore.

 

We are a large study area and almost everyone uses Miro. We all use our study-mail to login.

How can we deal with this?

The title of your post states "the team is full", but then you describe not being able to work on a board. Let's focus on the issue with the board as team size should have no impact on board access. 

We had a board that we all had access and now, for some reason, no one can do anything on this board anymore.

Is the issue none of you can no longer access the board? Or you can access it, but no one can edit the board?

How are accessing this board? Is it listed in your team dashboard with all other boards, or are you only able to try to access it from an external link?

When you click on the board link/try to open it, what happens? What do you see? Screenshots could help the Community better understand the issue.
