hide cursor except the seleted speker or followed

Hello, please help:) A month ago Miro in chrome browser started glitching. Okay, I switched to opera. Everything was okay for a while, but then... It started happening the other way around: in chrome everything is okay, in opera - not at all. Okay, I tried app. And now it's not working ANYWHERE. I tried Firefox, but I can only see my boards, to edit them I need to go to the app and it is glitching. :( I really need Miro for work, I like it, but now it's almost impossible to use. Only from the phone. But if you have tried working with boards using your phone, you probably know how torturous it is.

I can see all my personal templates but cant filter them by name to save time searching through. When I do just community templates show.

When creating new boards, my touchpad does not open with a scroll bar for me view all templates.  Only the ones visible on the screen are the ones I can select. How do i get the scrollbar to appear?     

Is it possible to export a list of all boards assigned to the particular person/team in Miro? I would love to be able to do it and see details like last modified date, owner. It would help to do regular clean ups. 

It would be very helpful to have a multi-level folder structure in the left navigation or dashboard (probably better), so I could organize all my glut of Miro boards into different sections.

Hello,I believe after some zoom in and out manipulation while using miro on edge I got all my icons and menus turned small and I am not sure how to set these back.This is not the board zoom itself, since I am still able to use via trackwheel but the menus,I dont observe the problem when opening the board on firefox, and I dont have any issues on other sites using edge.Could someone help ?Regards

I imported Jira cards into Miro and I would like to estimate them. After I selected the area of cards, the Miro wants me to “Choose Jira board” and doesn’t show options and it’s not possible to write it down manually. However estimation of any other object (stickies) is possible without no problem, however this is not what I want… Is it the software bug or my mistake? I was also checking settings but there’s not much for me to do.I was googling and haven’t found a solution.

I've been using Miro mainly with other people on group projects but recently this has shifted to wanting to use Miro for myself. I want to use it to structure my ideas. I have created one board on a shared team page that I want to move to my own team/page. But since I have a free account, I can either only join shared team boards or have my own. Is it possible to copy this board, leave the teams, create my own team and post the board there without losing it? I've put quite a load of work into it..Can I do this with a free Miro account at all - or would I have to purchase a Miro plan to be able to do this?

Hi, I started creating a flow chart which was going really well. Now, in the middle of the chart is a grey box with my initial and name. When I click on it, it won’t delete or come up with anything. How can i remove it? Thanks

It seems that I can lock some sticky notes and not others. In the image these two sticky notes are right next to each other and one has lock function while the other doesn’t. Is this an issue or am I missing something? The one without lock doesn’t have it in the menu either. LockNo lock 

I was creating a persona workshop template and somehow it got deleted. I’m on the free plan using the iPad app so I couldn’t get a board link or even search recent boards. Please Help.

I'm admin of a company with an enterprise plan. I would like to share a board and inivite a specific guest as editor. I've read the articles about collaborating with guests and set the team settings to "allow guests". Still the invitation doesn't work, I always keep getting the popup message that I have to add the person to my team. But I just want this person to be guest on the board (as editor, not only for commenting) and not to be part of my whole team. Am I missing something? Are there further settings that need to be changed?I’m admin of the whole company, so I have access to all the settings.

I want to create clickable links to my objects in the mind map. But, links are not navigable in Mind Maps.

I’ve used Chrome, Safari, and the Mac Desktop app, and in each I experience the same text alignment issue: many text blocks are cut off and I’m forced to go in and delete and re-type a letter to reset the alignment. I noticed another topic in the help center was marked as resolved a year ago, but that doesn’t appear to be true…  

We are developing an App where we want our users to use miro and create a mindmap and once they’re done we want to export that in json file without lossing the structure.For example: There is an user who wants to create a certain course on our platform so we give the user to mindmap everything they want and later we can use that mind map to structure a course for the user.Is this possible? if yes, how? Hi Community,during a virtual meeting I do not want to share my screen via a collaboration tool and let every participant use the MIRO-Board instead. However, while presenting embedded PDF-Slides and hopping through the slides, the slides won’t change for the other participants.Is this ordinary behavior of the tool? What is the solution approach for presenting ppt/pdf (etc.) and let all participants see when I move forward in the slidedeck?Thanks in advance. 

Hey, if I drag and drop SVG files it does this since today? Before it worked just fine. Any ideas? Best regards 

Hello,I'm having this issue lately while using post-it. Whenever I want to draw on a post-it, even after few words, the text get smaller incredibly fast compare to what it used too. It automatically adding space to the point text get very small and I can't write anymore.. Any idea? Does it happened to you?

Hi all, We use Miro at work, the entire company is on it - amazing but it’s getting hard to organize.We have Projects which helps us organize, but ideally would need more detailed Folders or Projects within Projects.Is this something Miro are working towards?We ‘Star’ boards also, but as we work within seasons (fashion) we’re all using about 15-20 Miros at one time.Thanks!Luke

I sign in to Miro via SSO using my company’s enterprise account. Nobody else seems to be facing this issue. I keep several tabs to different Miro boards open all the time and throughout the day need to reference all of them. I find that every time I try to go back to one of these boards I’m signed out “due to inactivity” and need to sign in again.I can’t see any personal setting to change my session length, and it’s unlikely to be a setting for the enterprise account given that others using the same account don’t face this issue. I’ve tried flushing cache & cookies, using a different browser, different device etc. and nothing works.Anything I can do?

My text layers shift around when I close and reopen a board.  I am very OCD so I keep having to fix their placement!I will put the text here: And then it will shift to being here: I am 100% confident that no one is accidentally moving it around.
