Cancel subscription

Hello,

I would like to cancel my subscription. I am not using Miro — I only created one file to test it with my team, but due to the participant limitations we couldn’t proceed, so I stopped using the tool. Unfortunately, I’m now trying to cancel after the trial period has ended, and the system won’t let me do it.

I haven’t used the application at all after that initial attempt and switched back to my usual tools like Google Docs, which work fine for me. Could you please help me cancel the subscription and ensure I’m not charged further?
