Is it possible to create a folder of differente spaces? For istance if any space of miro is used for containing a project, which might have different board, is it possible to create a cluster/folder of spaces to group spaces that reffer to a specific client? If is not possible, where is the form to submit a feature request?

I have a number of boards starred from different teams that I’m not a member of. Usually I can access all of them from the “starred” section of the Home area but now it seems that any starred section only represented the starred boards from that team. If I go to the starred boards from a direct link, they still clearly show starred for me.What the heck happened with access rights and quick access? Is this a glitch of my view or a general change to how Miro operates?

Hello all,I hope you are well?I currently have the problem that the field "original estimate" from the Jira ticket is not displayed via the Jira Card on the Miro board. Somehow I only have one shared team left in my Miro account, although a colleague of mine has his own Miro-Team and our shared team. Why is my own team gone and how do I get it back?!

Annoying PopupIs there a way to disable this popup? It pops up when clicking on the lightning bolt on our board. However, the button sometimes is covering items we need to move causing this popup. I have searched settings endlessly. We have zero interest in this plan the popup keeps pushing. - it is currently become such an annoyance that my team is asking me to find a different software for prototyping. They say it is decreasing productivity.

How can I find an experienced Miro board user to support a 3-day conference in the St. Pete/Tampa area?

I have, due to separation of job, consulting mandates and other projects, worked with different email addresses (different accounts) for using miro.Last summer I have created 2 large boards for myself which I haven’t used since then. Now I struggle to open them again. I am not sure which account this was about and the boards are not shown in miro anymore.I managed to retrieve the links to those 2 boards but when trying to access them the message is that I am not the owner (with that account). So, I request access and get the massage “Request has been sent” but on none of my email accounts I get this request message. How can this happen? Where are these requests being sent to? How can I claim ownership and open my boards again?

The new feature “Diagram” which was suggested to me, to which I respond affirmatively, deleted almost all my content on the board. Wires were eliminated, text was removed, boxes deleted. Not everything, but like 40-50%.The whole canvas look strange and the icon for Diagram shows but it is in the canvas mode. It´s really important work that now seams to be lost. It doesn´t help to choose an older version in the History panel.

I wasn’t notified about the upcoming charge, and it came as a complete surprise. As you can imagine, seeing such a significant amount deducted without my consent was quite alarming.I immediately reached out to Miro’s support team, demanding an urgent refund and cancellation of this unwanted subscription. It’s been two days now, and I haven’t received any response from them.Has anyone else experienced similar issues with Miro or any other service? How did you handle it, and what was the outcome? For the last while there’s been a beta option to share a board as a presentation and it’s worked great up until recently.But currently these links just hang -- both when I try to access an existing link and when I generate a new link. Is this feature no longer supported?

Hello  i’m having issues with one of my users accessing the Miro app on a 9th Generation iPad running iPadOS 18.6.  We are getting an error that says App Initiation Failure: Can't Find Variable: Broadcast Channel after logging in to the App.    we’ve wiped / updated the iPad  reinstalled the most recent version of the AppPlease advise mark 

Coming from an AutoCAD background, layers are a GREAT addition.  The issue is that they dont work very well yet.  I have a few issues with using layers over the last 24 hours. I’ve had objects randomly (seemingly anyway) change layers.  I put them on the “network” layer, go do some other work then turn that layer off and the objects are back on the default layer.  I have triple checked that the things are set to the “network” layer and later they have moved.  they are not part of a group and I am sure that I am not accidentally picking them with another object. Second issue is that objects on layers dont seem to understand the frame that they are in.  I added things to the network layer and then go to move the frame but the objects on that layer do not move with the frame.  I have triple checked that they are within the frame, I have moved them out of the frame then back in.

I have now several times seen that i do a lot of changes to my Draw.io diagram. When hitting save and close i goes back to the version before, and when editing again all my work is gone.. no way of getting a version historic or something like that. Its just gone.!!!This is so annoying, that im considering to skip both Miro and Draw.io. If you cant even rely on that save means save!!!Another thing is, that in order for me to present the diagram on my miro board, I need to put the diagram in edit mode in Draw.io. If not is everything blurry when shown through Miro. I does not matter if i zoom in or out..

I’m on a free plan, was adding content to the board. I had 3 boards already and then i’ve tried to creare a duplicate on one of boards i was working on. And then all content from my board disappered. The worst thing is board history is also erased. Please help me to restore it. I’ve upgraded to paid plan, but there’s still no content nor in original board, nor in duplicate. Help.
