I am trying to pay for a new account. The website makes it super difficult to pay the $10. At this point, my bank says that miro.com has charged my card $10, but the miro.com website won’t let me do anything until I “upgrade”. There also does not appear to be any customer service line to call. Please advise.

@jschatzman - A few questions:

  1. What do you see if you sign out and back into your Miro account?
  2. Did you use an Upgrade button or did you create a new team? Have a look at the left vertical bar of your dashboard – do you have one team space? Does one look new? E.g.:
