Miro Assist not visible on my Miro boards / Company login

Hi there,

 

Although our company has a corporate license I cannot see Miro Assist among the features on my Miro boards. Wondering why?

@Gabe Kay - If your company has a Enterprise Plan subscription with Miro, then it is possible that a Company Admin has disabled Miro AI as per this help center article:

Hello! Miro Assist Beta disappeared from my tools. How can I get it back? I have a starter subscription. I can’t remove background from a picture anymore.

Is this on all boards?

What about when you create a new board in your Starter Plan?

Do you have it…

 

Note: If you are accessing the board as a visitor or a guest, i.e., the board exists in a team that you are not a member of, then Miro Assist will not be available to you.
