Dear Miro team and users, I became a Miro user while I was employed. There, I created a board that is very important to me. It’s a big sandbox for personal projects.Then I left the company.A nice colleague managed to recover the board and send me a file. I downloaded Miro on my personal computer and created a personal Miro account. I purchased a Pro membership to be able to import the file.I have this board + another new one on my personal account, and none of them have extra team members.After a few months I stepped back to a Free membership.My legendary board is not editable anymore (but my second board is).Also, I can’t copy or duplicate it. Why is that? Should I be paying $10/month as an unemployed person to continue using my board? I hope I made the situation clear and understandable but feel free to ask any question.Thanks a lot for your help. Louis

I’d like to get the free education plan, but when I tried to fill out the application it wouldn’t accept my personal gmail address, which means I can’t submit it. I’m a substitute teacher for multiple public school districts and have proof easily available, but no edu or k12 or business email address. How may I apply to get the education plan? Thank you! :) 

Is it impossible to align text in mind map?When I select branch of mind map, I can’t see any text aligning tool.  

with a link into a Miro board, the link gets stripped leaving only plain text in Edge. Pasting the same text into other programs preserves the links, so not sure what is going on here

I work independently as a private tutor from home and therefore do not have a school-affiliated email or institution address.Could you please let me know whether independent tutors like me are eligible for the education plan? I cannot load www.miro.com. My internet is fine. I just see the loading logo loading continuously. If I try the desk app: open login see blank screen with ‘pretty print’ checkbox top left can go ‘back to login’ but otherwise the page is blank This seems like a serious problem. Do I offload important content just in case?

Forgive me for using incorrect terminology as I have just started digging into this.I understand how to add a custom icon to the widget menu bar and am able to show a modal, however I would like to instead make my icon display a “dropdown-like” menu instead. Much like the functionality of the tags or assignee dropdowns. Is this possible?Thanks,Justin

Hello,I have two students who were on another teacher’s education plan (let’s call it Team A) but we ran out of licenses on that account. I applied for my own education plan (let’s call it Team B). I invited my students to move to team B, and they joined the team and their boards appeared on my Team B page.Then, the admin of Team A removed those students from Team A. Their boards are now lost and they do not appear in the trash of either Team A or Team B.Please help! I need those students’ work to be recovered.Thank you,sophie

Hi!I'd like to create a process diagram with swimlanes. I would like each activity box in the diagram to contain the same set of custom data fields for analysis (such as who is responsible for performing that activity, what systems are used for performing the activity, what problems exist for that activity, etc)-- is this possible?Best,Marisa

Hi team,My colleagues and I are trying to use Sticky Capture however each time we upload an image - it loads and then we get an “Internal Server Error” message. We’ve tried across different users, boards, team spaces, browsers and with different files/formats with no luck.We couldn’t find how to create a bug report.Any ideas? Thanks,Callum

Does anyone know why the tasks and projects are not showing up in this list?This seems to be a bug that is happening since two weeks. I added a picture below. 

I had shared 2 of my Miro boards labeled ‘sdr workflow’ with a few of my employees and gave them viewer access, later i changed the permissions to edit access. I no longer have access to my two boards, and it says that one of my employees owns the board, and I am only allowed to view it and whenever I click request permission to edit my own board- The request permission email goes to my employee, not me!!!! I’m working on integrating miro whiteboard in an VR application on Quest 3 device with an in-app web browser. Unfortunately clicking input fields in the whiteboard won’t make the system keyboard show up, but the browser plugin I’m using allows executing arbitary javascript on the page.Currently I’m editing the content in the #canvas-focus-holder>p element when pressing keys on an virtual keyboard, but it doesn’t work well with the styles. Then I noticed miro web SDK, is there a way to better simulate keyboard input and edit elements on board correspondly with SDK?

What am I missing with expanding the timeline in the Roadmap Planning template?  When I click and drag the right side of the chart it enlarges/stretches the current view of the chart instead of showing additional future dates.  How do I expand the chart to see beyond 3 months?

Hello everyone,I’ve read that you can drag cards into the timeline, which would be very cool if it worked for me. However, whenever I drag cards into the the timeline, theybriefly appear as a record in the timelinea message pops up saying that a record has been createdand then everything disappears again. :(I’ve tried clearing my cache, using different browsers(Opera and Edge), refreshing, checking for updates, disabling my extensions and the holy grail, turning my device on and off. None of it worked.Thinking the cards where the problem, I fiddled with them as well to the best of my ability: Filling out each category, adding a blank card, making a copy of the full cards and dragging that. I’m not using Jira cards either.I would be very grateful for any advice to help me.Thanks,V

Hello.I'm writing regarding Miro AI. For about a month or two I've been feeling like something's broken with image generation and background removal.When I click Miro AI and ask to remove the background, nothing happens. Even after some time has passed.The same thing applies to image generation, tables, stickers, and other tabs in the Miro AI panel. The only chats that open with Miro AI are about prototypes and slides. All other options are clickable, but when clicked, nothing happens at all.The image generation features were very useful for teaching. I checked the settings, everything is enabled, and working with Miro AI has never caused any problems before.Could you please tell me what this issue is and how to fix it?Thank you in advance.

'm making a miro board with descriptions. But for whatever reason, I cant see the whole description even if I click the box, zoom in, or zoom out. I need to click it then scroll down to see the other points. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Hello Everyone, We are trying to enable Team assignment in MIRO via SCIM provisioning. We have created the group in Entra ID corresponds to Teams. We patched the display name similar to entra ID group. When we try to send the group assignment for user using Provision on demand. Hello, When I first logged in I was able to add a csv into the org chart template but now the option is not there? Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi,I have been using the Miro Free Plan for about five months.What happened today: I was unexpectedly logged out of my account. When I tried to access my boards, the app forced me to create a new account. The new account is empty. All my work from the last five months is completely missing. Please help me restore access to my old account and recover my boards.Thank you.
