E-mail and password login not available and "magic link" does not work

Hello,

I´m not able to login via mail and password anymore and the magic link does not work in the MIRO app. It gets kind of stuck in an infinite loop.

When I click the link the browser asks if to use the app or the browser and when I choose the App it opens but sends a new link instead of loggin me in.

Need imediate help please.

    Hi ​@TEAM CONNEX, thanks for reporting this. It sounds like the magic link is looping when you try to sign in through the Miro app.

     

    Could you please confirm whether the same login issue is also happening when you try to sign in through a web browser (incognito mode), rather than the Miro app?

    It works to login to the browser, but not to the App.
