My team consists of three people and we keep working on the board for nearly one month. We use an education plan and it is effective until 2025. But today when I opened the board, after loading, it shows “The board is locked” without any further description. Can you have a look at it? 

I have been assigned the owner role on a Miro Board.This has been checked - i can see my name as the owner.However, I am unable to change the board title.Please advise.

Hi everyone! How can I organize access to a Miro not public board if the attendees don’t have a Miro accounts?I see that invite a team method requires userEmail (https://developers.miro.com/reference/enterprise-invite-team-member) and share a board method requires the list of email (https://developers.miro.com/reference/share-board)

Hi,Trying to create a miro board for unregistered users (anonymous board), once the board is created the board picker returns with a accessToken which we can use to share the board with to other users . Hi, I am aware of the text options for shapes: Yet I would like the text to be to the right of the shape, like this:  Is there a way to do that other than create two different objects? I have 50+ shapes to model.

In the last week (Early April 2023) I have had clients say when sharing a Miro screen via zoom and teams  and moving across the Miro board it goes purple for them. Is anyone else having this issue as I am trying to narrow down the root causeIt is an issue on Zoom and Teams I am on a M1 Mac, 2021 high specs. It only happens when moving across the board ie going from one frame to another. And not every time I have tried turning of Motion and still no joy I have tried rebooting and checking all on latest version I am using the App version of Miro

I cannot seem to delete a personal board i created. For what I can see, I am the board owner. I checked if by any chance I had created it under a different Miro account but I think i am logged in into the account that created it. Can someone help me figure out how to delete it?Thanks! 

https://miro.com/app/board/uXjVMW3SxCw=/The shapes are now stacked on top of the each other and I can’t move them or delete any of them. The shape with the 4 NSWE dots appears to be stuck on the top and won’t allow me to do anything. The icons were spaced out but now they are stacked on top of each other. This wasn’t a copy/paste. App locked up and since then acts very squirrely. And when I come back to the app it shows it reconnects to my board, however my board isn’t visible.

Please add the ability to only invite visitors to a specific frame. This way it can be ensured that sensitive information can not be seen by the visitor.

We’re looking at the data model functionality described here (https://community.miro.com/product-news-31/entity-relationship-diagram-erd-cardinality-crow-s-foot-notation-released-8855).It seems to be quite useful, except for --- how do we copy and paste the text to another tool (such as Notepad or Visual Studio).After typing in the list of attributes, it would be nice to be able to copy and paste that to other applications.As a workaround, I found that I can export a drawing to PDF and then copy and paste the text from the PDF to other applications. This adds a few steps to the process, but I guess its better than nothing.I would love a right-click “Copy as text” option or similar to make this process faster.

Please provide the same level of integration for trello cards as currently exists for jira cards.

Is there an API to delete a user account in Miro ?I see APIs to remove members from a team but unable to find one which could delete the account altogether. 

I am trying to use the Miro app in Zoom and am hitting a brick wall. I can open a board but the toolbars and buttons to actually engage with the board will not load. They just sit greyed out on a sort of loading animation. I am able to open the boards and get the toolbars and buttons in both the desktop client and the browser version of Miro, but not in the Zoom app (which is the only place I want to use it). Not finding anything in support or community addressing this issue. I have tried using two different Zoom accounts, on two different computers (both Mac), both updated to the most recent Zoom version. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Miro app in Zoom and that’s done nothing either. See the screenshot below showing the greyed out toolbars. Any and all advice appreciated.

A couple of us, facilitators, came together to try out the new Zoom x Miro integration. We noticed a number of limitations, for example:the integration feature only works for latest version of Zoom no access to Miro during Zoom breakout the Miro interaction via Zoom is (slightly) slower and laggy than one from the board Would love to hear your experiences with this new update as I believe if this works well and smoothly, it can be a game changer moving forward.

I’m having an issue that’s been driving crazy and nothing I do fixes it. For some reason, when I try to create a custom color using the color palette, I can’t move the color picker at all I can only use the slider on the bottom of the color palette. However some reason, it works fine on the computer at my job. Also, how can you delete a personal board? Any help is appreciated thank you.

Is there a way to filter for users who are NOT a member of a specific domain? In other words, I want to see all users outside my organization where the email does NOT contain {@mydomain}. After I get that filtered list I would want to perform some bulk actions on that collection.

I wanted to use Miro inside MS Teams. It failed and Miro is not available in browser now. It allways redirected to “https://miro.com/app-install/...” page, without any option to change anything.

Hi ive been using miro for a few years- and i dont know when- but now when i drag select, anything in that square becomes marked. Why? can i turn this off? it is destroying my workflow and draggin it down to us not using miro no more. since its an enormous time sink..Unless the entire object is in the marked area i do not want to select it.If i just want ten small pictures moved, placed on a big square? i need to deselect the big square! ITS INSUFFERABLEPlease tell me i can turn that off and get it back to how it was.Am i just missing something?please help 

Hi Miro,Some iFrame embed widgets seems to run (when you press the play icon) inline directly on the board (e.g. Youtube & SoundCloud) and some run in the popup modal view (e.g. Spotify, Product Hunt). I’m building a web app (to run inside the iFrame embed widget) and a Miro web-plugin, how can I make the embed widget to run inline directly on the board? I can’t find any documentation or references in the SDK.Cheers,Niklas

Hello! I have a problem with my video chat. I have a Business subscription and when I start the video conferencing, my guests don’t hear me and see. What is more, when I try to reload the page or app, then I can’t even join the video. Can anyone help?🙏🏻

I am currently working on creating a Miro template that will be populated with many text inputs. I am trying to figure out if there is a feature that you could make a text with say 50% opacity that disappears once a shape/text box/sticky note is clicked, something along the lines of “Type your input here...”, similar to search bars in search engines. Is this a non-existent feature as of now or is there a way to achieve this?Thank you!

One of the custom tools I am developing requires the board to be copied on users’ respective Miro IDs for use.  The usage includes 2-3 Google sheets configured for calculation based on some values input in each. These are open access Google sheets hosted on my drive.  How do I ensure that new Google sheets are created (I have enough space in the drive to accommodate as many new sheets as required by N no. of users) each time a user copies the board for their usage.  Is this possible, and how do I go about this?
