Using the Jira Cards integration, we’d like to configure a manual webhook using Automation for Jira instead of the basic one that is installed automatically. However, we’re having problems. The webhook returns an error 410.
It works fine when the basic Jira webhooks are used, but for some reason, Automation doesn’t get through. Is there anyone out here who were able to make webhook updates work using Automation instead of the basic webhooks, and if so, how? We really want to avoid using the basic webhooks, since their operation is not logged or rate-limited, and we use huge Jira instances with a lot of updates.
