I have tried dragging and dropping, I have tried cutting and pasting, and I have tried uploading through the upload option in Miro.When I do all of the above, nothing happens, the image simply isn’t there on my board, I am not presented any other options.How do I get these images loaded on my boards? PNGs or PDFs

I am a graduate student instructor at Berkeley CED and I am trying to use Miro to display/review some of my students' work. I have 19 students in my class, however I can not give them all the power to edit the board. Last year I had a smaller class size so maybe that is how I was able to let everyone have permission. Is there a way to add more seats or will this involve payment (I don't have a teaching budget so I would probably move to a different platform) Thanks,Natalee

Ping @Lena Shenkarenko For a few days I was in panic because I couldn't see my boards any more.The only way to find them was to search, which at least confirmed to me that I hadn't erased them.In fact I had activated the filter "not owned by me"... and miro remembered it, me notAnd when you're back to your  board  list, and you see Nothing indicates that a filter is active.

Hello.I’ve had some really good ideas typed on a text box. Then suddenly it dissapeared and then appeared again. It was looking like a bug, so I’ve reloaded Miro app. After entering my board again, all my text in this box dissapeared.I’ve tried to recover my text via Board History - Activity, but I couldn’t find anything there.Will I be able to recover my previous version of board if I will buy an upgrade?In other words, does Mira has versions of my old board, which were made before buying upgrade? Or Mira starts to save versions of a board just after buying an upgrading plan?I really want to get my ideas back :)Thanks

Hello Everyone, I have an issue with the Kanban template: recently I have lost the capability to move or delete a column or swimlane. The three dots next to the column/swimlane name are present but nothing happens when I click them. I can not drag and drop them either. We’re looking to create an experience where someone can take an existing Miro board in their account, and our service can easily spin up clones of that board on-demand for individual collaborative meetings with anonymous users.Using OAuth I can get to the point of reading boards from the user’s team and even creating a ‘cloned’ board by duplicating the widgets from a selected source board. But it appears the anonymous collaborative “access links” are specific to the embedded Board Picker experience.I don’t want to force our users to manually create and pick a board for each meeting instance - the experience I want to enable is that they click ‘create room’ in our app, and a Miro board with public editing is created from the source board they selected once, instantly.Is there any way we can utilize public access links via the OAuth API programmatically in our backend instead?

I will be conducting a workshop using Miro boards on Monday.  Some of the participants are new to Miro. It there a template that shows key items such as how to follow the facilitator, use the sticky notes (change size, color, etc.) and find a particular board, etc. Thank you!

Hi everyone,whenever I try to export my board to a jpg all I get is a blank page OR only a small part of my board. What could be the problem? The PDF export works just fine.I am on a paid subscriptionThanks in advance for any guidanceBest,Joanna

It would be good if there was an opportunity to choose how to place pages on the board when extracting pages from documents. Now pages are placed in horizontal order, but I prefer to orange them vertically (the second page below the first page, and so on). Because i want to have more place on the right side of the page for comments. So it is had to drag each of them as I want.

We had an enterprise account with Miro but it has since been cancelled. Why? Because primarily we were trying it out but it became a problem of maintaining it for my boss. I was experimenting with the Miro boards with groups of people and communities. When I invited people to join the board as a guest, a pop up would come up for them to create a Miro account. To them it appeared like it was necessary when they could have ignored it. Even if I advised people to not sign up, they would anyway. Then they would somehow get added to our enterprise account as a user and it would cost more $. Think about this in a HUMAN way, not a technical way. People will be people. Many people are not tech savvy and they are just going to click around and do stupid stuff. So don’t enable them to do stupid stuff! Please stop with the pop up to sign up for an account with the invite links to guests! Please, I beg of you. I think Miro is a great product but because of this pop up situation, we have not renewe

I have been using free Miro for some time, then upgraded it because I needed to collaborate with people. After a couple of months of subscription, I did not need paid plan functionality anymore, therefore I ended the subscription. And now 2 out of 3 boards that I have been locked and I can no longer edit them.A bar at the top of these locked boards says that I can only edit 3 boards, which should be fine because I have only ever created 3 boards. And yet, 2 of them are locked. Any suggestions?

I am trying to export four different frames I have created for my board. When doing so, the content within my frame is pushed down and to the side in my export, leaving a lot of blank space and some of my content completely outside my exported frame. I exported this exact board yesterday and it worked fine. I tried creating new boards with frames, but these had the same problem when exporting.I have tried both exporting a single frame and the whole board. I have also tried exporting both from safari, chrome, and the mac app. I have tried restarting my iMac or changing the computers resolution. Nothing helps.I can enlarge my frame to a point where everything is included, but it will be so small in the export that its unusable. The weirdest thing is that the presentation mode displays my frames perfectly. I was really excited when I found Miro, as it seemed like the perfect set of features for my company’s workflow. But a problem like this honestly renders the application totally useless

I want to add an icon to the toolbar. I want to make the original png format image an icon on the toolbar. This is a very annoying repetition that I have to make all the time during studies. When I take printscreen (windows+shift+s) and try to ctrl+v it on miro, it always make a tiny image (see 1.a) which I have to zoom in (see 2) until the scaling corner circles appear (see 3.a), and then scale it until the size of the others (see 4). It is like 10+ extra interactions that I have to do. When it is part of my board construction, it becomes a very annoying task. Honestly speaking, it looks like that the UX Designers did not cover this common scenarios. Potential solution: Take and average size from the elements in the screen and plot the ctrl+v image in a similar size WITH the scaling corner circles. 

Hello, does anyone know if it’s possible to make a comment “unread”?I like the red notification that appears with the number of unread comments, but I’d like to be able to return it to it’s unread status so that the notification stays, a) so that it serves as a reminder to me to go back and respond, and b) so that the notification is there for other people. I suppose it’s possible (likely?) that the unread notification is for the individual user so even though I’ve read the comment if someone hasn’t they will still see the notification, but even if that is the case, I’d still like this feature for my first reason (a). I’ve search the Help Centre and Community but can’t find anything on this. Thanks,David

I’m using the Kanban template to start managing a project. It’s working fine, and I like the colours and the ability to use the same tool for both training and admin.However my eyesight/monitor combination means that I have to peer at the text to work out what each card says. I know we can expand each separately, or zoom in so we can only see a few at a time but that doesn’t help. What we have is not viable in the long term, and if it’s not fixable we may be forced to abandon Miro for Trello or similar… How can I force the card font size to be larger?- Charles

Dear Miro community members,This is our first semester jointly teaching practicals in a multidisciplinary engineering undergrad course using zoom and miro in sync, and we are excited to learn what we can do with miro. We have an educational licenceOne question we had in the practical yesterday:when we make students in the class work in separate boards in small groups (we prefer this to having one big board as there are 80 students) when they are in zoom breakout rooms at the same time, broadcasting a message to all of them (such as “5 minutes left”)  from zoom can go unnoticed because they minimize zoom and concentrate on the miro board. I understand we can use comments with @team mention to draw their attention (which we have not tried yet):  there are 12 boards synchrounously active, shall we put the comment on all boards? Any suggestions how to best get their immediate attention as  the wholde class  all at once will be very much appreciated. Best,Bilge 

Hello, I’ve follow the steps to integrate the google drive into miro and its working until I want to change directly something in my google docs (uploaded into my miro board, I can see a preview of the document). I have the following error in the new window:‘’accounts.google.com redirected you too many times.’’There is the same error/message for any type of file (sheet, etc).Everything is linked and setup and working except that. Also, I’ve followed your tutorial on how to install google drive.I’m using the free ‘’version’’.Thank you for your time,How can I edit my files directly from the miro board?Free Paid

I’ve integrated sheets into my Miro board, which is great. However I’d like for it to open on a specific tab. I can’t seem to do this. It just stays on the first tab in the doc.Any idea how I can open a specific tab?Thanks in advance. 

Hi Miro!We use Miro often for leading trainings and workshops, I have been getting multiple reports that our guests (who have edit access) are not seeing the timers my co-facilitator or I set. This has been reported over multiple workshops. Is anyone else seeing this or know a fix?

Hi, I am trying to delete / consolidate my surplus Miro accounts. Each time I sign in on mobile, or when I need to confirm my email address, Miro is defaulting to creating a new account, causing email confusion and lock outs from my real account. Can someone assist me? There seems no easy way to raise a ticket (not smart, how do you improve?)
