There are a number of options, however, it depends on your specific requirements.
Guests
The only way to avoid them sharing the mind map as a Miro board/objects would be to share the board with them directly and make sure the board content settings are configured so that only the board owner can copy content - this will block them from copying the board objects to another Miro board, or duplicating the board altogether.
If you have a Consultant or Business Plan, you could share directly using the Guests feature (if you have the new beta feature) - this would allow for you to give edit access. If you have a Team or Education Plan, guests can only view or comment.
Visitors (i.e., Anyone with the link)
If you do not have a Consultant or Business Plan, but need them to edit your board, you will have to use the Visitors feature. If you do use this visitor/public access, you may want to consider password protecting it.
If they do not need to edit/interact with the mind map, you would export it as a PDF or JPG.
