Hi, I’m referring to this command https://developers.miro.com/docs/interface-iboardwidgetscommands#section-update I’m currently using it with single id’s but since it says there is a option to call it with multiple id’s I’d like to utilize this, since I’m exepriencing board freeze / syncing with higher volumes of requests made to the API. I can’t see a example on how to utilize with for example a array of id’s. What I have been using so far:await miro.board.widgets.update({                    "id" : widgetID2,                    "clientVisible" : false                }) Tried replacing my widgetID2 variable with a array but the API returned “Wrong argument passed to miro.board.widgets.update(widgets: {id: string; [index: string]: any}[]).”  I’m experiencing syncing times of up to 1 minute of the board when sending lets say 100 requests to the API to make 100 widgets invisible and want to prevent this ofcourse.

I’m seeking help:- the videos in google drive are embedded on the miro board by iframe code. but the videos did not play on mobile device browsers after sharing.

I want to help my 8 year old granddaughter in Brazil with her maths, so anything I set up needs to be fairly simple for her to interact. She is house bound because of the severe COVID-19 restrictions in Sao Paulo. Her dad can help her out to get started, but ideally she should be able to run with the maths lessons by herself.So has anyone had a similar experience and can suggest any of the Miro resources where I should start?I should note that I am a new user of Miro, although have plenty of experience with various Mind Map software packages. 

Hi,We’re using Jira intensively on a large scale, and there’s a lot of interest in using the jira-cards integration from basically everyone. One worry is that we might be generating a lot of issue updates that will fire the webhook and update the cards in Miro. We’re not seeing problems now with the few teams integrated, but when all our Jira instances have an integration to Miro, we’ll be looking at tens of thousands of updates per hour to Miro’s Jira cards. So my question is: How much can Miro take? Is there a rate limit with incoming webhooks, similar to the REST API limits mentioned here ? We have the possibility of limiting the issues that trigger updates, because we’re not using the basic Jira webhooks (we’re using Automation), so we’d like to know if there are limits, and if so, how many webhook calls are allowed per time period? Are the limits per team, of for the entire enterprise? Thanks,Nicolas

While in Chrome (the app works), nothing on the board is interactable. As you will see in the video, the buttons on the interface works but i can’t interact with the actual board and this includes navigation. I have opened new links, refreshed the website, toggled navigation modes, close chrome down completely and opened it again, but nothing works.See Example:Chrome and Miro Issue

Hallo,ich habe bisher mit einer anderen Tafel gearbeitet, die leider nun in miro aufgeht.Hier vermisse (oder übersehe?) ich die Möglichkeit auf der Tafel eine zweite (dritte, ….) Seite zu erstellen. Das finde ich übersichtlicher als alles auf eine große Seite zu schreiben. Und jedes Mal einen neuen Link mit einer frischen Tafel zu erzeugen ist auch etwas umständlich.Lässt sich das auch bei miro umsetzen?GrußOle

Hello, We have a few question on GDPR and DPA (Data processing agreement). The US-EU privacy shield has been invalidated recently by the EU court of justice. Unfortunately, in your DPA you are still referring to this shield… but even more than this, in its decision, the European court of justice imposes the Data processors to indicate which supplementary measures are taken to ensure a good level of data protection next to the SCC. We tried to contact your DPO at privacy@miro.com to discuss this as it’s not mentioned in your online documentations but we still have no reply so far. Could someone support us here as it’s important to be GDPR compliant. Many thanks for your support!

I’m trying to structure a quite complex project, which would get too messy using a simple flowchart. I would like to link each main card/shape to a frame that contains the subcontent/children of them.What I mean by that, is that I would start with a high-level overview of the process, when clicking on a card/shape, it would go to the different frame that contains the sublevels of the parent (that was clicked). For example:I have “Awareness” and “Discovery” and the high-level cards, and I would like to have a separate frame that contains the flowmap of just “Awareness”, and link the “Awareness” card to it so it’s easy to find. I hope that makes sense! How would you go about structuring this? Thanks in advance!

We have users already setup on the site with there content and contacts and teams .Now we want to enable Azure AD SSO .Those account where created with the same emails that are on the AD. My question is what happens with those accounts ? Will those accounts if the email matches the user unify with the previous data there. Will they be overwritten? It states they will lose access . If this does not go to plan and we disable SSO do we regain access?Thank you ,

I have looked through the tutorials, however, have not got the permission section available in the team settings. Hello.I have set up boards on Miro and I can access through Microsoft Teams.  I am only able to set the boards up as private.  I have shared the boards with my team and set them all to ‘can edit’, they can access through their browsers but it won’t link them so they can use the boards in Teams.  Only I am able to do this.  I am unable to change the boards to public due to the company settings.  Any ideas on how to fix this so my team can use the boards in MS Teams please?

Hello! Maybe someone can help me. I cannot write anything that the browser already changes everything that I have already written, and it makes it impossible for me to edit. For example, if I type "L", it already completes with "love", and if I want to change it, it is not possible, as it corrects again for the word. How do I get this out? I'm freaking out.

Dear colleagues, I am using Miro for the first time and wondering how to add my clients in the consultant plan - each board/ project should only have these clients that are relevant to it, but I am stuck at the basic beginning: adding the clients to the board.Can anybody help me please.Much appreciated.Amber

Is there a limit on how many JIRA cards can be imported, we are only seeing about 20 in the import list at any time? We are trying to import issues into our MIRO boards to use them in project meetings and planning sessions, but we seem to be limited to only around 20 issues for any one project. We have tried with a few different projects with the same result.
