I just want to move around and view links etc. however whenever i select an item, or attempt to move around it moves objects or brings up an edit dialog. Escape does not do anything. How can I stop this?

When using the app and I move the Miro screen to the display I can’t see any of the content. I see tools bars etc. As soon as I moved it back to the iPad I see everything. Also if I view a board via the web on the display no issues. Anyone else having this issue or better still know how to fix it?

Our company's Okta license expires in a few days.Okta Manager > Application > miro > disabled.However, when I try to log in to Miro with my company Google account, it says that my organization is using SSO. If you click Continue at this time, an okta 404 error will appear.I tried removing the SSO settings from the settings, but there was nothing related to the okta settings. What should I do? 

Using an iPhone and up to date OS or on Mac laptop in chrome(latest version) it does not work. It accepts the photo and then returns an Internal server error and suggest to report a bug - tried on my phone with a new photo, a photo in my library and I tried on my laptop with chrome browser - keeps returning Internal Server Error

I tried to submit my app to Miro marketplace but encounter this errorLooks like the error on `appId` In the payload, `appId` is empty. I think this problem is on Miro side?

Hi,We are using SCIM to give users full miro licenses based on their membership in an Azure AD group. This works fine, but we have a problem if a user doesn’t need the license anymore. If he is removed from the Azure AD group, he is DEACTIVATED in Miro. This is a problem as he then can’t be added anymore to any board, not even as a free user.Is there a way to ensure that people who leave the AD group just get demoted to free restricted instead of deactivated?

I download pdf file. extract pages. and after that they get reversed spontaneosly

HiI'm the admin of Miro for our place. We have SSO enabled and it works fine except for one of my users who gets logged out after a few seconds regardless of their licence status.I have tried to delete and recreate their account, with no success.Any idea on what's wrong?Thanks,Guilhem

My organization requires that we have a set of maps for our campus, some basic, some more detailed and specific to a department need. I was hoping to upload a blank map and additional PDF layers of resources from Illustrator so that if one team needed a specific type of resource, i.e. emergency related, or another team just needed one with labeled common spaces, that they could show/hide each layer as they need it. As it stands now, importing a transparent PDF that has been created in Adobe Illustrator imports with a white background. I prefer PDF over PNG to keep vectors scalable and transparent. I’d hope to do this for a few icons I’d like to import, too.

This seems like such a silly question, but is there a simple way to use squared corners on connections rather than rounded corners?

Hello, I have a question on the billing plansMost (80%) of our organisation are very OK with the standard plan of Miro.But 20% could benefit the Business features because they are a lot more customer-facing and thus share a lot with different teams. Is it possible to have 2 plans in the same organisation ? If yes, can they still access the same boards ?

My internet connection is stable, I tried to restart multiple times, a computer, Miro, browser, but it doesn't help. Please help me ton solve this problem in the nearest time🙏🏻 I circled them, these tools are just moving, like downloading, but nothing happens next.. 

I have a free account with Miro at the moment but wanted to move over to using your desktop app for Macs.I am running Mac OS version is Monterey 12.6.1When I download the app and have moved it over to my applications folder I am unable to open Miro. I get an error message stating "You can’t open the application “Miro” because this application is not supported on this Mac.”Please see screenshots for reference.Does anyone have any suggestions or potential solution on this?

I’ve seen someone have this issue a year ago and it got resolved, but whenever I try to use the Stickies Capture tool, it tells me that the text recognition is temporarily unavailable. I need to pause our paid subscription due to cost savings but wanted to understand my options re retaining the board content. Is there an option to reduce to a free plan but not lose all the board content? Does this content stay accessible but not editable?Can team create any new boards?

I requested a license through GE my tech site. It was approved, however when i log in to the web app using my GEHC email, it still is a restrcited free version, with an option to upgrade. 

I cannot copy templates from the Miroverse to any of my boards or their own individual boards. Help! :( 

Hi everyone, does anybody else have issues with using Miroverse templates? As soon as I try to add them to a board, the loading spinner appears but it never actually loads into my board.Anybody got any suggestions?Thanks in advance!
