This is valid for all shape modules on the board and only for them. No intervention was made by the team, and there is no history of these texts being deleted. This seems like a glitch and I hope it can be fixed.
PS: Using free version so we dont have the option to open a ticket.
Btw, it’s not about a device or browser; everyone is experiencing the issue for the same board. We also tried client-based actions like clearing cache, trying different browsers, restarting device, etc.
When I double-click any shape, it seems like there is no text within the shape, which is very scary in terms of having a possible data/work loss..
Are there anyone else experiencing the same issue?

First of all, thank you for your support.
We have another board, and we’ve already tried copying those frames into it—the one without the bug. However, it’s not working (attached, you can see an example of the copied version of those frames).
This issue is only occurring on one board.
We reviewed all the actions in the board’s “history.” Even though we didn’t find any specific action related to deleting that information, we tried to “restore” earlier versions. However, this feature is not available in the free version (though the button is still there, which creates confusion). The “Versions” section is also empty due to the free plan.
Additionally, we have Microsoft credits that include Miro, and we have been trying to redeem them, but it hasn’t worked. The last attempt was on February 6th, and it is still pending approval.
Despite this, we also attempted to create a paid account by making a payment ourselves, but the transaction keeps failing. We are unable to proceed with the last screen shown in the attachment (the botton stays inactive)
Since we cannot make any progress, we really need your help regarding the support ticket.
Looking at the screenshot you provided, you cannot proceed because you are trying to purchase one licence for a team with 16 members. As per the warning message, you will need to have a Team Admin remove 15 other members before you can continue with you purchasing a single licence.
Another option is to just create another team by:
Once you have a new paid team, you could move your boards to the new team.
