I am an independent consultant currently planning a workshop with ca. 100 participants. We will use Miro for facilitation during the workshop. I am looking for live advice/coaching on how to use Miro effectively with large group workshops.I would also be interested to hire someone who can co-facilitate workshops from a Miro functionality perspective. The only expertise needed is guiding participants through Miro functionality, no other subject matter expertise needed. Are you interested in this type of gig work or know someone who might be?
I’m curious if there are good experiences in the community of using Miro with big Touchscreens for ideation scenarios? We have a 65” Samsung Flip Touch screen that we want to explore using the touch feature together with Miro. First impressions were that everything was more difficult than using mouse+keyboard.Interacting with Miro objects was difficult. I used a digital whiteboard pen, but it did not have any buttons to help me control settings.I’m curious if there are any big-touchscreen-using-fans out there? :)
This week, Small World by @Jeremy Jodeau is the Template Of The Week (or TOTW). Why this workshop? The "small world" is an exploration world where you have to find 3 activities to do. You can use it as an icebreaker or as the main story of asynchronous activities. Do you like this template as much as we do? Leave Jeremy a compliment here, the template on Miroverse, and feel free to share your favorite icebreakers in this thread! Voting makes template discovery easier for other members of Miro Community and supports those who are contributing to Miroverse in such a meaningful way. How do we choose TOTW? It’s a mystery! But upvoting helps!
During one of our Miro Hero orientations, my breakout room had a delightful discussion about playing games 🧩🎲 in Miro. If you caught the APAC Community Events last week (shout out to @Joshua William Davies and @Isman Tanuri!), you know that Miro can make work really fun with delightful emojis, awesome extensions, and even hiding parts of the board. If you haven’t already, make sure you check out the Fun and Games section of Miroverse. If you have, what are your tips for adding FUN to facilitation and making work more delightful with Miro?
Happy Monday crew! Thank you to all who could attend Friday’s session. It was wonderful to get to know you all a little better! Please drop in the link above. Have a great week!Michelle

Hello Miro Community. My name is Patrick Seaton, the owner of Innovative Management Toools and I am relatively new to using miro boards, but very excited with what I have seen so far with their potential. I am a change management consultant and am in the process of converting my facilitator-led, in-person activities created over the last 20 years that used conference rooms and white boards with cards that I designed to help clients overcome common and recurring business challenges and problems by involving small groups of stakeholders in the session. Visual and engaging sessions with amazing results. The miro board seems to be an ideal way to bring the over 40 activities into a digital life. It is very exciting to bring my tools into a new world and open them up for use outside of my personal client base. If anybody is in the change management and business problem solving arena and would like to open a dialogue, please feel free to connect with me. Regards, Patrick

Hi Miro Heroes,This week, @Jay Melone is hosting an event where he will show how customer-centric problem framing helps drive efficiencies and innovation. I am super excited to learn about this methodology! But I’m also super curious what challenges have you encountered while trying to innovate? I feel like it’s useful to understand before we go into learning how to foster innovation and efficient problem solving. What are the challenges hindering innovation in your org? Please share in the comments! 🤔When I think about my experience working in tech, innovation is all about open communication and fast feedback loops, so anything that prevents it is bad for innovation. What do you think?
