    MULTIPLE DESKTOP MIRO WINDOWSOpen

    Hi all,We use Miro for Fashion/Retail related work flows that deal with Seasons. As we have multiple Miros for any given Season, the idea of having separate windows would be useful.Currently you can only have 1 Miro Desktop Window open, which means we have 15 tabs of Miros where you can’t read their name/hard to navigate. If we could open multiple windows we could organise each window to have different seasons (or work flows).E.G:1 x Window - Spring Summer 2025 with multiple tabs1 x Window - Fall Holiday 2026 with multiple tabs Thanks!Luke

    Option to Separate or hide Video Player Controls while playing the videos.Open

    A Request for Team Miro, can you guys add a button to "hide" the video player controls so that while showcasing the video, player controls don't just get pops in again and again until i stops hovering my cursor upon it. it's really annoying, i want to showcase my whole video but player controls are keep on popping up again and again covering almost 20 -30% of my video.   OR  can you guys just provide a button to detach the video controls from video player so that i can showcase my video without being covered by video controls even while hovering over the video.2nd Thing is i want to play multiple videos simultaneously in the same board. 3rd Thing is i want to play videos but also want to hide some sensitive, private or personal data while video is being played so to cover it i places a circular or square box upon it before playing,   But as soon as video starts to play ( shown in image below ) that circular or square thing shifts to backwards and everything is being visible to all and now i cant showcase these videos into my workshops or can’t use these feature in content creation ( i have to edit video separately that is impossible or very complex in many cases ).  For Now, ability to hide a specific portion of video irrespective of video is being played or not ( simplification :-  to treat the video player as a Layer upon which other layers could be placed for as long as we want ) would be much helpful in this case.I hope you guys are getting my point, please let me know in case you need to know anything else from my end.If you guys add those options then that would be much better or useful for me to showcase my multiple contents simultaneously in the same board while hosting workshops and content creation.Thankyou.

    Color Palette OptionsOpen

    I’m in a creative job and easily get 100 color swatches on my Miro palette. Sometimes this comes from trying to find the right color while collaborating, sometimes it’s just build up because I forget or don’t have time to clear them.It would be incredibly helpful to be able to clear the palette. A way to shift + click and clear multiple at a time would be fantastic, but I’d take a mass clear.Also agree with some of the other posts I’ve seen - color name options for color blind people, reordering the color palette, and creating a palette for others to use would be so helpful.TL;DRClear the Palette - mass clear or even shift + click to choose multiple for clear Color Names - a useful and representative option for color blind people, especially if there’s more than “green, blue, red” for “dark green, light green”. Reordering the Palette - manual reordering, and a step further, maybe color and code sorting. Palette Templates - creating a palette you can share with others would be a great company branding tool, helpful for creatives, and useful for teams that brainstorm together.

    Zoom into selected objectOpen

    Miro product team, please optimize your zooming feature, so that you can zoom into a selected object without having to then search the canvas, with pan/hand tool, to find the selected object.  Doing so would allow a more intuitive, and efficient user experience, because, the selected object would become a centering anchor to screen zooms, magnifications, etc—make sense?. This is a common feature that you’d find in a Adobe products like InDesign, Illustrator, etc. Hopefully not too hard to implement this change. I’m sure I’m not the only one who is frustrated with this.

    New Doc block option: Turn into → New DocOpen

    I have found myself wanting to split Docs that have either grown too large, or beyond their intended purpose.Please add an action to turn a Doc block into a new Doc.Shortcut RequiredBecause I more often than not need to complete the action on more than one block at a time, there would need to be a shortcut for the Turn into → New Doc action — this only shortcuts will execute on multi-selected blocks (e.g., if I select three blocks and use an ellipsis and then Turn into → Bulleted list, only the block who’s ellipsis I selected will change to a bulleted list. But if I use Ctrl/Cmd + Alt/Option + 4, all selected blocks change to a list.

    Convert Text to DocOpen

    Similar to you select a sticky note and there is a Convert to action on the context menu, I would like this Convert to action on a Text object with option of Doc.

    Presenting protoype on mobile deviceOpen

    Ability to view my prototype on a mobile device (like a protopie). Made a prototype for our mobile app that I want my co-workers to be able to flick through the experience on their mobile devices. When I go to the Miro app on my phone and try to present, nothing happens.Thanks!

    Tags for Flip Cards!Open

    Planning to use Miro to generate exam flashcards using the Flip Cards feature. Would love to be able to tag the cards so I can sort my board according to the subject I’m studying.I see it’s possible to tag Sticky Notes so wondered if we could make this possible for Flip Cards too? Thanks!

    When Copy Pasting without edit permission tell me I don't have permissionOpen

    If a user without permission to edit a board attempts to paste something into the board then Miro tells the use they don’t have edit rights and provides the user the request edit access link. Do this instead instead of failing to complete the task and no feedback. Thanks!

    Bulk Move: copy and duplicate of Boards between accounts and projectsOpen

    We have a number of ‘master’ boards that have been designed and created in different projects.  The masters will be managed in our methodology team and then copied to other teams & projects for each customer that we have Miro workshops with.  At present there are at least 70 ish boards which means a lot of moving & copying if we dont have a bulk transfer capability, especially inefficient if we have to move projects, board by board, customer by customer,  so any bulk move we can make would be very valuable. It would be a great enhancement to Miro to be able to perform the following functions in bulk for multiple selected boards: Copy / Duplicate Move to new Account Move to new Project Download Backup

    Stop auto pop up of blue box when moving items in the gantt chartOpen

    When I move things along the timeline of my gantt chart (something I have to do frequently), this pop up box in blue appears to basically tell me what I’ve done. Which I’m already aware of, because I’ve just taken the action. I then have to go through and delete the boxes. This is a huge problem when everything in your chart is slightly shifting. Please disable its creation on item move, it is such extra hassle. Thanks

    Hi, we primarily use Miro for process improvement kaizen events.  We do a lot of process mapping and swim lane maps.  It would be nice to be able to import and export Visio since the Visio mapping tools are much more robust.  Either that, or a tool similar to the new Kaizen where you can easily add rows and columns.

    Bullet points in a doc to sticky notesOpen

    CURRENTLY THIS FEATURE DOES NOT EXIST:Bullet points in notes or a doc - to bain drump quickly - Bullet points are harder to arrange visually so then Bullet points converted to sticky notes - to arrange quicklyPROBLEM DEFINED: The feature that I am missing from Miro is turning bullet points in a document to sticky notes. Its quicker for me to brain dump in bullet points in my notes app when out and about or at meetings. Having to write into individual sticky notes after is doubling up on my time.We can turn sticky notes into a document but the other way around would be amazing. So far I cant see any way of doing this in Miro.I have an architecture business and quite often the problems to solve from a meeting are listed in bullet points we then set up arguments for a case eg with a development application or a design that meets the brief of the client. Having to rewrite the points in sticky notes so that we can arrange and add to the information is time consuming.I love MIRO it is now my second favourite software after Archicad but if it had this feature it might eclipse Archicad in my love ;-)

    Import Bullet Points into Sticky NotesOpen

    Like importing from a spreadsheet works right now, but with a bulleted list. For example:Many people takes notes in bullet form Many agendas are written in bullets Bullets are a great way to organize information in a linear documentImagine being able to select and copy that entire bulleted list and then paste into a Miro board. You could get asked “Paste your data as a text box or convert the bullets into sticky notes” just like when pasting in cells. Then you could have one stick note for each bullet.

    This is not the most commonly requested feature, but it is easy to implement it because there is already Ctrl + B/I/U.This can be used to cross off items in a To-Do list.

    Connect line to lineOpen

    I had the same question as this one: https://community.miro.com/ask-the-community-45/how-can-i-connected-line-to-line-3309. Connecting a connection line to another connection line such that both lines stay connected when one is moved would be extremely useful.
