Every time I try to upload an image file to Miro Board, I am assaulted with an error message about a 32MP limit. Every time a Miro Board representative, has presented Miro Board to my firm and me, they have emphasized how easy it is just to drag images and drawings into the board and just start working with them, but it seems that is false advertising in terms of how Miro Board actually works. In practical reality, I try to drag a drawing into Miro Board and receive an error, forcing me to return to whichever program I was using and redo my previous step to export a file that will fit within Miro Board’s limits. I would note that neither Bluebeam Revu, nor Photoshop, nor any other application we may be working with will surface the megapixels of the drawing we are exporting, so that limit is a hard break for a Miro workflow. I know that Bluebeam Revu is a useful tool. I do not know that Miro Board is a useful tool. My suggestion is this. Miro Board should make itself a useful tool. Allow us to upload the files we are uploading. If Miro Board needs to down-res the images we are uploading, YOU, you Miro Board should do that at the upload step in the most frictionless way possible, instead of making me bounce out of Miro to another app and wonder why I am using this app at all.
