Hello, I can’t get on one of my boards. But another two are working. When I am trying to load this board it says “There was a problem loading this board”

Hello,I’m trying to get all jira cards from the given frame, but the given rest api is also reading other normal cards from the frame.I’m using below Rest API https://api.miro.com/v2/boards/uXjVNZLQxyB%3D/items?parent_item_id=123455666666&limit=50&type=app_card Is there any better way of fetching only the app cards Also, is there any way to read custom fields present in the jira card

Has anyone else had a problem where MindMap auto layout starts acting really weird after turning on then off auto layout (on the central node)? It was working just fine before I played around with the central node’s auto setting. Now anytime I edit anything, even just text, it does this sort of thing - the reorganization makes NO sense whatsoever and makes it impossible to use this tool: Very disappointed. I see that Miro doesn’t fix bugs quickly either. I assume the MindMap team is really tiny and probably doesn’t get priority for things because people seem to have had related issues for months/years. I put in a ticket… waiting on a reply. Not expecting much. Will have to do my brainstorming and organizing elsewhere.

I've been using Miro for years, and I really love this platform.Today, I encountered my first issue: I cannot access one specific board. I don't see any errors in the dev tool nor the network section on the board page. The error I encounter is when I enter the dashboard. APIGET https://miro.com/api/v1/segments/BUSINESS_UPSELL_FREE_TEAMS/teams/3074457358175405577Error message is Segment of type <User> is not found! Despite knowing that other boards work as expected, I tried turning off every extension and using my phone to access the board, but no luck so far. Has anyone encountered this error? I want to send them a ticket but because im an unpaid user so I’m not allowed to :’( Thank you in advance!

Hello Miro admin,  I'm Fadil, an active Miro user since 2022 for my plan, business and work. However, this time I've encountered something abnormal. I've attached a video recording using an iPad Air 5. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1h5u7zfiUDYBEbqXmkFm-f7FCgEsYRXBb Issue:There seems to be an issue with arrow markers that may indicate a bug (?).  How to Reproduce:- Create shapes. - Connect them with arrows. - Delete the shapes.  Actual Result:Unable to delete shapes. If deleted, they reappear. Expected Result:Shapes should be deletable as per the command.  Is this a bug? Sometimes I need to create rectangles and fill them with blank post-its. I would like to have an option to fill in spaces with post-its. As if it were a Lorem Ipsum of post-its.

Is it possible to create a link on a board to a file path on a local network drive? 

Hi All, So I created a new board and from the marketplace, I installed Adobe CC apps. The Adobe CC plugin appears in my toolbar on the left. I clicked on “Upload” and then on Adobe CC plugin.  A small dialogue box appears where I log in, into my Adobe acount.  Miro websites refreshes on my browser. Nothing happens.  I click the same plugin again, it repeats the same process. Can someone please help me to solve this issue? Thanks in advance. 

Hi, I’m trying to upload my AI file file through the Adobe CC app, however, none of my files that are saved in my adobe creative cloud are showing up. I tried to restart both programs but it doesn’t help… Can someone please help?  Thanks,Emily 

Hello All,I’m trying to produce report of connections using connectors REST API i.e on a given frame with cards,  for each card i need to display incoming and outgoing connections. But there is no rest api to get the connection details at card level. May i know if i’m missing something here.Can i get it get all connections present in the frame using connector rest api bcoz existing API gets all connections from all the frames

I have used templates in Miro for some time now, but mostly saving frames as templates. I recently created and saved a whole board as a template (using save board option) When I create a brand new board and select this new template everything works fine. But, when I select an existing board and try to add the template (like I normally would when adding frames templates as shown in the picture below) it doesn’t work. Is this the way it should work? Do Board templates operate differently to frames templates? Or is there a problem with my template?   

Keeps hanging in this screen when logging in Miro account

 The spell checker in the app is like activated, but i cant disable it. I have all my apps in english bc i ussueally do things in english but when i type in spanish this happens. I´ve tried disabling the spellchecker in Chrome it doesnt work.

I have a frame within a frame. Let’s say the outside frame is called frame A and the inside frame is called frame B. I want to put an object into frame B, but when I drag the object and try to place it, it automatically always assign it to the outside frame A. An incredibly stupid work around is to first drag frame B out of frame A, then drag the object into frame B, then drag frame B back into frame A.Is there a better way to do this?

Hi,I was looking for similar issue throughout the forum but couldn’t find similar one.I have a BPMN flowchart with swimmlines. It is inside a frame that I try to export to PDF.Unfortunately the boxes are scaled up heavily in the exported PDF and overlap each other - nothing can be read.The same happens if I export whole board.I also tried desktop app - same results.I attach screenshot of export and the screenshot from miro board (source for the export). Anyone had similar issue? gosia MIRO Board Exported PDF 

Hi,is it possible that I provide a link so that guest can join an also Edit?I know how to provide a link so that everybody can edit but each person has to registrate before. I need a solution that joining/editing is possible as guest… Is this possible?

Hello everyone, I have recently an issue since a couple of days.I am using free version of Miro, done 3 dashboards, all having same issue. I am accessing from firefox browser - I have disabled all the Add block, track me not, etc for Miro.The content of the dashboards (my work) are loading normally but none of the toolbar / dashboard tabs which seems to keep loading forever. So I can’t acces them, modify and work on it. I can only zoom in and use the hand to move (there might be shortcuts but I don’t know them).Does anyone had this issue? Any idea if it is a bug/access issue?I have tried to copy the boards but all same issue. Miro Status seems ok.Joinning a capture so you can see what i mean,thanks for your help     

Hi All, I don’t know how to write threads like this, but here we go.I’m facing the issue that after entering my login data into the miro desktop app for windows (.exe and store version - same issue),  i get redirected to the website (in edge) to enter my authentication key.  so far so normal. After entering the key I’m logged in, but in the browser, the application stays on the login screen. so essentially the app is currently for me just a tool to open miro in my browser(edge) but nothing else. Extremely disturbing, but yeah maybe someone has a solution for this problem. THanks, alex

Is there a way to lock objects so that they are completely locked and cannot be copied and pasted out by non admin.I have large work spaces with over 100 repeated frames which are all grouped and then locked. My students enter the room via a link, choose a frame and then work on top of the locked frames. All the frames are locked and cannot be moved.BUT - The problem I have is students sometimes click a locked frame (which is grouped with 100 other frames) by accident and copy and paste and duplicate all the frames including all of the work included on all of the frame. Its a utter mess, and destroys hours of work.Protected locked surely would stop someone copy and pasting the locked elements. 

On the development team board, when you hover the cursor over the watermark itself, the cursor changes to an arrow if another cursor (hand, lasso, cross) was selected before that. This does not happen if the pen tool was selected.The cursor does not change on the entire watermark, but only in a narrow line running approximately along its middle (see figure).I attach the video for clarity: video

Hi All,Please need your help.I left the group I was in and at that moment my board disappeared. I do not know if these events are related. But now I can't get to my board in Miro. The system writes to me - “No access to board. Ask the board owner to grant you permission to view this board” But I am the owner of the board! I clicked on the "request access" button, but I don't understand who the request goes to.please help, how do I write to the technical support team to solve the problem?Thank you in advance.

Is there a way to automatically customise a Jira Card based on it’s information?  I would like to change the colour of a Jira card based on it’s status (e.g. To Do, In Progress, Done) so that if you zoom out, it shows clearly the state of the board at a high level.
