Hello - is it possible to insert a PBI dashboard onto Miro? Thank you.

Hello everyone!So I’m 100% new and as such I have an overwhelming anxiety of asking a question that I haven’t already seen when searching but I only went so far back, so who knows (apologies if it has been asked/answered already).I’m looking to create a sort of directory for my colleagues that could potentially be used across the entirety of E.ON Next (for anyone who doesn’t know, it’s the new version of E.ON, with them having announced that they are closing).At present, my team use a spreadsheet I’ve edited to look aesthetically pleasing in the way that I know how to, and it consists of a series of phone numbers, handy information and then there’s areas of the page that I’ve coloured and hyperlinked to external information pages. It works okay but I can of course see the potential in the MIRO whiteboard. Particularly as I’ve just skimmed a video where a guy showed me how to anchor to different areas of the whiteboard, which is going to be immeasurably useful.My only question so far is

Hello! Maybe someone can help me. I cannot load any Miroverse boards into my own team’s board. This has been happening for several days.However whenever I try to use it it just appears to get stuck on loading and nothing happens.And this situation is repeated with all boards.What could be the problem?

While I can minimize shape objects … it is not possible with Flowchart Objects … Could you please have a look into this.Michael

I got introduced to Miro by a client of mine several months ago. I only used it a little back then, but really liked what I experienced.Now another client is asking me to use it with them. I’d be happy to, so I’m trying to learn it better.I just got into my account again for the first time I many months, and I’m trying to get a “lay of the land.” It looks like I have a project in existence called “SagePresence” (which is the name of my company). And when I click on the name of the project (in the upper left corner), it says the owner of that project is the client I worked with several months ago.Does this mean my account is inextricably linked to this client? Or is just this project linked to them? IF the latter, can I just create a new project, and I will own it?Thanks in advance for anything you can tell me to get me started and independent.

I am looking for some kind of "Planning Poker" solution/ functionality that can be used to solve the following use case. Does anyone have an idea? 1) 35 participants enter a statement on a certain topic e.g. "autonomous driving".2) the same 35 participants see all entered statements and vote for the best statement on this topic (3 votes per person)3) this process is repeated for 8 other topics4) The result is 9 statements (the voting winners) from 9 topicsDo you have any idea how to solve this use case with Miro?

Hi I am really impressed with Miro - but I want to do some screen recordings in which I will need to draw a pile of arrows. Is there some way to stop the toolbar popping up every time I draw one - its really distraciting 

Board owner and members have all Edit access. After writing a comment and pressing Enter, the Comment disappears off the board. However, it shows up at the right location once the board is refreshed. I also noticed that the same issue is happening with on all existing boards which never presented such issue. What seems to be the issue? I appreciate your help. Thanks, Diomar.

Hello, I am a teacher and am looking to use Miro in my class so students can work collaboratively with their teams on a few whiteboard activities. I set up 9 boards, one for each team, and sent an invitation link out to the class asking them to follow the link to the space I created and then find and work on their board. I see they are all active users and I seem to have the proper permissions; however, they can only view and not edit the boards. Can you help?

I have a free user Miro account. I’ve been invited to join a Miro board from another user who has an enterprise account.  I’ve joined the board, starred it in my account and can interact with it on the Miro website.When i add Miro app to MS Teams, i can’t see or select that starred board.  Is there any way to add it to my MS Teams Miro app ?

Hello,we have been using Miro for the last year at university level. We are usually savign the boards regularly to have a backup and a record in case soem work gets accidentally deleted.This all worked fine. But suddenly when I try to backup a board it no longer saves it in the regular format. XXX.rtb. I get a file name that is generic with a different file type. When I try to save it it jsut doesn’t do it, there is not file saved to my drive. the new file format is  XXX.jsonWhat has changed. I managed to get soem board saved but others jsut do not back up.  

Dear all,I am using a board with one table in it that is relatively small. The navigation toolbar shows a very large area and it is hard to navigate in it to the right spot in my small table. When I started the board, the area displayed in the toolbar was more or less the size of the table but now its a large area with the very small table in it. How can I change back to the navigation toolbar displaying only the table?Thanks for your help!Niki 

Hi Team, It appears there is an inconsistent web plugin behavior for guest users, For certain instances the plugin installed for the board is accessible to guest users but in some instances it is not accessible to guest users.Trying to install plugin as guest user even produces the below error.Could you please clarify the correct behavior for web plugins as we want to support the plugin if its accessible to guest users.

Hi! Can you please help me figure out why I can’t change sharing settings, I asked my colleagues to check out what their sharing settings look like, and there is a difference. How can I make my boards public? Is there a way I can embed the link in other websites, I’m thinking about embeding it on Notion. Right now I can’t do that because the board is private or has some sort of sharing limitations that I can’t figure out. I click on “Share” and there should be an option “Anyone with the link” but it just doesn’t pop up. I know this option is available on free boards but for some reason it doesn’t work on mine. Could you help me please?

The CSV file is useful, but it would be even more useful if the file had separate columns for each coloured sticky note. For example, if all my blue sticky notes were ‘challenges’, my table would have a column of just challenges. If all green sticky notes were ‘opportunities’ - my table would have a column for just opportunities etc.

We use a simple Excel spreadsheet as a std method for tracking actions.  In one of the columns, we show due dates, and if the due date is exceeded, a line is placed through it and a new due date is added.  There could possibly be several dates that are missed and crossed out.  The company would like to keep that visibility to missed past due dates when using Miro.  Any suggestions for the best way to show this?  Thx. 

How to enable 2-step verification for an account?

 Hi, we’re using Google Chrome in Mac to access Miro.Some guest editors can't access public board, and displayed sign up page or “Join your company in Miro”. If I use secret window or another browser, I can access public board. We tried delete cookies and caches.What might be the problem?

Hi there In OneNote or Evernote i can insert space easily without dragging the elements around, when I want them further apart.In Miro I have not found any equally easy solution.It would help me a lot as we have a totally selfdeveloping Organisation Board in our team.

I am trying to share my board with collaborators who do not have Miro credentials. When I go to share settings it only lets me adjust “copy” options. I do not have any other actions that are available for me to share. 

Hello !I use miro since approx a year now and except long loading times on boards with lot (really a lot) of images, my experience was very fluid.I always run it through firefox.But recently I changed my pc for a macbook with apple silicon, and even simple navigation can be super laggy on firefox, so I must run it through safari. Both browser are “Universal app”, and I just tested the miro app (“Intel app”) and it’s much more fluid than on firefox. (same fluidity as safari)I don’t know why, firefox should be better supported by miro. Anyway if you have any question that can help resolve this problem for all M1 (or even firefox) users, let me know !Thanks for readingMax.

I attempted to duplicate the “A Timeline of Miro Integrations” panel with a mind map; however, I discovered that I could not match the colors in the Legend in the node.  Any tips would be greatly appreciated. 

Hello, I have an issue since few weeks: I can’t scale pictures anymore when my frame is in grid mode. The little white dots that apear in the corners are not showing at the moment I switch in grid mode and reappear when I go back to freeform. I use to scale in grid mode with no trouble before that. Is someone else has this issue? 

Please excuse my ignorance but I wasn’t sure whether to send this directly to support or post it here, and thought it would be good to get this visible if others are having the same issues.Images on Miro boards aren’t loading for me and it seems related to a CORS error with the realtimeboard API. Hi everyone, So I have this weird thing happening to me. I am on Free plan and have 1 board with my student. Some time ago some unknown board has appeared on my dash. I can’t edit it or leave it - actually there are only 3 options - make it private, copy the link and open it in the new tab. It clearly belongs to some other people who are doing some IT stuff but I have no means to contact them and ask them to remove me from there. Moreover, I created 1 one more board for myself and now Miro is telling me that I am over boards limit. It is rather frustrating. Does anyone have a solution to such a problem?
