When facilitating interactive sessions it can be difficult to gauge whether everyone has finished adding their sticky notes, or finished voting without asking.
A great feature to address this would be a button that the attendees can press to indicate that they’re done contributing and this should be visible to other users. For example, if I as the meeting facilitator ask attendees to add sticky notes around a certain topic we’re brainstorming on, each attendee will hit the “I’m done” button once they’ve finished. I can then easily tell when I can cut the time allocated short and move onto the next part of the meeting.
