    On Kanban boards, more accesible +Add CardOpen

    On my kanban boards some of my lists are long, and others are not. If I’m at the bottom of a long list and I want to add a card to a shorter list nearby, I have scroll all the way up to the foot of the last card in that list to access the +Add Card link. Would be great if that link could follow me up and down that column.

    Simple shortcuts that greatly improve the utilityOpen

    Most modern mouses have side buttons that bind to 1 and 2 on the keyboard. So it would be very efficient to use if we can customize shortcuts of the number keys. E.g. by binding 1 to pen and 2 to eraser, it would be very easy to use with a modern mouse with side buttons. We can freely switch between pen and eraser without the need to even touch the keyboard, and this would satifiy most of the daily use in Miro. I hope you can consider adding this feature.

    Clean up pricing plansOpen

    Your pricing plans have always been a mess. What is more concerning though is how easy it is to add users to teams / give passes that that then have a massive impact on cost.I just added a person as team member, and only by accident saw that my cost had doubled from $144 to $288 or so!This is far too opaque!

    Please stop turning Miro into a messIt is on the best way to becoming a convoluted mess (your sharing and copying permissions at various levels just being one example, features that are un-necessary and work badly such as video conferencing or voting being another)You really need to keep focused on what you do well, rather than be a half-arsed mess that does everything badly.this has happened with other apps (e.g. JIRA) that went the way of ‘enterprise’ products, and them hard to use and everyone hate them…

    Integrate with Poll EverywhereOpen

    I am hoping to use Miro for hybrid teaching (some students in person, some remote at the same time).  I don’t want to have to hop back and forth between too many apps so I can simplify things for myself and my students.  I often have to lecture a little on something, and I can easily integrate quizzes or polls using Poll Everywhere which integrates great with PowerPoint and Google Slides.  If I am going to be able to let go of using slides and just use Miro, I would need an easy way to activate Poll Everywhere polls/quizzes without having to leave Miro.

    "I'm done" buttonOpen

    When facilitating interactive sessions it can be difficult to gauge whether everyone has finished adding their sticky notes, or finished voting without asking. A great feature to address this would be a button that the attendees can press to indicate that they’re done contributing and this should be visible to other users. For example, if I as the meeting facilitator ask attendees to add sticky notes around a certain topic we’re brainstorming on, each attendee will hit the “I’m done” button once they’ve finished. I can then easily tell when I can cut the time allocated short and move onto the next part of the meeting.

    Card - make the outer zoom level not just show empty attribute boxes, but use whole card for titleOpen

    I’m creating large storyboards, where keeping an overview is keyThe cards are an excellent way of grouping info on a card, and the Jira-app is just what we need for keeping the Storymap in sync.Sadly the layout of cards in the most-zoomed-out version, makes the title truncate to make room for empty grey boxes where you don’t show text.  This way the Sticky notes are still better for keeping an overview, as you can still read the titles.It’s neat how a card on zoomed in shows the description as well.. But why dont you just not show the attribute-boxes in the most zoomed out version, to make room for full title-texts. This would make me able to zoom out an get an overview.I’m sticking to sticky-notes just because of this issue, as keeping an overview as much as possible is really important.

    Frames as filters/ tag aggregatorsOpen

    Tags are currently an orphan for being useful as an organising concept. Would you consider adding an option to a frame to assign a tag, and the function of that frame then becoming an aggregator of all content on the board with that tag?  ie, it would create mirror copies of all contents with the frame tag and link back to the original on the board? An idea like this would still give us the ability to add board content around that frame as relevant to why that tag exists and it’s significance and its background assumptions and generally add detail to the concept of the tag..

    Make link buttons smaller when zoomed outOpen

    Hi I have a board with a frame I call "Focus” on it.  This frame has stickies for the things I most need to concentrate on at the moment with links to other frames/boards for the details of those issues.  When I look at this frame on a mobile device the individual stickies are reasonably small but still very readable.  The problem is that the buttons for the links don’t shrink with the stickies so they end up covering nearly a quarter of the sticky which makes reading the text difficult.  I would be happier if the link buttons shrank along with the sticky and I had to zoom in a bit to tap them.  I realise this might not suit everyone but it would be great if this behaviour could be toggled with a board option.  Alternatively the buttons could remain scaled down until the element they are on is selected at which point they could redraw to be more tappable (a bit like url links become visible in a separate popout when you tap them).

    Add information to cards via mobile.Open

    Hi. New to Miro. I am a consultant. Most of my clients use mobile as their predominant way of working through tasks, etc. I would like to be able to use the Kanban Board and have my clients add/edit info to cards via mobile.

    Support alternate Input devices (apart from Mouse/Trackpad) on WindowsOpen

    I have a drawing pad (with pen) which is connected with USB to my laptop and is recognized as “Pen & Windows Ink” and can be used in MS Whiteboard. I'd also like to have the option to use this device as input device for my Miro boards

    Make a better text-hightlighting on the Pen-toolOpen

    Hi,when it comes to highlighting of text the pen tool should recognized that there is text for instance on stickies.It should highlight the text in a straigth line just like the text is placed.And it should put the highlightcolour behind the text so the text is not disturbed by the effect.The animation shows like it should work:  Michael

    Multi-board attention managementOpen

    While running remote workshops, I often have a shared main board for the whole group, and then separate boards for each team in the workshop. It’s not a smooth process getting people to return to the main shared board from their group board.   Some tools like Zoom have breakout rooms, where you can close their breakout and force them to return to the main chat, but others like Microsoft Teams don’t.   For me as a workshop facilitator, it would be great if I could control this in Miro. I could send a message to all group boards and say “this activity is now finished. Please return to the main board and the main discussion”. It would even be better if I could temporarily lock /freeze those boards so they cannot continue making changes and so they have to return to the main group.

    Show/Hide Participants VideoOpen

    I would like the option to hide (and reveal) chat bubbles during video chats. This will allow for more real estate during presentations. Also, many participants do not want to be on display at all times. Moderator control of video chat windows would be very helpful. He/she could now prompt participants that the chat windows will come back for discussion, etc.

    Feed / small time-saving ideaOpen

    Possible timesaver:  Link from Comments in the Feed to the actual location on the board. As it is, I go through the feed and have to take a second step going over Comments which then link to comment location. No big deal just a thought. Trying to get better at capturing/sharing these ideas.

    Miro embeded boardsOpen

    i´m working managing teams with Miro and it's very useful to manage one team. But what happens if you have to manage multiple teams??I'm working with one kanban board for each team. But now, I want to integrate all these kanbans’s in one unique board to have a overview of all of my teams.Could be possible select one frame in one board and automatically this space of board updated in the other resume board??

    Template - preview area changes after editingOpen

    When I create a template and go to save the name, description and preview area (or saved image).  If and when I go back to edit the template I lose the preview.  In my case , I have to reupload the saved image.  I wish the uploaded saved message would permanently stay in the description.

    Add the 'note' sidebar to a templateOpen

    We’ve created some templates that cover entire workshops (sprints, ideations workshops, requirements gathering) and often these follow a set agenda and timing plan. It’s super-useful to have all the tasks and timings for these available as a ticklist in the notes sidebar but it doesn’t seem possible to have these saved as part of the template itself. It’s really annoying to have to create these from scratch each time so the option to either include these as part of a template or, alternatively have a ‘sidebar template library’ where these could be added would be great

    Cursor EmotesOpen

    I think it would be cool if the cursor had the ability to perform emotes. For example, if you see a colleague in a planning board, the cursor can become a hand waving hello. Just a fun thought.
