Hello! I am logged to my account from computer, phone and iPad. Everything works on computer and phone, but when I open any board with my iPad I can see the board and everything on it but I don’t see any tools, I can’t write on the board on my IPad. I even don’t have an exit bottom to go to the page with all the boards if I open any one of them. So I get stuck in the board I open without any visible tools or any bottoms at all. What can I do? Thank you very much.

+2Just a question: when you say “open the board on your iPad” are you referring to opening the board in a browser (e.g. Safari?) or opening the board in the iPad app?
You might try BOTH. Often things get screwed up because of “caching” - if one of these approaches works but the other doesn’t, it probably means you need to clear the cache (on your browser) or possibly re-install the app (if the app is not working properly).
