It would be a nice feature to have some sort of a "link to sections"within the board. For example like a table of content in which I could link different sections of the board within itself.

Hi I was just working on a board for the past few months up till yesterday (under free license) and today when i access it through my history i get this message , although it was this account which i was working in. But other than that this board no longer appears on my dashboard. Does anyone know what I can do about this and if there’s any way to retrieve it? Thank you 

I have several touch tables and touch based carts at our university and am looking to integrate Miro into them. Our current software allows a multitouch user interface, as does some of the integrated LG/Planar apps that run on the monitors. Are there multi touch options within Miro to allow for users to collaborate together on the same screen? We would like to test this out on our LG Createboard, but I have not seen any information around multitouch capabilities.

Hi, Does anyone know how to stop all of my sub level items to change colour whenever I change the colour of the Level up item? I am using colour coding to make sense of things and every time I change the Mother item, all children get changed as well loosing all of my previous formatting. Thank you  

Hi, acc. to the website Miro AI Beta should be available for all plans from free through enterprise.  I am a free user now and would like to test the AI functions.  I am however unsure how to activative Beta. Is it hidden somewhere in the settings or do I need to follow any other process ? Many thanks  Jaro

I’m really sorry if this question is basic but I couldn’t find something explaining this straight away. Let’s say you want to ask people to sort sticky notes like in a card sorting, but for answering a test.Is it possible to :create one board with pre-set sticky notes (ready board) share it to different users they would all arrive on a “ready” board (but each their own) each of them would do their sorting I’d receive the data in a table (optional)Or is the common use to create a board, duplicate it for 20 users, share each board to a different user?Cheers,

Hi,Is there any way to locate all boards that are not connected to a location/project - (orphans). We have so many boards scattered without a project and I want all of them put in a “Unmanged” project. We have the consultant plan (soon to be business plan). Thanks for your help/Martin

I often copy a few objects and then move the copies to a different place.If I am not mistaken, objects that you Paste or Double used to be automatically Selected, so that I could move them directly(?), but now they don’t, and I have to Select them to move them. Can be dubious if they are spread out over the board...

Hi allI am trying to establish a lifecycle process with the Miro api. I’ve created a miro app (draft status) and installed it in a team (install app and get oauth token). With this token I’ve used the /boards api endpoint like so: GET https://api.miro.com/v2/boards/?limit=50&offset=0accept: application/jsonAuthorization: Bearer [oauth token] I get back a json saying there is a total of 403 boards in this team:{ "size": 50, "offset": 0, "limit": 50, "total": 403,//[..removed]}However in the Admin portal I can see that there should be more boards in this team (552). How can this be? (the trash is empty). I have the company admin role.The app has the following permissions: Is this because my user cannot see all boards (e.g. private) - even if I am company admin?  Thanks for your support! 

Dear Miro team, We would like to embed an image into the card object such that it is visible on the board. We have seen a feature request from 2 years ago on this subject… would like to know if there’s any progress. Thank you!

I created a table and in the table I have several rows and columns with text.  Within each cell, I use orange font to call out systems and tools and bold for key terms. This has been working fine for several days, but then yesterday every time I clicked within a cell and only selected a portion of the text, the edit toolbar (add columns or rows, change font type, size, bold, indentation, color, highlighting) would disappear and instead a different one would pop up that just says (edit, duplicate, delete). If I click ‘edit’, it just moves my cursor to the end of the text in that cell.   If I click the entire cell, I can see the edit toolbar I want, but as soon as I select a portion of the text, it disappears and the other toolbar pops up. Any ideas of why is this happening all of sudden and how I can fix it? I’ve asked another colleague who has access to the board too and he’s now having the same issue too.

Very much a bug.I want to check if anyone else has experienced the same problem I am. When there is a lot of copy in the Notes section, it will occasionally cut off a letter at the start of one line, or move it to another line; change formatting or revert back to an earlier save. It’s rather infuriating as I’m writing the speaker notes for a full day course and cannot afford to have the work unravel.Anyone?And if so, have you found a workaround?Thanks,Matt

I was working with a student and suddenly his toolbar vanished somehow.  He nor his mom could find it.  It was embarrassing because I had raved about the site and they spent a bit of time setting up the account and getting it up and running.  I could see my toolbar on the left side but his was missing.  It worked at first.  Is there a setting on his end that he accidentally hid it or did it erase.  He could type by clicking on the screen and clicking on the T.  But I really needed him to be able to write with the pencil. Any advice?

Dear community, what is the maximum printing size I can export from Miro board?I want to create a  PDF document which is of at least 150 dpi (ideally 225 or 300) and of A1 (59.4 x 84.1 cm) and A2 format (42 x 59.4 cm). The board exported would contain text boxes, few photographs, few post-its. What would be technically-wise the most effective way to get there?Which plan could I use for such case?Thank you so much for your thoughts!  

How to grant different permissions to the board within a team (some can only see, others can also edit)?

I am new to Miro and currently working on creating workflow using swim lane, can someone please guide me as how we can border each swimlane, since there no borders it becomes difficult to distinguish one lane  from another

I can watch this: …and there’s very little buffering (a little at the start for a few seconds, but then everything plays smoothly)I created my own Miro Board and recorded a 4.5min talktrack, and playback is for the first 7 seconds then it’s just as if it’s loading.Meanwhile, whilst that browser tab is sitting there loading, I go back to the ‘What’s New in Miro - September’ and play that, and it’s fine, yet mine sits there loading and never continues playing beyond 7 seconds.Any ideas what the problem might be?

Hallo, ich habe Inhalte/eine Fläche auf einem Miroboard gesperrt, damit die weiteren Nutzerinnen nichts löschen können. Problem: Alles in dem Bereich an hinterlegtem Material - Broschüren, mehrseitige Dokumente - können nicht mehr angeklickt werden. Gibt es dazu eine Lösung?Danke für die Unterstützung!Annika

I think this would be a great feature to add because the grid can sometimes be annoying, especially since I don’t usually use it anyway. Adding a feature where you can simply just add or remove the grid with one click would be amazing. Please consider this.

I uploaded an excel file to my board ten days ago and was given the option to import it as a table or post it notes.  All worked fine.Today I tried to upload the same file again (as I had added mew data while offline) and the file just uploads as a pdf! I tried dragging and dropping from my desktop and uploading via the upload button on the board, No difference, it treats the file as a pdf!The excel file is only 24kB so not large.  What might be the problem?

As a consultant i want to be able to create a Miro board, then sell each separate board (one off) to my clients. They can buy it and run it independently (with instructions on the board) AND OR engage me as a consultant. How can I set up a process to allow them to buy a board (automated)? At the moment I have to use a third party Learning Management System, then when they buy the program, I have to see this, create a new board / link and send it to them? there should be an easier way - EVEN if Miro wants to take a small percentage (management fee!!!!)  I don't want to sell a template. I want to only sell a single board to be used once by one team. 

 HelloI know I can manually import Jira into Miro or create Jira directly with Miro.But is there a way to find a newly created Jira (withJira) in a Miro Board just by updating Miro.Like for example a result of a JQL request which would directly add the jira task in visualization in Miro.Assignee = “Toto” and Status = “Open” for example  And when Toto was assignee on a jira (withjira) we can actualize it directly in Miro.Thx in advance
