Miro mindmap has a sticky note feature which can connect to a node but is there a way to have something like notes embedded inside node? So something similar to comments at node level but with more formatting options.

Whenever I touch the whiteboard canvas on my touchscreen laptop with surface pen, the on-screen keyboard opens. I know this has been resolved for others, but I am still having this problem...

Hello Team         We are Planning to migrate Jira data from Data Center to Cloud instance. As we are checking the migration compatibile of Add-on’s Miro data is integrated with Jira. We need help to understand that migrating the data of Jira will  affect the miro data or It will be migrated smoothely without braking any linking.Please help me here, if any steps/document are present to follow pre/post migration of the miro data Thanks & RegardsSrikanth

I know about and understand the alignment tooling with ”Basic Shapes” but that same tooling does not seem to be available with the “flowchart” shapes. The alignment option does not show on the pop up menu?

Hi, I have encountered a problem when someone leaves a guest comment, another guest can see his first and last name, how can I fix this?Can I disable the comment service or anything else where another member will see it?

I loaded the Miro app to Zoom. That has been working fine. I could log into Miro outside of Zoom as well. Now, I can only log into Miro on Zoom, it won’t log in outside of zoom.If I Google Miro Login, and type in my credentials, it comes up that it wants me to link Miro to zoom again and it is already linked and won’t let me go past this point. See the screen shot below when I try to log into Miro it comes up ADD & ALLOW MIRO APP FOR ZOOM and it is already loaded to zoom. If I click on ADD AGAIN, comes up LOOKS LIKES SOMETHING WENT WRONG.I am getting very frustrated with this technical side of Zoom with Miro. Please can anyone assist me urgently. Thank you.

Hey guys,I created a local Miro app (at localhost:3000) where I have an Add a sticky button. If I press the button, nothing will happen. There are no errors in the browser console. I tried pasting this code to the console: await miro.board.createStickyNote({  content: ‘Hello, World!’,});but it wouldn’t do anything either.Am I missing something? 

Hello,After some time of using miro, I am unable to change pen color or stroke size (I can change to, say, eraser). That is, I tap on pen, then three options appear; when I click on one of them, nothing happens. Pen writes on the screen all right, and no other functions seem to be affected. I can easily fix it by restarting miro. That is, if I kill the app, then start it again, everything works, but after some time it seizes working again. Unfortunately, it happens often, plus it is also not very convenient thing to do during a class.I am using Samsung Galaxy Tab. I do not experience these issues when I open Miro in browsers.My reading is that this topic is related to the same problem, but it got no replieshttps://community.miro.com/ask-the-community-45/samsung-s7-tablet-app-can-t-change-pencil-color-12028Other topics on interactions of a pen with color picker seem to be unrelated to my issue (I am content with choosing between three colors).Thank you! 

Hi, I have a set of rectangles (play cards) that I have been filling in. I have been working on this with a less experienced Miro user so I thought they were moving all the boxes around. But today I went trhough all the cards again, locked all the shapes and text boxes and selected ‘owner only can unlock’. Yet, all the shapes suddendly moved - there definitely is a pattern, as if they stayed locked together but that the entire was misaligned. I cant figure it out, and feel it will keep happening. Here is a regular card with all aligned. Here are the misaligned cards, despite them being locked. Can anybody help with the issue ? it’s as if things slightly moved to the left all together. 

Hi Team Miro! To me it would be very helpful to have a right click option in the tabbar to reopen recently closed tabs. As I always try to keep my working environment as clean as possible, I regularly close not needed tabs. From time to time I close the wrong one or I want to show a colleague a board, that I’ve just been working on. Would be great to reopen it without having to search the projects to find it quickly. Like you have it in webbrowsers. What do you think? 

One of my consulting clients would like to consolidate various miro licenses that have been booked by individual departments - in other words, bring a bit of order to the company's IT. 😊Have any of you done this before, do you have any suggestions on how to proceed? The company is not that big and they want to migrate to an existing business plan.Or should be my only advice: Open a ticket! 😎

I used to use the video call feature of Miro, and really liked it. Now they started to promote the Around.co video solution that they acquired. However I can’t find a lot of information about showing how to use it with Miro. Does anyone here have experience using Around.co s their video solution for facilitating meetings with Miro?i would love to hear them

Hello All!I’m trying to use Stickies Capture, but getting an error message. Just me? Or for anyone else? I’ve used it before (it’s an amazing feature). And I can’t get it to work today - on my android phone, my ipad, or my desktop (web or MIRO app).Each time I try - I get an error that reads “Internal Server Error. Please try again or submit a bug”I’ve got a paid Consultant account - not sure if I don’t have the right plan or?? thanks! 

Hey Miro community!Nice to meet you. My name is Oksana and I’m using Miro heavily these days. I enjoy it a lot! This makes my professional life so much easier. I wanted to report a little issue with the formatting toolbar getting hidden under the main board info bar. I have recorded a GIF to show what happens. This mainly affected my convenience when trying to color a bunch of table cells (as I’m showing in the GIF).  Submitting this because I really love Miro and I hope it helps. Thanks! 

hello - I have imported a Visio diagram, but can’t edit…..searches suggested I should be able to see the ‘pencil’ icon to edit when i click on the diagram - but not showing.have the Business level access - wondering if this is an Enterprise feature??TIA

I can drag and drop docs, but there isn’t even an option to “upload from device.”These are the only options (in pic) 

In Miroweb (chrome Version 122.0.6261.70 (Official Build) (64-bit))When opening a board and for the first time importing a document from onedrive this works (correct single-sign-on authentication is triggered)However, when trying a second import after this the dialog pops up but immediately disappears.This issue was not there in the past, apeared only in last weeks (feb 24)Can this be resolved please?

Hi there, I pasted an image into miro and it’s stuck in the left corner of the board. Eventually it dissapears but then, no matter which board I am in, it suddenly re-appears. Any thoughts on how to delete these permanently? I can’t even click on it, it’s just stuck in the left corner. 

PDF generated by Miro is not in my downloads folder.I have double checked my browser settings and tried on the app as well as both Safari & Chrome. Please help

I have a team member that cannot export frames to a pdf. We’ve tried everything we can think of. Any help? Ideas?
